I love you.

I love you too.

I need you.

I need you too.

I need you in me.

I need you in me too.

You’re my life.

No, you are. You are everything. You are my world.

Part One: Loving you is all I have to do

"Love has nothing to do with what you are expecting to get, it's what you are expected to give -- which is everything."

-Anon

        “You’re my world.” Willow stated in a whisper as she studied the soft features of her lover’s face, her slender fingers eventually finding its way across the blonde’s full lips, tracing them gently. “You are everything to me, Tara.” Her words leave her lips with infinite love and devotion.

        “And you’re everything to me.” Tara replied softly, her blue eyes sparking under the dim lights above, white Christmas lights were carefully draped across the ceiling as a few candles sat atop an oak dresser, its yellow flame flickering in the darkness of the small room. “I love you, Willow.”

        “And I love you.” the redhead smiled, her own emerald eyes filling with happy tears as she continued to stare deeply into her girlfriends azure orbs, the fingers which had been tracing Tara’s lips were now buried deep inside long blonde hair, massaging the soft scalp beneath. Willow’s loving fingertips were warm to the touch, eliciting a hot sensation that sent tiny gooseflesh throughout her lovers’ voluptuous frame, making Tara moan.

        “You like that?” Willow giggled as her fingers continued its journey, gently massaging every nook and cranny of her lover’s soft scalp.

        “I really do.” The blonde breathed, biting her lower lip in hopes of stifling another moan, but failing miserably. “Who would have thought that finger massaging could feel so good?”

        Willow lifted her eyebrows, smirking in amusement. ‘Finger massaging, if you only knew.’

        “To the head, I mean.” She blushed. “Head massaging, not…” she blushed again, licking her top lip nervously. “You know what I mean.”

        Willow giggled at her flushed lover, still captivated by endless blue eyes. “I know what you mean.” She said softly. “I always know what you mean.”

        Tara then brought her right hand up and gently cupped Willow’s cheek, her thumb beginning its own gentle, soothing massage. ‘Give and take.’

        “Willow fingers…” Tara kissed the slender digits that were now creeping closer to her mouth, trailing her lips to the palm of Willow’s hand. “Willow-hand…” she nipped again, kissing the shapely hand lovingly. “My Willow.”

        “Always.” Willow said in absolute certainty, not being able to imagine herself with anyone else other than this woman beside her. She brought her lips forward slightly so she could place her lips with a kiss on the naked shoulder of the woman beside her, claiming the blonde as her own. ‘And Forever’ she thought.

        “And forever?” came the soft voice, asking the question both girls already knew the answer to. ‘An infinite yes, forever and a day.’

        “Well, pretty much.” Willow answered playfully, carefully pulling Tara towards her so the taller woman could lie on top. “That’s the plan, right?” she pulled a blanket from the foot of the bed and brought it over both of them, after she was finished her arms gently around her girlfriend’s body, warming her in a soft yet firm embrace. “You and me…together forever, it’s what we promised each other, and I’m not one to forgo any of my promises.” Willow kissed Tara’s nose. “You’re the one, Tara.” the redhead voiced adamantly. “I can’t imagine myself with anyone else.”

        “Neither can I.” Tara uttered gently, carefully pushing away the few strands of red hair that had fallen onto her lover’s face, and placing them behind her ears. “We fit.” Tara nodded matter of factly. “Willow and Tara.” She rolled their two names with the tip of her tongue. “It just makes sense, our names… it’s like Laverne and Shirley, Bert and Ernie, Sigfreid and Roy… I know they’re not romantically linked, but you can’t help but think of one without thinking of the other, which is much like…”

        Willow just smiles, trying to stifle her laughter but failing miserably.

        “What?” Tara stops, smiling slightly as a red blush was threatening to erupt onto her cheeks…again. ‘ Laughter really is contagious.’ Thought Tara. ‘I should be pouting and instead I’m laughing.' “I was just making a point, Willow.” She pointed out grumpily as an afterthought, standing her ground.

