Hmm just rewatched the scene again for no particular reason.

I love the way Tara is caressing Willow's shoulder, just sort of unconciously toying with it. *sigh* It all looks so right, just as it should be. Willowhand just happens to end up -well- right *there*, whilst the other Willowhand also quite unconciously caresses Tara's inner thigh. Ah yes, the important things in life.

For some odd reason after reading some fic and thinking about the awards thread I found my mind wandering back to certain WT moments, the ones we saw, and the ones we did not see but should have seen. I can't help but think how much more we could have had, and aren't I the rotten spoiled one for thinking that.... Nope, I am not.



Had any other BtVS couple been in the same situation as WT were in NMR, we would have had an very different opening scene the very next episode. Just pretending for a sec equal treatment actually exists in this world and in Buffyverse I can see the Yoko Factor starting with a shot a la SR. Clothes everywhere. A Flamey Candle carelessly disgarded, some giggling and slowly the camera pans over to the bed where we see a lovely smiling Tara face flanked by two Willowfeet poking from under the sheet. I still love all the loving WT moments we have had of course, but you know every once in a while I just go "what if". Bless Amber and Aly for making more than the best of what was and aiding and abetting the imagination by providing such loving visual aids.



Anyway, can anyone else think of a scene where some gratuitous non exploitative naked WT love would have made perfect sense in a certain episode? Ok, I know the Pens is full of answers, but you know I like to be smutted on the Kitten as well. Ruth? Anyone? Bueller?

Honestly, I'd like to have seen Tara pounce on Willow during the "flaming o" spell. Just as Willow throws herself back onto those cushions and arches her back, breathing out her "essence" heavily, Tara swallows down her very dry throat, unable to take her eyes off Willow.



Then, Willow opens her eyes and looks up at Tara hungrily, still holding the other girl's hand. A tiny smile tugs at the corner of her mouth and Tara can't help but swallow again at the look that's crossing Willow's face.



In a silent agreement, Willow pulls Tara down on top of her and they kiss deeply, breathing heavily against one another.



"Willow..." Tara says, as Willow's hands tug at her clothing and try to get to her sweaty skin underneath. "What about the nether realms?"



"Tara," Willow answers with a sly smile on her face. "Give me a minute and I'll be right there..."



Smut ensues.

I already wrote a fic about this, though, G, so I'd feel kinda silly rehashing. That's my take and I'm sticking to it.



To this day, "Who Are You" is still my favorite W/T ep, and the flaming-o spell the sexiest scene I think has ever been shown on TV. Which makes it all the more appropriate that "Yours" is my favorite of my W/T fics. Hee.

Two things we've seen w/ Buffy have been 1)intercut sex-scenes (specifically where Buffy&Riley get it on in The I in Team, 2) sex flashbacks/dreams (I think in Innocence w/ Angel, and maybe other eps).



I'd love to see/have seen both of these w/ Willow and Tara. I'm not sure exactly where I'd put an intercut scene, but I think a little sex-flashback would have been terrific in Buffy vs. Dracula when Joyce is mindlessly spouting on how tough life is w/o a man. Not!!!

I would loved to have seen a W/T sex scene at the end of Family, or as a flashback to that episode. The conversation between W & T during the slow dance at the end of the episode was so loving and intimate; it was as if the events in that ep took their love to a deeper level. And you just knew that Willow was going to take Tara home afterward and give her a birthday present to remember. I think they would have been very slow, romantic, and sensual with each other. And I would like to have seen that on screen.

Well I don't know whether this would have made 'perfect' sense but I sure wouldn't have minded. I've always thought that in Hush in the laundry room after W/T had moved the drinks machine together that anything could have happened. Willow was breathing very heavy, their fingers were entwined and it wouldn't have taken much for them to get caught up in the moment and the incredible connection between them. I think Willow would have lept over to Tara and kissed her passionately. Tara would have been very surprised (pleasantly surprised as she already had a major crush on Willow) but at the same time would have become extremely aroused by Willow's forcefulness. Then later, after a bit more of Riley and Buffy fighting the gentlemen, they could have panned back to a very hot and sweaty naked couple still in the laudry room with that JBF hair, Willow lying in Tara's arms and Tara with an OMG look on her face.

I know it would have changed some things on the show and I loved how they did finally get together but it could have meant naughty flashbacks for both girls. Willow seriously questioning her sexuality as she could not get visions of Tara out of her mind, and Tara wondering whether it was real or just one of her many Willow centred fantasies.

Definitely in "The I in Team", when Willow goes to Tara's room after Buffy & boys are paged away from the Bronze. It would be a very sweet "first time" sort of scene. Slow, tentative kisses; undressing kind of shyly; discovering each others' bodies with gentle caresses. Willow being nervous, Tara comforting her & making her feel safe. Seeing their non-magical connection. ::: sigh :::



I know you all asked for smut, but I'm a closet romantic. I always fall for that mushy lovey-dovey stuff.

Somewhere between the Yoko Factor and Prime-evil, when Willow is upset with Buffy for being 'freaked' about her and Tara, they really needed a lovely W/T bed scene. Not even sex, just beautiful intimacy and lots of old-fashioned lovin'.



When Tara skips away from Giles' house, you can't help thinking she's awfully chipper. I can so imagine the scene:



Tara comforting Willow, reassuring her that Buffy isn't really freaked, just coming to terms with everything. Then Will should have some soppy line, about her love for Tara making everything right again (hehe I'm into soppiness, OK?!) and then their snuggles quickly becoming "hot sweaty naked love", or a variation.



Yes, a Season Four sex scene is very much needed.
