New promo pics for S6

You know, I knew when I made that post that everybody would be all, "Reading glasses! Reading glasses!"

But, you know, there were pics of her with the glasses where she wasn't reading. Most people who wear reading glasses can only see stuff close up when they wear them, right? So, when I saw those pics, I acknowledged the possibility that they were RG's but assumed that they were not and that she wore contacts otherwise.

Plus, I wear contacts and I want there to be similarities between Amber and me. The little broken pieces of hair at the crown of her head also help in that regard.

Speaking of fingers, did anyone else notice how beat up her fingers look? Especially that little one there. All cut and blistery and red. Definitely hard-working hands.

Y'know, it actually gives me a little bit of a cringe to look so closely. I mean, these are the kind of details you notice when you spend a lot of time just looking at someone up close. Intimately close. Someone who is letting you look at her/him and is looking just as closely at you. Am I making sense? Anyway, it makes me feel kinda voyeury.

Great. Now I need the cold shower AND a shower of shame.

i hear ya..
looking at alys pic makes me want to count freckles. but you know.. looking at their bits all close up. really does make me feel a little bit intrusive. cos i only have a little screen and when you move it round to look at the pic, all of a sudden, theres ambers boob. right there. makes me blush

ah well.. i'm used to it.

Yowza! I had to pop my screen to 1280X1024 in order to fit the face in the window. I actually feel like I've stared Amber in the eyes, in person. I'm all shivery.

Did anyone else notice that along with being able to count freckles and see contacts in these humongous pics, you can also see Tara's black bra under those safety pins that much better, and also...

(have reverted to using the character names b/c as someone above said, seeing the pics this close makes me feel like a total stalker. trying to replace some of that safe distance... )

I was finally able to download Xita's HUGE pics of Amber (I didn't have to patience before).

WOW what a beautiful pics of Amber (actually both are beautiful). A full size Amber head...now if we only the the rest of her full size...siiigh.

Amber does wear hard contacts, the soft ones are a lot bigger (that's what I wear)and cover the whole eye. Looks like Amber has the same problem I do. I am both near sighted and far sighted so I have to wear reading glass even when I wear my contacts. I tried the bi-focal contact lenses but they didn't work on me. So I'm stuck with reading glasses.
