Sigh.
So what's Mr. Watcher-man going to think of his brilliant idea to go off and leave everyone to their own devices? I wonder if that pseudo spoiler Wanda gave out a long time ago is true, that when he comes back he would stake Spike? It's possible. I bet they are all dropping like flies by the time 22 rolls around.
In his dream in Restless, Willow said to him "You know this is all your fault." Is Giles partially blame for everything going so bad because he abandoned them?
Oh, and I've seen this mentioned elsewhere, but in terms of death foreshadowing in Restless, how about Death of a Salesman as a huge clue that in the end it would be Anya?
So Amber said: "it's not Xander." At this point it's conceivable that Xander's just about the only one who won't die before this whole thing is over with.
Cheery thought, no?
Ari
I am so glad i can come here and share my pain, with others that feel the same.
Okay i posted this a few minutes before but it doesn't seem to be anywhere so if it is up again feel free the delete it and slap me!

Very cheery, Ari! Not. I really think that this is going to be some sort of all-out, worst-case-scenario blood bath for all the Scoobs. It is interesting that Amber said that it's not Xander. Odd choice. Unless, of course, he literally was the only one left until Anya sacrifices herself or whatever. (Once again, this is pretty clearly the scenario Wanda--oy--has been alluding to. So while she's not exactly someone anyone here trusts, she IS another spoiler source providing a possible resolution to Michelle's trusted spoiler.)
Interesting thoughts about Giles. Sad to think that everyone would fail so miserably in his absence, though. He shouldn't have to shoulder all that blame.

oops, had to edit because i forgot to add my reply, sorry. Anyway. I used to use that word a lot and then i heard from a differently abled rights activist that they found it offensive. Since then I've read a lot about that word and it's usage. Emi, who runs www.eminism.org is a differently abled rights activist and very smart to boot has written a lot about it on her site. she even has a cool "Lame is Good" flyer.
Anyhow, i didn't mean to imply that you or anyone using that word had some hatred of differently abled people, i used to use the word myself and never thought of it in that context. I just didn;t want anyone to get hurt by the word without anyone meaning to be hurtful.
Back to spoilers.
I like all these theories, if only because it is something hopeful to grasp too. What keeps popping up in my mind is Halfrek. Dawn losing her mother figure? that sounds like Halfrek's area of expertise when it comes to wish granting. hmmm.

I do hope you’ve been avoiding those nasty spoilers. That goes for the rest of you too. Right now we’re filming episode 20. 21 and 22 are both being written as we speak.
I also don't know the etiquette of posting at the Bronze. I'd probably lose my cool and start shouting, "WHAT KIND OF CRACK ARE YOU MORONS SMOKING OVER THERE?" or something. I don't think he'd respond.
Fortunately, I've seen at least one Kitten posting already.

Malum-forma: DeKnight’s a jackass that’s deluded himself into thinking he’s a real clever pill. Don’t believe a word he says. I sure don’t.
Bhd: Yeah, I usually hang on Fridays, but I’ve been busy or ill lately, hence the special visit. As for my health, I worked so hard on episode 19 that it sent me into a bout of pneumonia. Luckily I caught it before little Stevie needed to spend a month in the oxygen tent. Yee-hah.
Y_Slaybelle: That Sarah’s pretty great, huh? And kudos to big Jim Cotner for directing the hell out of Dead Things. Jim da man, baby!
Kenickie: One man’s tacky is another man’s fancy. And I’m EXTRA fancy.
Paks: I do hope you’ve been avoiding those nasty spoilers. That goes for the rest of you too. Right now we’re filming episode 20. 21 and 22 are both being written as we speak.
Tralfamadore2001: Itty bitty Steve’s lungs are mighty too. Watch him blow!
Eric: I formerly hail from Millville, NJ. Teeny little town down south, about an hour inland from Atlantic City.
Smiley Faces: Thanks. Joss had always planned to set the troika up as comedy relief – then have them turn dark. Trust in Joss! I sure do.
Major Wiggins: I confirm or deny nothing. Just expect a few surprises – if you steer clear of those nasty spoilers.
Phil PhuD: As far as I’m concerned, Elektra died when Bullseye killed her – and she stayed dead. Yeah, Jane
Espenson and I each wrote three of the BTVS cartoon scripts. Currently the project is looking for a network to air it.
Hope that happens soon – it’d be a really cool, really funny (that’s right – FUNNY) show.
Moriah: The pleasure is all mine.

HALLIE-FUCKIN'-LULAH
Juri-Sempai and all my other peeps, listen to me: hang tight, wait for the end of the season - all will be as it should...In a good way.
Oh and about that Denial Bus that has morphed into the ScullyBus? I started that little ride, pages and pages and pages ago.
If Tara dies, I die (inside,of course)
Take care everyone.
I think that now the best thing to do will be to wait and see how everything plays out. Because honestly I believe that the writers know what they're doing.
And right now Stevie boy DeKnight is telling us all to avoid dem nasty spoilers. With all this light hartedness coming from the cast and crew I can't really believe things will be as dark as they seem come season finale.
------------------
Nothing in this world is more important then strapping yourself to a wooden plank and hurtling down a mountain side at 60 km/h
If they do any kind of reset/putting things right, the only way I can see it possibly tying in with the season's "Oh grow up" theme is if things are made somewhat better, but the memories of what happenned aren't taken from the Scoobies. Tara's alive at the end, maybe whatever events go terribly wrong are fixed to some extent, but not totally and the Scoobies still have to live with knowing how badly they screwed up.
Regarding the possibility of a 23rd ep this season, part of my likes this idea. Why? Because if it's the case, my guess is that we would get a Joss-penned finale, and my oh my does this season need it.
* Bob waves to tvsurfer *
Even if Steve doesn't give us anything in the way of useful information, at least what we know is being communicated in very clear terms. That's a start.

Of course Tara is a positive lesbian character and very important for Willow, Dawn and the other Scoobies, I agree with you there. Like Willow said Tara is essential. What I was trying to say is that for me killing her it's homophobic that's all. [This message has been edited by WillTara (edited March 10, 2002).]
