As someone mentioned before, I can see Tara holding and comforting Willow during those withdrawal symptoms.

W/T have a long road ahead of the, but everything will be ok.

She looks Willow in the eye as she says it. She means it. A moment, and she looks away again, embarrassed by her forwardness.

Well, I thought we made a pretty good team --

I'd like to be. I feel like I'm stuck. Like I'm at the door and it won't open.

I just thought that I would update this thread in case somebody forgot about it and wanted some insparation or like me is still feeling sad towards the whole situation with our favorite girls and wanted to feel a little bit of relief.

I know in my heart that Willow and Tara are soulmates but its still hard to think about them not together and I hope and pray almost every day that things will turn out OK. I just wish that I knew for sure.

What do you guys think?

Well I just saw the Bargaining on my big tv screen today, thanks to the tapes Xita sent me, so much better than watching it on a 17 inch computer screen. All that constant touching and loving look giving is much more clear this way.
I'd like to add to Kitten Scout's list:

I agree with something said extremely high up there... I want them together, but the make-up is going to have to be slow. Willow is going to have to regain Tara's trust after going into her mind and screwing with it.

That's gonna be hard.

It's not gonna be easy, but they'll get through this, I'm sure of it. W/T belong together. I think we've gotten some pretty good indications that they still very much love each other and want to be together. And I think, in the end, that they'll find their way back to each other. I don't think the writers are likely to give us a quick-fix to this. If there is one thing they've been fairly good at, it's been continuity and consistancy and making sure that events and actions have consequences. But W/T's love is strong enough to weather this storm.

Original Cici: You're right, Willow is Tara's everything and Tara is Willow's everything, they just need some space and a cooling off period right now. We all know that they love each other thats always been obvious, but Tara needs to trust Willow again and that is going to take time, but you all know the old saying time heals all wounds, and I believe that in time they will get back together.

I just have one more thing to say: "Thank You" to all of you without this board and this thread I would be going nuts and I'm very thankful that you all post here and help me and everybody else remember all the great Willow and Tara moments. So again I say "Thank You".

Thanks! The door shape was from a template mask but I made the corrugated iron walls with just filters. I'm learning by trial and error and having fun in the process.

They will find each other again! (I have to believe this because I went through a similar separation last May with my soulmate and I still hope that she'll come back to me some day, soon I hope because her days are numbered by illness and each day lost can never be regained. So I need my vicarious reuning through Willow & Tara while I wait in eternal hope.)

Bump bump.

It occurs to me that usually when a character leaves a show it is because: a) their storyline has run out or b) the actor wants out. I think we can safely say that Amber wants to stay IN. So that brings me to point A. Hrm but I'm in the frame of mind that Tara's storyline has NOT run out. See, we got to know her as Willow's girlfriend and it seems that ever since season 6 started she's been breaking out of that mold. She's NOT just background kinda person. So while she's temporarily apart from Willow, here's what can be explored.

We still have so much to learn about her:
1) Tara's relationship with Anya. They've had a few moments together. I think their bonding will continue to grow, especially with the up and coming wedding. Tara would make a very cute bridesmaid.
2) Tara's relationship with Dawn. We've seen little snippets. Now we get to expand on that as well. Tara is the nurturer of the group.
3) Tara's past. More importantly... her mother. I think there is more to that story than meets the eye.
4) Last but not least... we need her around for that GREAT reconciliation scene between her and Willow. When they both collapse into each other with happy tears streaming down their faces.

Tara's not going anywhere.

I agree J-S. There are a lot of things I would like to know about Tara.
1) What happened to her mother
2) What went on in her house before she left.
We have only been given hints.
3) Her connection with Willow. I would
really like to see them expand on their
relationship.
4) I want to see some flashbacks of their
earlier relationship.

There is A LOT Joss can do with Tara's character, and I think he knows this.
I know we do not know a lot about the other characters background, but Tara is the main character I want to know more about.

I'm taking heart in the Tara/Dawn relationship being played out in Season 6. It seems to me that Tara is now a vital part of the group; and she's a role model for Willow now too, what with the magic.

Love will see them through, kittens. Rest assured of that. But Tough Love wasn't named so for no reason at all now, was it?

There's no doubt that Willow and Tara will get back together. Looking back at what they've been through and what's been said...they are so meant to be. It will be a slow process because trust is a difficult thing to win back...but it'll happen.

Willow was the one who walked out on the fight in Tough Love and the one who ended the fight with a 'forget' spell in All The Way. She has to learn to face these negative emotions to deal with them rahter than running away. But I think she will. She's a smart person, she'll figure it out. And I look forward to seeing her fight to win back Tara's trust.

I'm sitting here rewinding a tape of mine and I happen upon "Under Your Spell" from OMWF. I, of course, decide to let the tape play so I can see/hear this wonderful song. And it hits me (as it has from the very beginning)...

If you think Tara and Willow are going to STAY broken up you're just plain dumb. It's so entirely obvious from that simply fantastic song/dance/bedroom sequence that they belong and WILL stay together.

Just like Tara sang, "You make me complete." It's true for Willow as well. They complete each other!

But of course, over here at the Kitten, we already knew all of that.