        “You definitely made it.” The redhead nodded, playfully nudging her foot against Tara’s. “And you thought I was the babbler.”

        “You are.” Insisted Tara. “You definitely got me beat in that area, but you know what they say…'couples who live together do start to look alike.’ ” She smiled her trademark half smile, bringing Willow into captivation mode, the two girls lay on their sides, staring into each others eyes, not ever breaking the contact. A bomb could have blown outside their door, and they wouldn’t have noticed.

“I love you.” Willow whispered, finally breaking the silence. She would never tire of saying those three words, not as long as Tara was in the receiving end of it.

        Tara smiled, her eyes filling with happy tears, still captivated by the woman who lay beside her. Instead of saying ‘I love you’ back, Tara gently brought her lips to the other woman, kissing her softly. Kissing the lips she has kissed a thousand times, and a thousand times after that.

        “Mmm…” Willow moaned sensually after their kiss subsided. “Tara-tongue.” The redhead muttered almost inaudibly, her own lips busying themselves with those of another, she gently nipped her lover’s lower lip, very much distracted. Tara was distracted as well, eagerly returning her girlfriends loving caress. “Tara-lips.” Willow managed to voice between gentle kisses. Their kiss lasted for a few more minutes until both were breathless, they both landed on their backs, staring at the ceiling.

        “Tara?” Willow asked after a short moment of silence, her eyes still glued towards the ceiling, which was plastered with dozens of glow-in-dark stars. That, along with the candles and lights, made for a very romantic setting. It was definitely a sight to see.

        “Yeah, sweetie?”

        “I was thinking…”

        The blonde turns her head to look at Willow. “Yeah?”

        Willow turns her attention from the ceiling towards Tara, resting her head on her elbows. “Why don’t we go somewhere?” she asked. “Just us…kind of like a Christmas vacation.”

        “You’re Jewish.” Tara says, frowning slightly.

        “Yeah, but you’re not.” Willow pointed out, smiling. “Plus, I kinda like the whole Christmas thing. The lights, the presents, the music…it’s refreshing. Plus, I think it’d be good for us.” She finished, giving her best puppy-dog eyes that she could muster; it always made Tara cave. ‘Not that she needed much caving.’

“I’d go anywhere with you.” Smiled the blonde, staring into deep green depths. “So where were you thinking?” Tara shifted her weight slightly towards her right, so she can face her soul mate.

        “Where do you want to go?” the redhead asked quietly, stroking Tara’ soft blonde hair reverently.

        Tara returns her gaze upward towards the star-covered ceiling, scrunching her face in deep thought. Willow just studied Tara’s features, looking at her face, utterly captivated.

        “Did you ever watch Home Alone 2?” Tara asked suddenly in a whisper, turning her attention back to her lover, her face serious.

        “Oh, sure. The little blonde kid, causes all kinds of mischief? The short bald gut, and the dumb tall one. The huge family with all the pizza’s. ” She nodded. “Why Hon?”

        “Do you remember the last part when the little kids mom finds her son in front of the giant Christmas tree, they hug?” she asked again, remembering the scene of the movie clearly.

        Willow thinks for a second, trying to remember, suddenly remember after a few seconds of thought. “I remember.” Willow smiled at her, stroking her hair. “It was a teary moment for sure.”

        “I want to go there.” Tara locked her eyes with Willow, smiling softly. “I want to be with you in front of that tree.” She said softly, her eyes sparkling. “I want you in my arms in front of that tree.” She held her breath, wishing she knew what was going on inside her lover’s brain. ‘Was her Christmas tree idea stupid?’

“You’re just a romantic at heart aren’t you?” Willow smiled.

        It was then when Tara let out a breath, relieved.

        “I love you Willow.” Tara let out, her eyes full of happy tears.

        “I love you too, Tara.”

