Chapter 19

"Prom Night"



"Willow! How sexy are you!" Buffy exclaims.

"Oh god Buffy dont! I know I look horrible!" Willow says with a slight groan as she looks herself over in the mirror. They were in Buffys room. It was prom night and Willow had butterflies in her stomach, more like bats really. She knew this was going to be a night to remember. It was going to be her and Taras night. She was so nervous she felt as if she would pass out.



"Willow dont be so hard on yourself! With this dress, Tara's gonna lose it!" Buffy says, trying to reasure Willow who smiles at the comment. : Oh yeah she's gonna lose it. Whatever IT is anyway.: Willow herself was wearing a sky blue satin dress that was all shiny and glimery, her hair was done and Buffy had done her makeup. Buffy looked equally pretty and equally hot, she wore a strapless light purple dress, her hair up down, with a small bun in the middle, her makeup of course, done expertly.

"Are you ready to go pick up Tara?" Buffy asks. Willow takes in a long breath.

"Ready as Im ever gonna be!" She says.

"Thats the spirit Wills!" Buffy says and they head out. Willow growing more and more nervous with each passing second.

"Taras house"

Tara jumps as the doorbell rings. It had been so quiet in the house that night. Lucky for her, her father was out at some bar, and Donny was doing god knows what with a friend of his. Her father knew that Tara was going to prom that night and she figured that was the reason why he had left. He hadnt said a word to her about it and that was fine with Tara. She had been looking herself over one last time when the door bell rang. Willow hadnt seen her dress yet and she was excited to finally let her. She had went shopping with Buffy who had picked out a "killer" dress. Buffy told Tara she knew Willow would "Flip her lid when she sees the dress!" Tara wanted it to be a special night, she wanted Willow to be beside herself when she saw Tara in this dress, and even though Willow tried her hardest to get Tara to show her, she did not budge. Smiling to herself, she hurries downstairs as fast as she could in her heels, fixing her hair a little and opens the door.



"Hey Tara are you re..." Willow stops what she was saying at the sight of Tara as she stood before her. Willow had no words to describe how Tara looked. :Shes a goddess. MY goddess: Tara was wearing a strapless low cut red satin dress, her hair was up, two strands of her bangs as well. The dress showed off Taras superb neck (Willow had a thing for her neck). She looked beautiful. And she was hers.

"Tara...wow...you look...you look...wow..." Willow says, still not sure as to what to say. Buffy looks over at her and smiles.

"Willow close your mouth, youre drooling." She says with a smirk. And Willow does. Tara smiles at her, steping out of her house and closing the door.

"You look good to Willow." She says, smiling at her. Willow can do nothing but smile at her, taking Taras hand and leaning foward and kissing her on the cheek.

"Beautiful." Was all she could say.

"Ok on to prom we go!" Buffy exclaims.

"Yippie!" Willow says, as they all walk to Buffys car.

:Oh yes, this will be a night to remember: And Willow smiles.

"PROM"

"Xander lets leave, I want to have the post prom sex." Xander spits out his drink, coughing.

"Anya! We've been here an hour!" Xander exclaims. At that Willow and Tara laugh.

"Wheres Buffy?" Willow asks, trying to change topics before Xander got so red he might have been mistaken for a balloon or something.

"Shes doin the dirty with Larry." Xander says. They all stare at him.

"I mean, dancing. Doing the dirty dancing with Larry." He says, blushing even more.

"God can Cordelia grind any harder against Brain Johnsons crotch?" Willow asks.

"They're having sex on the dance floor?" Anya says hopefully looking over at the couple. Tara laughs at Anyas obvious chargin for sex. Finaly a slow song came on.

"Our dance!" Willow says, taking Taras hand leading her to the dance floor. Tara wraps her arms around Willows waist, pulling them closer, Willows hands caressing Taras lower back. Tara gasped at the touch. So this was why Buffy picked out this dress. The back hardly had any material to it all, stringed together with just two laces. They dont talk as they dance slowly, round and round the dance floor. Not saying a word. Staring lovingly into eachothers eyes, Willows hands caressing all about and down Taras back making Tara herself quiver, finally Willow's hands fell upon the girls shoulders.

"Tara you look so beautifull tonight." She says. Tara smiles at her, blue eyes twinkling.

"Thank you Willow. You look wonderfull tonight too." She says, and Willow also smiles.

"Good time?" She asks. Tara nods.

"Best time. Being here with you just makes it all seem perfect. Its like a dream Will, you're like my dream." She says.

"Aww baby..." Willow says, gently stroking Taras cheek lovingly.

"Its real. It's so real. IM real." Willow says and kisses Tara softly on the lips, hands moving down her lower back again, making Tara moan a little. The kiss gets more heated, neither of them even TRYING to dance anymore, both girls lost in this perfect moment of sheer bliss. Tounges entered the others mouths and duled. Hands roamed, and moans were let out.

"Baby...can we...can we, go?" Willow asks after they break apart each breathing heavily due to lack of air.

"Yes sweetie, anything you want." Willow whispers, taking her hand once more, leading her off the dance floor, past the couples and past their friends. Willow knew where she wanted to take Tara to, her house. Her parents had decided to leave if Willow wanted to "Bring your friend home." Willow was silently thanking the gods for that as they rushed out the doors.



"See Xander, they get to go make with the orgasms!" Anya exclaims making Xander spit out his drink again.

"All the more fun." She says capturing Willows earlobe again. Willow groaned softly, turning her head back around, picking up the phone.
