I'm finally registering after lurking for months. I love this board. I discovered it through the folks at Drop the Chalupa. My first Buffy ep was "The Body" this summer (thanks to TV Guide recommending it). Now I've seen them all except for "Buffy vs. Dracula" (soon on FX).
I'm a woman living in Virginia & working for the feds in DC.

My name's Lara, i've been lurking forever. I started the site Wiccan Ways ages ago, and that was very rewarding. Too bad life and school got in the way.

I'm 22, and live in an unsavoury part of Toronto. Yes, i keep my pepper spray close.

Last, but definitely not least, got to thank Xita for creating such a wonderful board, it really is a community. If I ever needed to know anything even remotely w/t related, this was the place i turned to.

Hey everybody! My name is Eric. I'm a 19 year old college student in Washington. I've been lurking here for a couple of weeks and finally decided to register and start posting.

I would watch Buffy off and on for the first 3 seasons, then I quit watching altogehter. No reason why. I just never got into the show. Then when I saw promos for Once More With Feeling I decided to give it another try. Needless to say, I got hooked. Now I watch the show religiously and also watch the reruns on FX. My favorite character (by far) is Tara.

I like coming to this board because the posters here are very intelligent and just all around awesome people. Plus it's nice to come to a board where there are no Tara or W/T haters.

Okay, I'm having a problem. Actually.... I'm having a lot of problems at the moment.... but one in particular concerning The Kitten.

I don't know exactly where to post this, so I'm doing it here.

I've noticed that when people post on the board, underneath their username is their "Kitty name". Now, my "Kitty name" is supposedly Hoppy Toad. But, when I post it still says that I'm a "blessed wannabe." Now, I don't want to be a "blessed wannabe"! I wanna be a Hoppy Toad!

Can someone tell me what's going on?

I see you registered in the Kitten Board's Nether Realms. I think that caused the confusion. Registering there is seperate from the Kitten Board. This is a novogate board, we get to choose our username here but not our posting level or avatars. As has been suggested you could reregister under another username, you would have to start from scratch again though.

Anyway, for new people curious about what levels we have and how many posts it takes to get there, you can read it in the Kitten Board's FAQ. Ah and level 10 has yet to be added to the list, but so far only two extremely wonderful Kitties have reached that level.

Hello fellow posters. I think this is a wicked flaming site. I love the Will/Tara couple on BTVS. This is a lesbian couple in which the characters are developed and three deminsional. Willow and Tara aren't stereo typical, they're unique. Plus, the actresses are so charming and talented. Alyson and Amber are doing what other network primetime shows could only hope to accomplish. hi all, long time lurker, decided to register, stuffed that up but now should be Ok.

Australian (so I know how to pronouce 'Tara' properly) but now living in Hong Kong where we are eagerly awaiting the start of season 5. But luckily the local video shop keeps me up to date (up to end of S5, anyway, visiting regularly to see whether any s6 have arrived).

male equivalent of a spoiler ho (spoiler gigilo? spoiler gilo?), or maybe its just that I like dropping hints to my Australian friends who are still as behind as me, for a little while.

Big Tara fan, probably the quiet common sense thing. Not sure why really, I just accept.

Thought season 5 was the best and don't understand the 's2 cannot be beaten crowd'.

Oh, yeah, tend to forget to capialise when typing. Sorry if this annoys you.

Hello. I'm new to the board. Obviously. I was pointed to the board by my buffy loving sister. So I'm new to the online world of buffy and at times have a hard time not spoiling my buffy watching with spoilers. But sometimes I just can't wait for the next week!
But at any rate I'm laura, 21 from california, michigan originally. And didn't really get into buffy until last season for sure. BTVS is soooo wonderful
My kittie is name willow. But I wasn't a fan of the show at the point I named him. I just thought it was cool to name a kitty, Pussy Willow
He's great and likes the buffy to. ok I'm done rambling now.

I've got to admit, I kinda had an ulterior motive - I have a friend who's a huge W/T fan but has no internet, so I find Willow/Tara related stuff, especially fanfic, for him and save it to disk, but I also love to debate Buffy with intelligent, polite people such as yourselves! Plus I have to be the 'Willow' of my friendship group, 'cos my name's Hazel. Still a tree!

hey there. I realised that i hadn't properly introduced myself so here I am. I've loved buffy since the very first episode but I gotta tell ya..since Willow and Tara started thier relationship i've become a fanatic. well not quite that bad but you get the idea. i've been lurking on the board since about june last year and then finally registered and now am finally saying hi. yes i'm a bit slow I know Anyway I'm from good ol South Africa where we suffer no cuts of any kind and watch buffy on fridays at 5. we also get Angel inbetween seasons of buffy.

