Hello, all my fellow Kittens,

My vote would be "Groovy Kind of Love" by the Mindbenders. Actually this is not an original idea of mine. My buddy and fellow kitten Sheridan used it in a fanfic, but agree with him whole heartedly. I haven't read the whole thread so if somebody else already suggested this, my apologies.

First verse, Tara singing to Willow:

"When I'm feeling blue, all I have to do,

is take a look at you, the I'm not so blue.

When you're close to me I can feel your heartbeat,

I can feel you breathing in my ear"

Willow and Tara together:

"Wouldn't you agree, Baby you and me, got a groovy kind of love?"

Willow to Tara:

"Anytime you want to, you can turn me onto, anything you want to, anytime at all,

When I kiss your lips, ooh I start to shiver;

can't control the quivering inside."

Tara and Willow together

"Wouldn't you agree, Baby you and me, got a groovy kind of love?"

Well, what do you think. Not a bad submission for a 45 year old Marine, if I do say so myself.

I'm not at all into Denver, but these lyrics always remind me of Willow and Tara. *swoon*

John Denver - Annie's Song

You fill up my senses

Like a night in a forest

Like a mountain in springtime

Like a walk in the rain

Like a storm in the desert

Like a sleepy blue ocean

You fill up my senses

Come fill me again

Come let me love you

Let me give my life to you

Let me drown in your laughter

Let me die in your arms

Let me lay down beside you

Let me always be with you

Come let me love you

Come love me again

Let me always be with you

Come let me love you

Come love me again

Is it a bad thing when cheesy 80s love songs remind you of Willow and Tara?

Artist: Patty Smyth and Don Henley

Now, I don't want to lose you, but I don't want to use you

just to have somebody by my side.

And I don't want to hate you,

I don't want to take you, but I don't want to be the one to cry.

And that don't really matter to anyone anymore.

But like a fool I keep losing my place

and I keep seeing you walk through that door.

(Chorus)

But there's a danger in loving somebody too much,

and it's sad when you know it's your heart you can't trust.

There's a reason why people don't stay where they are.

Baby, sometimes, love just aint enough.

Now, I could never change you, I don't want to blame you.

Baby, you don't have to take the fall.

Yes, I may have hurt you, but I did not desert you.

Maybe I just want to have it all.

It makes a sound like thunder, it makes me feel like rain.

And like a fool who will never see the truth,

I keep thinking something's gonna change.

(Chorus)

And there's no way home, when it's late at night and you're all alone.

Are there things that you wanted to say?

And do you feel me beside you in your bed,

there beside you, where I used to lay?

And there's a danger in loving somebody too much,

and it's sad when you know it's your heart they can't touch.

There's a reason why people don't stay who they are.

Baby, sometimes, love just ain't enough.

Baby, sometimes, love... it just ain't enough.

ivyimonradio and vix84 did you see George on the ARIAs?

They were spectacular!

God i love Kate.... i just love her....

And i'll re-iterate, that everyone should download "Breathe in Now" right now! : -->>:

Lol... you don't have to....

but here are the lyrics anyway...

Breathe In Now

By George

I see love and beauty all around, I also see the sadness that's embedded in your frown

I wonder why you choose not to talk to those around, I sense a fear of lifting heavy feet

higher than you want to, I just want to believe your truth...

you stand there but you do not cast a shadow, you walk away with every word you choose not to say

I suppose that moving on paints a new colour for each day, I don't like to see

dreams put on the shelf, to deal with on that one day, I just want to be happy for you

'cause I only have one second, this minute today

I can't press rewind and turn it back and call it now

and so this moment, I just have to sing out loud

and say I love I like and breathe in now

and say I love I live and breathe in now

I move on holding on to what I learn, it's time to move on from the notion

that the whole world's against me

break free of shackles that formed young, time free in now

and now I know, it's not all up to me, I can count on another

so move on lighter and be free ....

'cause I only have one second, this minute today

I can't press rewind and turn it back and call it now

and so this moment, I just have to sing out loud

and say I love I like and breathe in now

and say I love I live and breathe in now

I believe in for today I just want to know that you're okay

cause I believe in breathing just for today

I just want to know that you're okay....

