Not for purely narcissistic reasons, I think with the logic of a vampire being enhanced versions of the hosts darker desires. Willow would be interested to see how/if its changed. a look into what negative perceptions people might see in her. Whether to incite change in her actions or to reflect on or accept/reject who she is, its for Willow to decide.
