I have a really shitty temp job right now, and the only thing that's good about it is the fact that I can listen to my Discman (no, not my Ipod) all day long. I pretty much listen to all of my W/T soundtracks everyday. It makes me really happy/sad to think of them as I hear each song. I can't get these girls out of my head.

Signs I am a W/T addict? Jsut come over to my apartment sometime and see my office. Between the 20 or so art prints by Joy, I have several T-shirts and, lest we forget, the action figure shelf..Hopeless, really.

Well, let's see, I suppose the fact that I'm browsing this thread instead of writing my HR management final paper (due tomorrow evening) is a sure sign that I'm addicted.

I used to deny that I was "addicted" to Willow & Tara as my friends and family keep telling me, but everything in this thread applies to me.

I guess now I'll just say I'm addicted and proud!

Hello I would also like to admit to being a W/T addict. My girlfriend tells me that I need to seek help. Like some sort of Willow and Tara Anonymous. I was like "do you think they would have such a thing" I got all excited. Cuz who in their right mind would want to get over it. The only reason anyone would go to it is so they could talk about the great stuff that is W/T and not have to feel bad about it. So really anyone want to start a group?
Oh and I also have the Once more with feeling soundtrack in my truck and listen to it EVERYDAY on repeat. he he he

Well, I am a avid collector of Art by Joy and a huge Willow and Tara fan. So, I combined my admiration for both and hence, my new tattoo. It doesn't encompass all of the shirts, it took 4 hours and the last one tested my pain endurance (tender skin), but it was well worth it. It's on my upper right back and it looks great. When the tattoo artist posts the picture he took of it, I'll post a link. In the meantime, this is it:

My ipod contains songs by amber from buffy, rocky horror and ASH album music for elevators

my computer will never have enough pics of W/T to satisfy me

any time i have to myself is spent thinking about them

and every chance i get i come to this site to read fics or find comfort in the fact that i am not the only W/T fn out there

When you notice a CD at Barnes & Noble entitled "Hotel Tara" and all you can imagine is laying down upon a bed of Amberflesh and wrapping yourself up in the security of her tresses of silky goodness.
That particular print which you chose for your tattoo is my favorite of the many art prtints I own by Joy Argento.

Its my second most favorite. My first pick is actually WILLOW ON TOP (from Tabula Rasa), but it would have been really hard to do and all of the shading required would have killed me..LOL
But I'm with you. I'm an avid collector as well and love them all. I think the Kittens helped to make that line a roaring success for.

You name your character/profiles/ in games after them - actually a friend on eve asked me "You named your ship 'Willow Rosenberg'?" at that point, I knew that I am totally addicted. (One of my other ships there, of course, is called Tara Maclay)

i know i'm addicted when my mother thinks I'm on the phone because I'm yelling excitedly, squealing, and having an avid conversation with myself about this fabulous thread I just found. I also hugged my comp and bragged to my psuedo little sister that I'd found I wasn't the only true addict/obsessee...not that that would be a bad thing
I also know I'm obsessed from the fact that practically all I've read and written for the last several years has been fanfic, atleast one of my teachers knows I'm in love with w/t, I've read my favorite fic so manny times I have it almost memorized, I often(though I'm slightly ashamed to admit it) don't leave fb for fics because it would take too much time out of reading other fics, the thing I felt most homesick for when I was out of town for two weeks and without computer access was the kitten, I have (proudly) managed to scar one of my best friends by having her read fanfic, and many other things I won't bother to list other than the one I think best proves my addiction/obsession to w/t: it was my attraction to them, my love for this board, my inability to think of anything other than willow & tara, and how hot & flustered I got every time I looked at the picture of willow looking hungrily down at Tara in OMWF(which at the time I would stare at for atleast 15mins every night before bed ) that first made me realize I was gay.
those facts and that even my fellow Buffy-club members consider me to be obsessed i think proves my addiction.

I have the WT wedding and a couple from OMWF. A friend has a WT tattoo but I'm too much of a coward to get one myself. Ow ow ow!!!

When you get your stutter back (which you had finally managed to kick when you were 12/13) because of over exposure to Tara. And although you know that's the cause and really, really, REALLY hate having a stutter, you still can't stop watching.

Also, something happened to me last night that I thought I'd add to this thread. I was hanging out with a few friends and we were listening to music in my room which I was playing on my computer. As I mentioned before, I have over 300 W/T, A/A pics downloaded and set in rotation as my desktop background. There was a pic on the screen from the ep "Crush" where W, T and B are at school talking about The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Tara stops at the vending machine, doesn't have money, Willow sees this, and hands her some change. One of my friends said, "So what's going on in that picture?" She wanted to know why Willow was handing something to Tara and why Tara looked so pleased. I explained the entire scene in great detail to her. I said, "So, it was really sweet because even though Willow was preoccupied with talking to Buffy, she still noticed that Tara needed change." My friends said, "Wow, I can't believe you know that much about a single scene, and that you have analyzed all of the characters motivations and stuff." I didn't even feel weird or anything, I was quite proud of myself.

So yeah, I'm a W/T addict and I don't care!

Actually, it was mainly Tara that was talking, so it was easy for Willow to notice her lack of money for the vending machine. And who puts their money in a bag anyway?

But if it were mainly Willow and Buffy talking, Willow would still notice Tara anyway, so meh.

I've actually been looking over a lot of Buffy sites lately, and find myself puzzled by the fact that so many people didn't like season 4. How could you not like season 4? Just watching the girls fall in love with each other makes it the best season ever. I guess a lot of folks didn't like Riley, but I skip a lot of that stuff when I'm watching. Actually, I skip a lot of stuff that has nothing to do with W/T regardless of what season I'm watching.

I think what a lot of people didn't like about season 4 was the sudden change of setting from highschool to college, and the fact that it split Xander up from Buffy and Willow. Although, the fact that Willow's homosexuality was very sudden may've seemed a sign of weak characterisation too in that they didn't make it a gradual thing (not counting Vamp Willow in Doppelganger, whom Joss states was unintentional. Also, I think she was more poly/bisexual than anything - remember she did grope Xander and kiss his vampire doppelganger. I for one like to see it not as 'homosexuality' but Tarasexuality. That just makes it even more special.

W/T addict? Well I have all the Tara figures and the happy Willow figure, the Tara statue (it feels like I've been waiting forever for the Willow statue to arrive ) and I have the DVDs with a list of the chapters to avoid