'cause I only have one second, this minute today

I can't press rewind and turn it back and call it now

and so this moment, I just have to sing out loud

and say I love I like and breathe in now

and say I love I live and breathe in now

and say I love I live and breathe in now

Scoobiedoo I went to the Arias and saw them play live. And...oh my god, they were fantastic. No matter how good they are on TV, radio or CD, it doesn't even compare to real life. I'm still in awe. But yeah, Breathe In Now is a perfect W/T song. :grin It's abbout being deliriously in love, and needing to take some time to just relax, breathe, and come back to earth. Mmm...

(Ooh, and george played at the Livid festival last Sunday. I wanted to go, but tix were $95 and I'm broke. Missed out on Powderfinger too *frown*)

lately i'm listening a lot to this song from Michael Jackson's last album "Invincible". I adore this song and especially it's lyrics, cause they are so wonderful.

And it always reminds me of Willow and Tara.

"Heaven Can Wait"

Tell the angels no, I don’t wanna leave my baby alone

I don’t want nobody else to hold you

That’s a chance I’ll take

Baby I’ll stay, Heaven can wait

No, if the angels took me from this earth

I would tell them bring me back to her

It’s a chance I’ll take, maybe I’ll stay

Heaven can wait

You’re beautiful

Each moment spent with you is simply wonderful

This love I have for you girl it’s incredible

And I don’t know hat I’d do, if I can’t be with you

The world could not go on so every night I pray

If the Lord should come for me before I wake

I wouldn’t wanna go if I can’t see your face,

can’t hold you close

What good would Heaven be

If the angels came for me I’d tell them no

Unthinkable

Me sitting up in the clouds and you are all alone

The time might come around when you’d be moving on

I’d turn it all around and try to get back down to my baby girl

Can’t stand to see nobody kissing, touching her

Couldn’t take nobody loving you the way we were

What good would Heaven be

If the angels come for me I’d tell them no

Oh no, can’t be without my baby

Won’t go, without her I’d go crazy

Oh no, guess Heaven will be waiting

Ooh

Oh no, can’t be without my baby

Won’t go, without her I’d go crazy

Oh no, guess Heaven will be waiting

Ooh

Just leave us alone, leave us alone

Please leave us alone

Da Buzz- Keep On Lovin' Me

Heeey yeah

Baby baby, baby baby

I’m looking through the eyes

of a lover who’s paradised by you (by you)

mmmmmm

when I’m whispering your name

my desire grows within

so strong

and I know u feel it too

Baby tell me, that you will always be around

promise me devotion, till the end of time

(chorus)

keep on lovin’ me like you do

keep on sayin that I’m the one

for you (for you)

and nothing in the world can change it

lovin me like you do

makes me realize my heart belongs to you

and nothing in the world can change it

With you there’s loving skies

No more secrets and no more lies at all

Ooooh ooooh oh

With you I feel complete

It was a missing piece to fit

My soul (soul)

And I’d never let you go

Baby tell me, that you will always be around

Promise me devotion, till the end of time

(chorus)

Oooooo oooo ooo o

Heeeey heeey heey

Not a thing, in the world

Could ever change, the way I feel for you my love

Unless I kiss, you to the line

I feel your lips, can see your smile

And know for sure, that you’re the one

And nothing in the world can change

Say that I’m only one, stay with me until the end of time (end of time)

Yeeeeah

Say that I’m only one, stay with me until the end of time (end of time)

Can you say that I’m the only one

(chorus)

I have another song that I need to find the lyrics to, but for the last month or so, the Santana with Michelle Branch Game of Love has reminded me of W/T every time I hear it. I am not sure why, not because of the lyrics, but maybe because of the sentiment and Branch's voice, which might remind me of Under Your Spell.

Don't know if anybody's mentioned this one or not...but every time I hear, "Your Body is a Wonderland" by John Mayer on the radio...it makes me think of Willow and Tara, and more importantly...Willow and Tara in that big sleigh bed...the morning after getting back together...and if my mind wanders enough......:thud ...:heart ...;)

---------------------------------------------------------

"Your Body Is A Wonderland" - John Mayer

We got the afternoon

You got this room for two

One thing I've left to do

Discover me

Discovering you

One mile to every inch of

Your skin like porcelain

One pair of candy lips and

Your bubblegum tongue

And if you want love

We'll make it

Swimming a deep sea

Of blankets

Take all your big plans

And break 'em

This is bound to be a while

Your body Is a wonderland

Your body is a wonder

(I'll use my hands)

Your body Is a wonderland

Something 'bout the way your hair

falls in your face

I love the shape you take when crawling

towards the pillowcase

You tell me where to go and

Though I might leave to find it

I'll never let your head hit the bed

Without my hand behind it

You want love?