Part 2:

Here’s part two…of part one. ‘shrugs’

        “You got everything?” Tara called to her lover, digging through their luggage, mentally making her own checklist. She hated to leave and then realize later on in the plane when they were hundreds of miles in the air, that they had forgotten to bring the essentials, like panties or something. ‘Not that it sounds bad, no panties, hmm.’ She thought wickedly.

        Willow, on the other hand, was all ready to go, adamant that she had everything. “Sure, toothbrush, toothpaste, bra, panties, lots and lots of sweaters…” Willow lifted a huge pile of multicolored sweaters and showed them to Tara.

        The blonde let out a loud bark of laughter. “That’s definitely a lot.” She nodded at the dozens and dozens of colorful sweaters and sweatshirts, along with their clothes and other toiletry of course; they were pretty much packed out.

        “Better safe than sorry.” Willow shrugged. “My, motto woman.” She said playfully, pretending to be serious.

        Tara just chuckled, shaking her head slightly. ‘My Willow.’ She thought.

        “Ooohh!” Willow squealed suddenly remembering something. “I almost forgot…” The redhead held up two pairs of ice skates, both shiny and new, sparkling in the sunlight that emanated from the large windows of their apartment.

        “Ice-skates.” Tare stared at the accessories, dead-panned. “Since when do we have ice-skates? I think I would have remembered having ice-skates.” She frowned slightly.

        “Since this morning.” Willow explained. “I got them when I bought the sweaters.” She said pointing at her luggage. “You were asleep, I didn’t want to wake you…” she shifted worriedly.

        “Its okay, sweetie.”

        “I left a note…” Willow acknowledged again, pointing towards their bedroom.

        “I guess I didn’t see.” The other woman shrugged, dismissing it. “No problem, they’re great…though we could have just rented a pair when we got there.”

        Willow grimaced visibly, almost shuddering. “Do you know how many people have borrowed those things? It’s unsanitary, full of feet fungus, not to mention how smelly it is, who knows what else, contagious diseases…” she babbled.

        “No more Discovery Channel for you.” Tara gently chastised, wagging her index finger back and forth.

Willow pouted pathetically.

“That pout is so pitiful.” Tara smiled as she softly kissed her lover’s lips, gently parting them with the tip of her pink tongue. Willow happily allowed the invasion, bring Tara’s lips even closer to her own.

“Hey, it’s a great program, riveting television in its finest. The best channel on earth.” Willow defended her love for the channel, along with herself.

“And the koala bears?”

“They’re the cutest things ever!” she pointed out. “The cutest of the cute.”

“I have to disagree with you there.” Tara says, shaking her head lightly from side to side as she continued to double check items from various bags.

“What’s cuter than koala bears?” Willow frowned, contemplating the various possibilities in her head. “Ooh, kittens!” she squealed excitedly, jumping up and down on her heels. “They are definitely the cutest.”

Tara is still smiling, she shakes her head again. “Nope.” She states simply.

Willow frowns a second time. “You don’t think kittens are cute?” the smaller woman asked, confused. ‘Kittens are definitely cute.’ She thought.

“Of course I do.” The blonde insisted gently. “They are definitely on the top of my list in the ‘cuteness’ factor, along with the Koala bears, but they’re not number one.” She added, smiling again the clueless-ness of her redheaded cutie.

“Well, what would be your number one?” Willow asked, still confused, but very much wanting to know what furry creature topped Tara’s ‘cuteness’ list. ‘What can be cuter than kittens, eh…definitely not frogs.’ She grimaced in a near shudder at the mere thought of the slimy amphibian.

“Hmm, well…” Tara pretended to contemplate an answer, looking up toward the ceiling slightly, then towards Willow. “Well, mine’s definitely cute, beautiful actually…breathtakingly beautiful.” She elaborated. “Strong, yet gentle, powerful and loving, one in a billion, one like no other. Amazing in every single way.”

