Just to let everyone know.......I emailed Curve about a week ago to tell them how pleased I was seeing Amber on the cover. I received an email back that said something like thank you for your email and "we have received many other emails similar to yours." Yeah! Go Amber!

I suggest everyone mail, email or fax Curve telling them how much you enjoyed the article and them setting the record straight.

For UK based Kitties, get in touch with http://www.libertas.co.uk, phone 01904 625522. I got my issue from them, they are in York.

The interview was wonderful, but the rest of the magazine had literally nothing in for me. Do they seriously think lesbians are interested in what they cobble together? It's the same as the UK Diva magazine, if you're not into the club scene you have nothing to read! I get so much more enjoyment reading the Kitten board, where there are ones exactly like me and others different enough that I learn new things and ideals. This board should be in print!!

All I can currently say is awwwwwwwwwh! :heart *grins* She is absoloutly too cute and no wonder I like so many are attracted to her! Not many other stars would bother to help the waitress. *giggles* And she couldnt say Y'all. Thats just so cute. Well, im gonna go imagine her saying Y'all for the rest of the night. :)

Tara: Willow, you are using too much magick. What do you want me to do, sit back and keep my mouth shut?

Willow: Well that'd be a good start.

Tara: (Shocked) If I didn''t love you so damn much I would!

oh man. I was at a Barnes and Nobles this weekend (my Dad and I were buying book for school) but I completely forgot to look for this magazine. But now that I think about it...my dad does know, but how comfortable would he be buying me this magazine?

my scans are up

Postby NickDDP » Sun Nov 09, 2003 8:22 pm

I have scanned the magazine myself and put them on Alyson Hannigan Corner.

I have taken the cover and edited out most of the text, and provided small and large copies of it. Also, I did a full sized scan of the inside picture -- it goes across the staples and most people are not adventurous to stitch these things together, but I am. In addition, I cropped and enlarged the inside pic to wallpaper size and have provided 3 different sizes.

It's in the Amber gallery on AHC:

Fabulous scans as always, Nick. Your hard work and dedication to our fair Aly/Amber is a blessing to us all.

I love have various sizes of the cover photo of Amber as it's still my favorite.

That lustrous brown hair twining 'round her body like Rapunzel.:flower :happycry :kitty

angelsslayer04 ~

You can back order it with Curve magazine. A new edition just came out last week. If you hurry to a Borders though, they might still have a copy.

PS ~ Where did you get that pic of Lena and Bianca????

Damn! that's all I can say, she is gorgeous! WHat an amazing article too, kudos to the writer. It's far past too late for me to get a copy of the mag; I wish I hadn't been absent from the board for so long. :sob Amber is such a class act, there really is no one else like her. Sigh. What a goddess. :drool

Letters to the Editor

Postby WebWarlock » Mon Jan 12, 2004 9:39 am

There are few great letters to the Editor in the latest issue of Curve (the "L Word" issue) about Tara.

One from our very own Sam and a couple of others.

The letters express much praise for having Amber and for telling it like it is.

Check them out.