We'll make it

Swimming a deep sea

Of blankets

Take all your big plans

And break 'em

This is bound to be a while

Your body Is a wonderland

Your body is a wonder

(I'll use my hands)

Your body Is a wonderland

Damn baby

You frustrate me

I know you're mine all mine all mine

But you look so good it hurts sometimes

Your body Is a wonderland

Your body is a wonder

(I'll use my hands)

Your body is a wonderland

Your body Is a wonderland

---------------------------------------------------------

There are more songs that remind me of them...but lately (as in for the past like...4 months? lol) I've been hearing that one the most...and it always makes me think of our girls. :)

take care,

Songs that remind us

One song that always reminds me of Wilow and Tara is 'I Love How You Love Me' by Beth Orton.

I love how your eyes close whenever you kiss me

And when Im away from you I love how you miss me

I love the way you always treat me tenderly

But most of all I love how you love me.

Im so annoyed cos the cd I had that on broke and I can't really remember the rest! Gah! Am such a fool!

Also 'Rise' by Azure ray

'Look how low I've sunk don't ask me to rise'

i don't know if this was already mentioned...reminds me of W/T very much...

Coldplay - Green Eyes

Honey you are a rock

Upon which I stand

And I come here to talk

I hope you understand

The green eyes

Yeah the spotlight

Shines upon you

And how could

Anybody

Deny you

I came here with a load

And it feels so much lighter

Now I met you

Honey you should know

That I could never go on

Without you

Green eyes

Honey you are the sea

Upon which I float

And I came here to talk

I think you should know

That green eyes

You're the one that I wanted to find

And anyone who tried to deny you,

Must be out of their mind

Because I came here with a load

And it feels so much lighter since I met you

And honey you should know,

That I could never go on

Without you

Green eyes, green eyes, ohohoh...

Honey you are a rock

Upon which I stand.

K's Choice - Favorite Adventure

There you are

Your beauty consoles me

I've gone far

And I almost didn’t find you

And I almost lived without you

There is nothing in this world

I’d rather do

Than live in you

Here we go,

Our favorite adventure

You should know

I was never more complete

And I never thought I’d see

The meaning of my life

Wrapped in you

Next to me

If you ever fear

Someday we might lose this

Come back here

To this moment that will last

And time can go so fast

When everything’s exactly

Where it’s at

Its very best

A couple of obscure songs here, but they both remind me of Willow and Tara: the first one of their love, the second one of Willow's pain at losing Tara.

This is a romantic love song written in Scots from the same guy who gave us the song Auld Lang Syne that we all sing at New Years:

A Red, Red Rose by Robert Burns

O my luve is like a red, red rose,

That's newly sprung in June;

O my luve is like the melodie

That's sweetly play'd in tune.

As fair art thou, my bonie lass,

So deep in luve am I;

And I will luve thee still, my dear,

Till a' the seas gang dry.

Till a' the seas gang dry, my dear,

And the rocks melt wi' the sun;

And I will luve thee still, my dear,

While the sands o' life shall run

And fare thee weel, my only luve!

And fare thee weel a while!

And I will come again, my luve,

Tho' it were ten thousand mile!

This one is from Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of the War of the Worlds:

Forever Autumn

The summer sun is fading as the year grows old

And darker days are drawing near

The winter winds will be much colder

Now you're not here

I watch the birds fly south across the autumn sky

And one by one they disappear

I wish that I was flying with them

Now you're not here

Like the sun through the trees you came to love me

Like a leaf on a breeze you blew away

Through autumn's golden gown we used to kick our way

You always loved this time of year

These fallen leaves lie undisturbed now

'Cause you're not here

'Cause you're not here

'Cause you're not here

Like the sun though the trees you came to love me

Like a leaf on a breeze you blew away

A gentle rain falls softly on my weary eyes

As if to hide a lonely tear

My life will be Forever Autumn

'Cause you're not here

'Cause you're not here

'Cause you're not here

Like the sun through the trees you came to love me

Like a leaf on a breeze you blew away

Through autumn's golden gown we used to kick our way

You always loved this time of year

These fallen leaves lie undisturbed now

'Cause you're not here

'Cause you're not here

'Cause you're not here

kw :tear

Forever Autumn

Postby Diebrock » Sat Feb 15, 2003 2:55 pm

Oh wow, kat whisperer, Forever Autumn was exactly the song I wanted to post, the reason I came to this thread today. :shy

I heard it for the first time two days ago. For whatever reason, my radio alarm went off at 4 in the morning and by the time I regained some consciousness that song was playing. It made me get up and write down whatever I could of the lyrics in the dark so that I could later search for this song.

