There was a really funny interview about 6 months ago with the cast and Ch7. SMG was hilarious with some of the answers she gave. lol

I grew up on a steady diet of Scooby Do...so I will see this many times. I do think they picked the perfect guy for Shaggy. That reminds me...I had a dream last night that the Scoobies were the characters from Scooby Do. It was nuts....I woke up very very confused.

You really think that guy is perfect for Shaggy? I don't think he's right at all. He's too big...he doesn't have Shaggy's sunken chest. And his face is all wrong. Just MHO of course, but Shag is really sort of the key character, and if he doesn't work...ah well, we'll see. I do think Sarah will make a good Daphne. And as a long time Scooby fan, I will definitely be seeing this...I've got my fingers crossed for cameos from Phyllis Diller and the Harlem Globetrotters.

I think Matt Lillard is the perfect Shaggy. Tall, lanky, goofy looking. He can probably do Shaggy very well. But we will have to wait and see. I dont like FP JR as Fred though. He just does not fit what I thought Fred would be like. And who is that playing Themla? And where's Scrappy??

Actually, its Velma; and she's being played by Linda Cardellini, formerly of NBC's "Freaks and Geeks" and now w/ FOX's "Undeclared". As for Scrappy, maybe he'll show in the sequel, if there ever is one.

Yeah I can't wait to see the movie either . I liked scrappy too. He was brave and funny. The other cousin with the hat and the lisp was Scooby Dum. Also, Linda Cardinelli played Lauren on Boy Meets World for a while. Apparently the movie is also discussing the issue of SG drug use. What really was in the scooby snacks?, etc. There's a scene where there's a bunch of smoke coming out of the back of the MM. and, there's a sign that says "Pot $5", and the cam pans down to a table with a small clay pot.

I think most of that's the heels! She does have a big head for her body - but only because her body's so teeney.

I loved Scooby Doo - and I have to agree that Shaggy looks way too butch - he's supposed to be a skinny pothead, not action man! The movie Shaggy looks like he could beat the crap out of any ghost. I'm sure Sarah will be great - I love the comedy acting she's done on Buffy.
