Scrubs

I searched for an existing thread on this show but didn't find one - if I missed it somehow, mods, feel free to move this.

Does anyone else watch Scrubs? I've watched it off and on, mostly on for the last two seasons, and I think it's so funny and clever. I really like the characters and the actors and I think that it's truly an ensemble comedy and it never ceases to have me in stiches. (Ouch, bad pun.)

I was nervous that it might be cancelled earlier this year when they delayed the release of the new episodes, but I'm glad that it's back now. From what I understand they have 22 new epsiodes but since they started late they are doing two per week until they're "caught up."

Anyway, I'm thrilled they're back on the air! Should be interesting having J.D. and Elliot living together, and I'm glad that Elliot is back at Sacred Heart.

Ooh a Scrubs thread

I admit I didn't watch it when it was first shown on Sky since their adverts for it made it look terrible. The tag line was "like ER but half as long and twice as funny"

Anyway once I actually saw an episode I realised just how good this show is. There are lot's of bits which have me or

So at the moment I'm catching it when I can on ABC1 and saving up to buy the DVD boxed sets.

I can´t recall we ever had a thread for this show or I would have posted in it for sure. I love Scrubs. I think it is brilliant and believe you me, despite the wacky humor, it gives a far more realistic portrayal about the goings on in a hospital than a lot of the drama hospital/medical tv shows that have come and gone. They need to bring back the hot psychiatry intern though, I don´t know her name. She was yummie and incredibly funny.

Oh yeah, it was Heather Graham, right? I was talking with my wife and she mentioned that she hadn't liked Heather Graham much before in stuff she had been in before (Austin Powers, etc.) but that she was so funny on Scrubs that she revised her opinion. I agree!

I also thought it was funny in last night's episode when Dr. Kelso said to Turk "Do you know that everyone still laughs when I say the name Dr. Turkelton?" "Well sir, maybe that's because it's not my name." "Whatever, Turkelton."

I have watched and enjoyed "Scrubs" from the very first episode, but I'd better come clean and admit that the main thing that always brings me back is...

I really, REALLY, REALLY like looking at Sarah Chalke.

I love Scrubs since season 1. It's entertaining and often has fresh ideas. One of my faves.