Hey, I am reintroducing myself. I found the kitten board after being a long-time member of Drop the Chalupa. Thanks to F/X reruns, I have now caught up to the point when I began watching BtVS.

I was drawn to the show because of Willow & Tara. I think that Joss Whedon has done a great job and I really have become addicted to the show.

Okay well here we go, I'm new to this board so bear with me ~~~ I have only posted on buffysearch.com and jamesmarsters.com before. I am a huge Buffy fan and love the Willow/Tara relationship. I mean Tara is the only female on the show with a realistic body ~ Live in Oregon, watch the show whevever possible, just recently got introduced to the world of spoilers, not to sure if I like them yet.

Hello. I'm new to this board. I am a HUGE Buffy fan and an even larger W/T fan. I am a hopeless romantic and seeing Willow and Tara's love for each other never fails to give me a serious case of the "warm Fuzzies" inside.
Well...Intro:
1-I'm a guy. (surprise...please don't hate me.)
2- No. I don't like W/T's relationship because I secretly have a fantasy about two women together.
3- I love thier relationship because it's just that...pure, unadulteratd love. It's like...like...watching Perfect Bliss.
Actually makes me sad that I don't have it..*sniffle*...but I digress.
4- I live in Nebraska..in a town the size of your average apartment building. It's tiny...2 miles by 2 miles...5000 people...and every third one is named Earl.
5- I cried many big, wet tears when BTVS moved to UPN. We don't get UPN.
6- Found a site to get Season 6 episodes...my world shattered when Willow and Tara broke up.(Tabula Rasa)
7- (And please don't hit me for this one) At first...at FIRST...I hated Tara. (Ducks). She made Willow all confused, with the gay thing...then I grew to love Tara and now bask in the glow of Thier love...
8- As your have surmised...I am a complete dork.
9- A dork that wants to be a kitten...

hey there. I realised that i hadn't properly introduced myself so here I am. I've loved buffy since the very first episode but I gotta tell ya..since Willow and Tara started thier relationship i've become a fanatic. well not quite that bad but you get the idea. i've been lurking on the board since about june last year and then finally registered and now am finally saying hi. yes i'm a bit slow I know Anyway I'm from good ol South Africa where we suffer no cuts of any kind and watch buffy on fridays at 5. we also get Angel inbetween seasons of buffy.

Hey, I am reintroducing myself. I found the kitten board after being a long-time member of Drop the Chalupa. Thanks to F/X reruns, I have now caught up to the point when I began watching BtVS.

I was drawn to the show because of Willow & Tara. I think that Joss Whedon has done a great job and I really have become addicted to the show.

Hello. I'm new to this board. I am a HUGE Buffy fan and an even larger W/T fan. I am a hopeless romantic and seeing Willow and Tara's love for each other never fails to give me a serious case of the "warm Fuzzies" inside.
Well...Intro:
1-I'm a guy. (surprise...please don't hate me.)
2- No. I don't like W/T's relationship because I secretly have a fantasy about two women together.
3- I love thier relationship because it's just that...pure, unadulteratd love. It's like...like...watching Perfect Bliss.
Actually makes me sad that I don't have it..*sniffle*...but I digress.
4- I live in Nebraska..in a town the size of your average apartment building. It's tiny...2 miles by 2 miles...5000 people...and every third one is named Earl.
5- I cried many big, wet tears when BTVS moved to UPN. We don't get UPN.
6- Found a site to get Season 6 episodes...my world shattered when Willow and Tara broke up.(Tabula Rasa)
7- (And please don't hit me for this one) At first...at FIRST...I hated Tara. (Ducks). She made Willow all confused, with the gay thing...then I grew to love Tara and now bask in the glow of Thier love...
8- As your have surmised...I am a complete dork.

Hello. I'm new to the board. Obviously. I was pointed to the board by my buffy loving sister. So I'm new to the online world of buffy and at times have a hard time not spoiling my buffy watching with spoilers. But sometimes I just can't wait for the next week!
But at any rate I'm laura, 21 from california, michigan originally. And didn't really get into buffy until last season for sure. BTVS is soooo wonderful
My kittie is name willow. But I wasn't a fan of the show at the point I named him. I just thought it was cool to name a kitty, Pussy Willow
He's great and likes the buffy to. ok I'm done rambling now.
