maudmac…at the end of S5, from Tough Love to The Gift, we had almost no spoilers, I remember getting up Sunday morning to read the wildfeed for Tough Love and finding that it had been moved to late Tuesday afternoon, so I couldn’t even see it on Monday night like I usually do, so I’m just hoping that it doesn’t happen again this year with the last episodes.
Thanks. So there's a trend of keeping the last bits close to the vest, I guess.
I'm thinking some other things. Trying to fill in the holes in the spoilage is bothering me. Naturally, I'm trying to connect the dots and perhaps that's overly speculative and not really appropriate. Mods?
Does anyone have a grasp on just how much we're missing? I mean, has anyone actually laid out all the spoilers in chronological order and estimated how much screentime still needs to be filled in?
I'm not clear on how in the world Warren could mistake Tara for Buffy in the first place. Unless the way it goes down is that there's some kind of struggle between Warren, Buffy, and Tara. Or if Tara's hit by a stray bullet or something.
But the spoilage implies that Willow finds Tara's body and takes off after Warren. This suggests that Buffy wasn't around when Tara was shot. So how does Willow even know it was Warren? (I guess there are lots of ways, really, and we just don't have all the details.)
The hole that's bothering me most today is what happens to Tara's body? Does everyone just run off toward The Trainwreck and leave the poor girl lying there? (The fact that there's no spoilage regarding paramedics, the police, an investigation, etc., somehow helps me to hope for The Reset.)
I think I might be nitpicking. I also think I might be shutting up now. Mods?
- Busless and takin' it one day at a time.
Edited to say that I would gladly trade my newfangled Doll's Eye Crystal status (which pathetically elicited a delighted gasp from me) for the trainwrecky spoilers.