It was a very surreal feeling, half asleep but focused on the song, standing in my dark room with only some light coming from outside and then listening to the melody and text.

I gotta say it made an impact on me.

In fact, I'm listening to it right now and have been since I downloaded it yesterday.

I just love deppressing songs. :skull

I'll start with my favorite sad song. It actualy reminds me of any heartbreaking love story.

Garth Brooks

The Dance

Looking back on the memory of

The dance we shared 'neath the stars alone

For a moment all the world was right

How could I have known that you'd ever say goodbye

And now I'm glad I didn't know

The way it all would end the way it all would go

Our lives are better left to chance I could have missed the pain

But I'd of had to miss the dance

Holding you I held everything

For a moment wasn't I a king

But if I'd only known how the king would fall

Hey who's to say you know I might have chanced it all

And now I'm glad I didn't know

The way it all would end the way it all would go

Our lives are better left to chance I could have missed the pain

But I'd of had to miss the dance

Yes my life is better left to chance

I could have missed the pain but I'd of had to miss the dance

:cry

Poe

Haunted
This one is Willow's song post S6 (Feel free to ignore the verse about moving on. I know I do)

Come here

Pretty please

Can you tell me where I am

You won't you say something

I need to get my bearings

I'm lost

And the shadows keep on changing

And I'm haunted

By the lives that I have loved

And actions I have hated

I'm haunted

By the lives that wove the web

Inside my haunted head

Don't cry,

There's always a way

Here in November in this house of leaves

We'll pray

Please, I know it's hard to believe

To see a perfect forest

Through so many splintered trees

You and me

And these shadows keep on changing

And I'm haunted

By the lives that I have loved

And actions I have hated

I'm haunted

By the promises I've made

And others I have broken

I'm haunted

By the lives that wove the web

Inside my haunted head

Hallways... always

I'll always want you

I'll always need you

I'll always love you

And I will always miss you

Come here

No I won't say please

One more look at the ghost

Before I'm gonna make it leave

Come here

I've got the pieces here

Time to gather up the splinters

Build a casket for my tears

I'm haunted

(By the lives that I have loved)

I'm haunted

(By the promises I've made)

I'm haunted

By the hallways in this tiny room

The echos there of me and you

The voices that are carrying this tune

I've been having a 4AD retro weekend (showing my age) and came across two tracks that I found very reminiscent of Tara...

'Summer Dress' by Red House Painters....

Summer dress makes you more beautiful than the rest. Loveliest girl that I know and the sweetest. Spends her life inside, she thinks she isn't blessed. Summer dress seperates you from the rest, easiest days of her life have been spent, wonders if she is loved or if she's missed. Says a prayer as she's kissed by ocean mist, takes herself to the sand in dream.

'Witch' by Belly...

You're not safe in this house, you're not safe in some witch's bed you know the one she lies all lit up.

....v.short,v.scary, bit controversial !!!

I've been listening to Forever Autumn quite a lot recently, 'cause, like you, it always has an impact on me too. I first heard it years ago and it's been one of my favourite songs ever since. It's only been in the past few months that the lyrics remind me of W/T everytime I hear the song.

Two more.

Sorry if these have already been posted.

The first is painfully acurate for S6 post Crack Magic Willow. I love this song.

Staind

It's Been Awhile

It's Been Awhile

Since I could...

Hold my head up high

And it's Been Awhile

Since I first saw you

And it's Been Awhile

Since I could stand on my own two feet again

And It's Been Awhile

Since I could call you

And everything I can remember

As fucked up as it all may seem

The consequences that I've rendered

I've stretched myself beyond the means

And it's been awhile

Since I could say that I wasn't addicted and...

And it's been awhile

Since I could say I loved myself as well and...

And it's been awhile

Since I've gone and fucked things up

Just like I always do

It's been awhile

But all that shit seems to disappear when I'm with you

And everything I can remember

As fucked up as it all may seem

Consequences that I've rendered

Gone and fucked things up again...again

Why must I feel this way?

Just make this go away

Just one more peaceful day

It's Been Awhile

Since I could...

