I agree, Ruth - their workdays are horrible time-wise - they start way early and work until late in the evening - nothing for me !

As for Aly's hair: I think it looks good - and IMHO the red isn't fading - just look at the first pic (Halcyon's link) - it looks as red as ever there .....

I absolutely love that dress Aly is wearing - it's so 50's retro with the little tile design. Very cute. I wish I could find a kitchen dinette table with that design on it!

James does look much better with this hair style - I agree that the Billy Idol look was starting to get old and I hope this is the one we'll see on the show. I wish Amber could be in the shot as well, but I guess this is just for the regular cast members - I hope she doesn't feel left out.

Re: SMG's circles - I have this bizarre attraction to people with sallow eyes, and I guess that's because I have them myself, mostly from avoiding sunlight like the plague. So I think she looks fine and it has the effect of gothic-style makeup anyway, which kinda fits in with someone who's playing a dead person on a show about vampires.

Nick does look a little like a greasy mobster, doesn't he? He needs to not dress himself. Surely he has enough money to pay someone to do it for him - and hey, I'm cheap.

I think I'm in love. Anyone who wears orange in such a predominant manner is No. 1 in my book. She is so hot. Of course Aly looks great too, with her multi-colored ensemble. Why can't guys get more colorful clothing choices?

And what about his hands? What happened, in fact, was Whedon didn't wash his hands after using some limes to make ceviche, and boils sprouted up soon after. Second degree burns while making food -- even Whedon couldn't believe it. But Whedon even has the photos to prove it -- something "Angel" star David Boreanaz didn't have any urge to see, despite Whedon's assertion that they were "cool."

So I guess that explains the hands

And how do you get burns from a lime? I got burned by a chile pepper, once, since which I always wear gloves when cooking with them. But I've used lots of limes in my lifetime...never had any problems. *shrug*