“One in a billion?” Willow’s eyes widened. “Wouldn’t that mean it’s almost extinct?” she asked in a near panic of the cute creature disappearing off the face of the earth. “Oh my god, that’s so sad…” ‘The frogs should be the one extinct.’ She thought grumpily.

“Will…”Tara chuckled, letting her girlfriend off the hook. “I’m talking about you.”

”Oh.” Willow blushed, very much embarrassed. ”And you let me blather on like that?” she pouted, looking even more cute in Tara’s eyes than previously.

“See what I mean?” the blonde noted, indicating Willow’s ultra cute pout. “You are irresistibly cute, my little list topper.” She brought her lover in a tender, loving hug, squeezing the other woman gently yet firmly. I was pure love.

“Where were we?” Tara asked after a moment, looking around the room.

“Bags?” Willow pointed out, holding her multi-colored sweaters up in the air for Tara to see again.

“Oh, right.” She nodded. “So, you sure you have everything?” she held her lover more tightly.

“I’m sure, baby.” Smiled Willow, quickly kissing her in the lips.

“Okay!” Tara jumped, very much excited. “Off to the Christmas Tree.” She pretended to march forward like a marching bandleader or military leader. She marched forward playfully out the door where a cab was already waiting.

“Goof.” Willow giggled at the silliness of her lover’s disappearing form. ‘My goof.’ The redhead added in her head. ‘this’ll be fun.’ She thought.

To be continued…

Christmas Carols

Thanks for the replies everyone

Part three:

Willow and Tara sat together side by side in first class seas, both girls had on headphones happily enjoying each others presence, Willow’s eyes were glued towards the nearby window, staring at the big white fluffy clouds.

Tara turned her attention to her right, gazing at her much-distracted lover, after a few long seconds of quiet staring, she attempted to gain her lover’s attention. Removing the dark colored earphones from her ears, Tara called for her lover.

“Willow?”

No response.

“”Willow?” she tapped her girlfriends shoulder gently. Willow turned her head from the clouds and smiled at her lover’s beautiful face. “Hmm?” she asked, removing her earphones in the process.

“About the ice-skates…”

“Mmm hmm?” she encouraged.

“I don’t know how to ice-skate.” Confessed Tara, looking down bashfully at her interlocked hands. “I don’t even know how to roller-blade, my family…” she trails off shaking her head slightly, avoiding any discussion of her family. “Anyway, if we do go ice-skating, I’ll probably fall flat on my butt.”

“Baby, I cant ice-skate either, I probably could but I never tried.” She shrugged lightly. “So, we’ll both probably land on our butts, but I figure maybe we can practice.” Willow suggested. “It shouldn’t be too hard, as far as roller-skating…it’s a synch.”

“I guess.” Tara said, still not convinced. “But I’m still scared,”

“Oh, no baby, no.” Willow said in a rush, trying to comfort her lover. “There’s no reason to be scared, I mean, little kids ice-skate.” She explained matter of factly. “Babies ice-skate.” She added afterwards, trying to convince Tara.

The blonde lifted her eyebrows in surprise, then frowned.

Willow sensing the look began to back track. “”Well, maybe not babies but… You know what I mean, Tara.” She said. “Plus, I’ll be there. “Nothing bad can happen when we’re together, right?”

“True.” Tara smiled, suddenly feeling better, knowing how stupid her fear was. ‘A fear of ice-skating? Get real Tara.’ She told herself. Willow had the power to lift anyone spirits, especially little old’ her. ‘Since we both can’t ice-skate, we can look like fools together.’ She thought.

“Since we both can’t ice-skate, we can look like fools together.” Willow said aloud to her girlfriend. “But I doubt it, we’d probably put those puppies on, stand up, and skate like pro’s.” she smiled, thinking of the possibilities. “You’ll be doing that triple spin thing by the end of the day.”

