OT: Harmony on Boston Public Tonight

For those who are interested, it looks like Mercedes McNab is going to be on Boston Public tonight. This is based solely on the previews, but I'm pretty sure it's her. It's on FOX at 8:00 EST.

It was pretty good. She did most of her scenes with Ronnie Cox played by Jeri Ryan. For the J/7 fans out there, it was kind of a six degrees of separation thing. Kind of fun. She played a student who was posing for nude pics and the teacher (Ronnie) was trying to convince her not to. Ironically, I was left with the impression that it was what Harmony would have done in that universe. It was much the same kind of character; blonde and not too bright, though not nearly as funny as Harmony.

Yeah, she was just on Dawsons Creek. It was strange because her character on Dawsons Creek was like the complete opposite of Harmony. I always see Buffy characters everywhere. Did anyone else see Groo on Friends and ER? Ok so technically he's an Angel character.

I didn't catch Groo. But I think I saw Anya (Emma) on an old episode of Beverly Hills, 90210 yesterday. At least, I think it was her. I didn't catch the credits. And she looked different. But she made this facial expression and I was like "Anya!"

Yes theat was in fact was Harmony/McNab. Unfortunately, I doid not see that much of the episode. But it was nice to see her acting again.

Just hope that she might return to guest on Buffy/Angel again soon.

I saw the episode with her tonight. Very nice to see her again.

I'm sure there is a long standing spoiler ranked Likely (at Spoiler Slayer) that she'd be back this season, on either Buffy or Angel.

I miss her.

And hey - this is post 50. I think I go up in my title on post 51...

Though I'm ashamed (somewhat) too admit, it was more of a reverse recognition when I saw Emma on BTVS. I'm like oooh that is Susan, Brandon's Ex.
She looked about ten years older on 90210 and that was, I believe, 7 or 8 years ago.

I watched 90210 (except for the last two seasons), I admit it. Emma did play Brandon's girlfriend, during the show's sixth season. They were juniors in college...it was six years ago. I liked her character on that show too. A few years ago I did just the opposite of silverangel...I was flipping around the channels and stopped on Buffy, I saw Anya and I was like "Susan".

it was rather fun to see Harmony (or Mercedes McNab) playing a serious character. it was rather strange not to see a bump in her forehead and fangs. the scene with her and Ronnie Cooke (Jeri Ryan)on Boston Public was cute esp. when they were sitting and talking by the staircase.

speaking of guest appearances, yup saw Groo on Friends and ER. then there was James Marsters on Andromeda way back. i kinda miss the British accent tho' but he was great as always. pax

I'm totally addicted to digging up shows which BTVS stars/guest stars have been on, lol.
It's hard coz i'm in Australia, and there are a few shows we haven't got at all yet, like Andromeda, or episodes of shows like Dawson's Creek and Boston Public we haven't had yet. At least now I know what episodes to tape, lol.

"The Mayor" was recently on an episode of Malcolm in the Middle. He played a dance instructor. Very funny, but small part.

Maggie (scientist, head of Initiative) was on Alias this past Sunday in a FRIGHTFUL, long-haired wig. ugh. Looks like she'll be on a few eps. So far, she's playing the baddie.

Sorry, I can't recall the actor's names who played those roles.