Look at myself straight

And it's Been Awhile

Since I said I'm sorry

And it's Been Awhile

Since I've seen the way candles light your face

And it's Been Awhile

But I can still remember just the way you taste

Everything I can remember

As fucked up as it all may seem

To me...I know this pain

I cannot blame this on my father

He did the best he could for me

And it's Been Awhile

Since I could...

Hold my head up high

And it's Been Awhile

Since I said I'm sorry:( :sob

----------------------------------

And since my all my choices have been depressing; A little ode to Tara (as fist met by Willow) ala Poe (once again).

Beautiful girl:tara

Someone's gotta hear this...

Beautiful girl,

You must've been a beautiful baby too

Beautiful woman,

You must've had your moments inside the sun

Beautiful girl

Beautiful stranger

Why do you have to walk with your head hung low

Beautiful girl

Your eyes are mockingbirds inside a guilded cage

Your life's a silent movie that I haven't heard for ages

Tell me everything, someone's gotta hear this

beautiful thing

Beautiful mother, frozen in ice

I've waiting for you to grow for my whole life

Beautiful girl

Your eyes are mockingbirds inside a guilded cage

Your life's a silent movie that I haven't heard for ages

Tell me everything, someone's gotta hear this

Beautiful thing (so beautiful):D

Re: Songs that remind us of Willow and Tara

Hi, I'm new here...and obsessed with Willow.:willow I have a song, didn't bother to read all the other ones, so I don't know if this one has been done yet. Anyway, it is by t.A.T.u. They are a musical group from Russia. Their songs are great only becasue they are so original and all of them are about their life. So, anyway, here is the song.

All the things she said

All the things she said

Running through my head

All the things she said

All the things she said

Running through my head

I'm in serious s--t, I feel totally lost

If I'm asking for help, its only because

Being with you has opened my eyes

Could I ever believe such a perfect surprise?

I keep asking myself, wondering how

I keep closing my eyes but I can't block you out

Wanna fly to a place where

it's just you and me

Nobody else so we can be free

All the things she said

All the things she said

Running through my head

All the things she said

All the things she said

Running through my head

This is not enough

This is not enough

All the things she said

All the things she said

And I'm all mixed up

Feeling cornered and rushed

They say it's my fault

But I want her so much

Wanna fly her away where the sun and the rain

Come in over my face

Wash away all the shame

When they stop and stare-don't worry me

Cause I'm feeling for her

What shes feeling for me

I can try to pretend, I can try to forget

But its driving me mad, going out of my head

Mother looking at me

Tell me what do you see?

Yes, I've lost my mind

Daddy looking at me

Will I ever be free?

Have I crossed the line

Okay, so thats the song...and my first post here.:grin I'll be spending much more time at these boards due to obsessing over the cute lil Wicca we all know and love(I hope) WILLOW!!!:willow :drool

So happy I found this board!!!:applause

(((hugz))) 2 all

Me being a Xena fan as well-BATTLE ON!!!

Sarah McLachlan

Postby elessar007 » Tue Feb 18, 2003 2:53 pm

I remember other people mentioning some of Sarah's songs but for the life of me I can't recall the specifics so if I am repeating please forgive me. Two songs leap out at me. I'll cite the lyrics while at the same time trying to describe the scene. My particular interpretations of both the show and the music are by definition subjective. If anyone disagrees with said interpretations let's just chalk it up to personal opinion and not get into a debate. That way we can all play nice together.

The song Do What You Have To Do plays like a virtual soundtrack in my head when Tara leaves Willow in Tabula Rasa. Don't get me wrong about Michelle Branch singing Goodbye to You. It just doesn't tear at my heart as much as Do What You Have To Do does.

The scene where Tara is packing clothes and other items into a cardboard box and then starts crying. It's as if she knows she is leaving her soulmate but at the same time she believes it is the only way to remedy the situation.

What ravages of spirit

conjured this temptuous rage

created you a monster

broken by the rules of love

Willow is sitting all alone on the floor with her knees pulled up into her chest, seemingly desperate for something to hold onto while countless tears track down her cheeks. All the time realizing that her misuse of magick is at the center of this breakup.

a glowing ember

burning hot

burning slow

deep within I'm shaken by the violence

of existing for only you

Tara walks down the stairs and out on the porch to find Dawn there only to have her run back inside before Tara can hug her. Tara is hurting just as much as anyone but knows that she must do this, she can't stay with the magick-abusing Willow. She can't stay but that doesn't mean she is no longer in love with Willow.