“That’s pretty impossible.” The blonde fidgeted in her seat, grabbing a bag of peanut and eating one.

“Nothing is impossible.” Willow assured. “But I guess you’re right about the triple spin thing, maybe one spin?”

Tara nodded. “How ‘bout half a spin?”

Willow leans in and kisses Tara quickly on the lips. “It’ll be fun, I promise.”

“Much fun.” She nodded her head again, all fear put aside.

“Baby, look at the clouds.” The redhead said after a moment, pointing out the window towards the fluffy white particles. “ Don’t you just want to reach out and touch it?” she asked, still staring at the fluffy white mass.

“Being with you is like I’m already touching the clouds.” Tara said softly. “So, the reaching out thing…I think I already did.” She voiced gently, staring into deep green depths.

Willow’s heart soared at Tara’s words, feeling the exact same way. Instead of saying anything, though, she just reached her left hand and placed it gently on top of Tara’s right hand, which was resting on the cushioned armrest beside her. Squeezing the palm gently, both eyes sparkling, they sat in comfortable silence. ‘ I think I did too.’ Willow thought.

The plane would land soon.

        --

to be continued, hopefully shortly… hopefully with a longer update. I’m a horrible typer.

Christmas Carols

By Renee85

Note: I’ve never been to New York, or the States for that matter, or ever flew a plane…so, everything I’m writing is just from my own fantasies.

Hopefully, I’ll be the one going to NY…sitting in first class seats…eating peanuts.

Part Four: Losing the luggage, and a panic-stricken Willow

Arriving at the airport, the two women were holding hands. The plane trip went as smoothly as possible. Great food, great seats, great views, great everything. After a few seconds of walking, the pair proceeded to the baggage area, in search for their luggage.

Throughout their walk the beautiful citywide view first caught the attention of one willowy redhead.

“This is a huge airport!” the redhead exclaimed, very much impressed. “My god, Tara. Compare it to the size of the one in Sunnydale.

“Definitely huge.” Nodded Tara. “And look out there.” She pointed to a huge wall to wall window, where outside stood an absolutely breathtaking view. “Isn’t it just beautiful?”

The pair led their way closer the oversized window, and closer to the view.

“Wow, those are a lot of buildings, it’s a big change from Sunnydale.” Willow snuggled closer to Tara.

“I can’t wait to see all the sights.” She said. “And don’t forget the tree, but maybe we can save that for later.” She suggested, looking up at Tara to see if her suggestion was okay. It’s not that she didn’t want to see the tree, but she wanted to save the best for last.

‘Plus’ she thought. ‘I have something special to ask her there, it’ll be so romantic.’ Willow thought, ‘Will you marry me Tara? Will you be my wife?’

“You want to save the best for last, huh?” Tara asked coyly.

‘How does she do that?’
Willow asked herself. ‘It’s like we can read each other’s minds or something.’ Willow thought back to their first meeting, which was a few years ago.

~~

“I’m so in a rush!” Willow screamed aloud, mainly to herself. “My professor is SO going to kill me…or I’ll just kill myself.” She talked to herself. “Stupid alarm clock.” She muttered grumpily, dragging her small shoulder book bag onto the floor.

Willow was beyond help, running on her heels, checking her wristwatch every few seconds. For a few good minutes, Willow only watched her watch, not looking forward.

Suddenly…Willow crashed into someone, both of them tumbling towards the floor in a messy heap. Willow was about to go off her head, not looking up, she proceeded to pick up some of the fallen items and papers from the floor that had fallen from her opened bag.

Then…

“I-I’m so sorry, I should’ve…” a female voice broke the silence as well as regained the redheads attention. “I’m so, so sorry.” The girl said, helping Willow pick up some of the fallen items as well, blonde hair covered most of her face.

“No, it’s my fault.” Willow insisted. “ I wasn’t looking, I was in a rush…it’s all me.” She stared at the other girl, still not seeing her face.

