In episode 18 of season 7, we'll see some bizarre behaviour in Sunnydale. The Joss Whedon penned episode, Nothing Really Matters will see many shippers dancing for joy, as Xander and Buffy become intimate.
Also, Nothing Really Matters will see the return of a character from a previous series, when Cordelia shows up at the Bronze. Writer/producer, David Greenwalt stated in a recent interview that 'We expect a lot of people to be surprised by Cordelia's return. We'd been planning a return episode for this character for some time, but were stumped by scheduling conflicts. Luckily we were able to write it into season 7. Fans should watch the scenes in the Bronze carefully. There's more to Cordelia's return than meets the eye.'
Dedicated fans will notice the hidden reference to I Only Have Eyes for You from season 2, but the real shocker comes at the end of the ep when Xander masturbates with Tara

I'm with Autumn on this one! Before I got sucked in to this board (yeah, I fought really hard all the way) I did a lot of reading or watching other things on TV. I spend so much time at work and doing lesson plans, that this is the great escape. Although I did go out Friday night to see a play that a friend directed. She runs a theater cooperative. Well, when not Buffy watching/thinking/writing (endless paragraphs of boring narrative ) fan fiction (very, very slowly - it takes much effort to be THAT ponderous and over-blown/long-winded/pretentious, Ruth ), I play guitar, write songs (that have endless verses of ... I must stop this ), act, sing, read (history - what started out as an interest/obsession with the First World War, has now, over the last twelve years grown to encompass virtually the whole of the 20th century, and some of the 19th (reading Shelby Foote's narrative history of The American Civil War was a real life-changer), and Dazey - you'll be pleased to know, I am taking the trouble to get to grips with the situation/history of Northern Ireland, etc, although, obviously, I'm not going to spout forth my thoughts on here; fiction: Mostly American literature - Salinger, especially - and a teeny, tiny amount of poetry - Robert Graves, Philip Larkin, Sylvia Plath and Tony Harrison, are, pretty much, my faves -), listen to music (too many to mention, except to say - cachaco - I like The Magnetic Fields, too! Although I also have to say/shout/scream at the top of my lungs (ready, Charlie?) Manic Street Preachers!!!!!), go walking with Sharon (mostly around Wales, which is well, fantastic, of course), watch films (saw The Royal Tenenbaums last night - jury still out on that one - although I must confess to going a bit gooey over GP; panda eyes and all - I must be shot), watch sport (rugger, cricket, mostly - occasionaly known to play the latter - very, very badly), deal with never-ending parental problems (all their own making, but no less frustrating, as they seem to then phone me up, and expect me to clean up the mess - I tell you, the moment they retire, they're being shipped off to Mrs McTwiggie's Dreary Home For Unwanted Parents), and finally, play valet to Spike the Wonderpooch, who is a very demanding soul, although adorable (the little bugger).
(I think I mentioned ENJOYING writing endless paragraphs, didn't I? I did? Good: Don't want you to think I didnt enjoy writing this one. And being cheeky, too - I enjoy that one very much (Sharon can attest to that one).

What do I do when not Buffying?
I read. (fiction, some poetry, newspapers, trashy tabloid magazines, fluffy magazines, political/personal essays in anthologies, etc.)
I think about and procrastinate writing and occasionally actually get a decent amount of writing done.
I work/play with a progressive API performing arts collective doing both writing AND (most shocking to me) performing (never thought I'd be up onstage or take to it so much).
I talk and read and think and dream and do butch/femme, queer political activism and anti-racism/people of color community work (some of this -- queer activism -- I actually get paid for).
I drool over butches.
I hang out with my friends at their houses (you never get too old for sleepovers PLUS free cable!), at bars, at restaurants, at the nail salon, at the movies.
I talk on the phone so much with certain friends that their girlfriends all end up asking the same question, "How can you guys have so much to talk about?"
I get yummy femmey manicures.
I do yoga.
I neurotically pick over ever aspect of my life.
I don't sleep.

This is not a political issue I raise, but a human one
i believe you said that you weren't posting anything political, but that you were just stating your beliefs..and those beliefs, to many, are political. Stating that you like the color orange is personal--talking about generational long strife is political.
Also, w/the 9/11 thing.. i don't know if you're american or not..but here, you're 'not allowed' to bring up the very raw facts of more people dying in the bombings than the terrorist attacks.. blame it on our 'patriotism'..