I know I can't be with you

I do what I have to do

and I have the sense to recognize but

I don't know how to let you go

I don't know how to let you go

I don't know how to let you go

For me, the song Good Enough strikes the image of Tara's horrible father and brother. These lines in particular:

So don't tell me why

he's never been good to you,

Don't tell me why

he's never been there for you,

And I'll tell you that why

is simply not good enough,

So just let me try

and I will be good to you

Just let me try

and I will be there for you,

I'll show you why

you're so much more than good enough

It makes me think of when Willow and the others confronted Tara's father and declared that they were her family. And later on Willow tells Tara that knowing her background makes her proud. Willow even says that it makes her love Tara more. I found that so touching. Then Willow and Tara are out on the dance floor. They entwine themselves together, resting their heads on each others shoulder. In total oblivion to the others around them, Willow and Tara float above the floor and I start crying.

***

"Hey, Will. This is me. It doesn't all have to be 'good' and 'fine.' This is the room where you don't have to be brave and I still love you."

I knew there was a reason this song made me cry, but I couldn't place it until I made my regular visit here. This song reminds me SO much of W/T. Willow would be singing this about Tara.

My Immortal by Evanescence:

i'm so tired of being here

suppressed by all of my childish fears

and if you have to leave

i wish that you would just leave

because your presence still lingers here

and it won't leave me alone

these wounds won't seem to heal

this pain is just too real

there's just too much that time cannot erase

when you cried i'd wipe away all of your tears

when you'd scream i'd fight away all of your fears

and i've held your hand through all of these years

but you still have all of me

you used to captivate me

by your resonating light

but now i'm bound by the life you left behind

your face it haunts my once pleasant dreams

your voice it chased away all the sanity in me

these wounds won't seem to heal

this pain is just too real

there's just too much that time cannot erase

when you cried i'd wipe away all of your tears

when you'd scream i'd fight away all of your fears

and i've held your hand through all of these years

but you still have all of me

i've tried so hard to tell myself that you're gone

and though you're still with me

i've been alone all along

----

It's a gorgeous, gorgeous song, I highly recommend you download it. Their album comes out 3/4/03.

Songs That Remind

Postby daddykat » Fri Feb 28, 2003 12:15 pm

Wow, sorry to come across as the corny older guy that I am, but I immediately thought of them when I heard Roger Whittaker's "You Are My Miracle" last spring on a cassette I'd just bought. Have a bit of a hearing rpoblem and haven't listened in months, so don't know the 2 verses, but the chorus goes:

"You are my nights, you are my days"

"You are my miracle, in so many ways"

"You give me hope, to carry on"

"You are my miracle, for you make me strong."

Since I've described them as "the most perfect match in TV history" and "wherever one has a weakness, the other has a strong point to match it", the lyrics seem appropriate, and I'm big on sappy-beautiful melodies.

I was sorting through my music library a little while ago and I came across a Lenny Kravitz song that reminded me of W/T.

It reminded me of when Tara left Willow at the end of Tabula Rasa. I realize this isn't a happy time, but it drew my mind that way.

Can't Get You Off My Mind

Life is just a lonely highway

I’m out here on the open road

I’m old enough to see behind me

But young enough to feel my soul

I don’t wanna lose you baby

And I don’t wanna be alone

Don’t wanna live my days without you

But for now I’ve got to be without you

I’ve got a pocket full of money

And pocket full of keys that have no bounds

But then I think of lovin’

And I just can’t get you off of my mind

Babe can’t you see

That this is killing me

I don’t want to push you baby

And I don’t want you to be told

It’s just that I can’t breathe without you

Feel like I’m gonna lose control

I’ve got a pocket full of money oh yes I do

And a pocket full of keys that have no bounds

But when it comes to lovin’

I just can’t get you off of my mind, yeaaah

Am I a fool to think that there’s a little hope

Yeah yeahhhhhheee yeah

Tell me baby, yeah

What are the rules the reasons and the do’s and don’ts

Yeah yeahhhhhheee yeah

Tell me baby tell me baby, yeah

What do you feel inside?

I’ve got a pocket full of money

And a pocket full of keys that have no bounds

Oh yeah

But when it comes down to lovin’

I just can’t get you off of my mind, yeah

I just can’t get you off of my mind, yeah.

"Stop sniffing my forehead!"~~my GF to me while snuggling in bed one night.