“Still, I want to help.” She insisted, a slender finger was brought up and proceeded to pull bag the fallen hair, which covered her beautiful features, Willow looked up just in time to see two deep blue azure depths.

‘Oh my god, she’s beautiful’ the redhead thought, all thoughts of class out the window. ‘Class be damned.’ She told herself, still captivated.

When all the items were picked up, the two girls stood up. Willow inadvertently helping the blonde, their hands touched, just once

It was electric.

Tara lifted her head, feeling it too. But not knowing what to think of it.

“I’m T-Tara.” She stuttered shyly, smiling her half smile in embarrassment.

“Willow.” The redhead replied, still gazing into ocean blue depths.

The both gave each other a smile.

Willow was distracted.

“Weren’t you in a rush to go s-somewhere?” the blonde asked, fidgeting slightly.

“Oh.” Willow said once, remembering the reason for the head-on collision. “It was class, but I’m probably already late.” She explained.

“Because of…” Tara railed off, worried.

“No.” Willow assured, shaking her head. “I was late before then…Professor Stilskin says…’if you’re late, then don’t bother coming to class.’” The redhead made up a lie. “So, I guess I won’t go.” She shrugged. ‘Class be damned.’

“Okay, I guess.” Tara said softly, looking down towards the floor. “I’ll be…”

“Do you wanna go for coffee?” Willow asked suddenly. “I mean, if you don’t have anything to do…”

“I’d love to, Willow.” The blonde smiled.

“Thank you,” the redhead said back. “It’s just to make up for crashing us to the ground,” she explained, smiling.

The two girls walked together down the hall, and the rest was history.

~~~~
Her thoughts subside, bringing herself to the present, answering her girlfriends previous question.
“Exactly.” Willow replied, grabbing her lover’s hand in her own. “ Now, where’s our luggage?” she asked, walking forward.
“I think it’s over there, Will.” Tara pointed a few yards ahead where it was obvious various bags were held. The two walked to the luggage area, in search for their bags. Where a few dozen black bags, and one pink one lay.
When they reached the place, all the bags looked eerily the same, a few other people were already picking up their bags and heading in separate directions, but a huge chunk of everyone else were still busy with the view watching.
“Okay.” Willow frowned. “Everything looks the same, where do I start?”
“’Well, that one is ours, I think.” Tara replied. “I recognize it for sure, check the tag.”
Willow picked up the black bag and read the tag that was connected to the zipper on the side. “Definitely ours.” She reads aloud. “Rosenberg and Maclay.” She smiled.
‘It should be Rosenberg-Maclay.’ Willow thought. ‘It sounds so much better.’
“What about our second bag?” Tara asked Willow, searching for the missing luggage. “We had a second one, right?” she asked again, staring at the few baggage’s that were still left, it was apparent that the second bag was missing in action.
“Okay, our bag is missing.” Willow said simply, starting to get worried, scanning the room for possible ‘thieving’ suspects.
“Everyone is walking away, and there’s one bag here left… that isn’t ours.” Her eyes widened. “And that’s the bag with all our sweaters, our multi-colored sweaters I might add.” She started to panic, walking away from the baggage claim, getting ready to jump on anyone she thought had their luggage.
“And our ice-skates… I just bought those darn things…not only are we going to freeze to death, but we can’t even ice-skate!” Willow squealed, firmly squeezing her girlfriends arm in a death grip. ‘Oh my god, the ring!’ she thought.
“Baby, calm down.” Tara tried to calm her distraught lover, wincing slightly at the grip of her lover. “ Someone probably took our by mistake, probably this person.” She lifted the black bag that was sitting idly alone, that held the name Mrs. Caldwell.
“Mrs. Caldwell.” She read the tag aloud to her lover.
“Just call the name Mrs. Caldwell.” she suggested to Willow. “She’ll turn her head, and we can get our bag back, but we better hurry before she leaves the airport.” The blonde advised, looking around the large building.
Willow’s eyes widened even more. ‘My ring!’ she screamed to herself. ‘Our rings!’ she screamed again.
“Mrs. Caldwell?” Willow yelled aloud.
No response. Utter silence, which chilled Willow to the bone.
Willow looked around the room and her heart dropped when nobody answered, a few heads turns slightly, but then turned right back. Pretty much not caring.
Willow was fast on her heels, grabbing the strange woman’s bag and gripping it tightly, she moved a few paces towards the exit, making sure nobody left the building. Tara strained to catch up with her panic-stricken lover. “Honey?”
“Tara, that bag is important.” Willow explained. “It’s really, really important.” She stressed her words, her eyes wide as saucers.
“Will, we can get more sweaters.” Tara suggested, not as panicked as her girlfriend. “Our money, and most of our regular clothes are in this bag.” She indicted the large wheeled bag she was dragging on the floor, with another smaller bag connected to it.
“No, that’s not—“ Willow started, then stopped. ‘It needs to be a surprise.’ She thought. ‘There’s still a chance I can get back our bag, I’m coming for you Mrs. Caldwell.’
Willow raced to the doorway of the airport, leaving Tara a few paces behind.
‘Oh boy.’ Tara shook her head in disbelief. ‘She must really love those sweaters.’ She thought, clueless on the severity of the situation on hand. Willow, although, wasn’t.
---
To be continued…
Will Willow find their bags…with THE RING? Stay tuned to find out…
Christmas Carols
Renee85
Thanks for the replies, guys. I’ll try to update as much as I can. The next one will be longer, I'll try to keep it long. If I can...:)
Here's a mini update
~~
Continued…
A Few minutes later Willow had yet to find the bag, the airport didn’t have it, the plane didn’t misplace it, and Mrs. Caldwell was probably well away from them right now, oblivious. Willow was inwardly hyperventilating, sweat and all with an equally oblivious Tara on her tail.
Vacations never went well.
“Willow?” Tara called out, concerned for her panicked girlfriend. Willow was now across the room, turning her head from side to side like an eagle in search for prey. Her face was getting paler by the second, worry lines creasing her forehead like the lines of ruled notebook paper.
The redhead turned towards where her girlfriend, and hopefully her soon to be fiancée, if she could get her darn ring back, was standing.
“Oh baby, I’m sorry.” She walked a few paces closer to her blonde beauty and took her hand gently into her own. “I just…” she trailed off, shaking her head to clear the horrid thoughts from her head. “The airport doesn’t have it, I asked…” she explained, defeated. “I figured maybe the plane misplaced it or something, but…” She gave up. “Nevermind.” The redhead tried to smile. “You’re right, Tara…they’re just sweaters, we can always replace them, right?” she looked up at her girlfriends face, her eyes a bit misty, the tears threatening to erupt but Willow seemed to keep it at bay.
Tara smiled sadly at the tears she clearly saw Willow was trying to keep control of. The look was heartbreaking.
“Right.” Tara said, softly. Bringing her hand to wipe the fallen tear from the redhead’s face. Tara was happy that the redhead had calmed down considerably, but the tears were something she did not expect at all. Tears and Willow just isn’t a good combination, unless they’re happy tears. ‘Something’s up.’ Tara thought.
“I mean, it’s our vacation. It’s suppose to be happy time remember, not tear time?” Tara gently said, consoling her girlfriend, trying to catch her lover’s eyes. Willow’s shoulder was sagging slightly, and her face kept looking down at her shoes, utterly defeated.
Willow just nodded.
“Okay?” Tara asked softly, still concerned. “It’s a new place, just us.” She added, trying to get Willow to look up. “I’m really excited, Willow.” She said afterwards. “Anything in that bag…it can be replaced.”
“I’m really excited too.” Willow finally looked up, smiling a real smile when her brain finally realized where she was and she was there with. Her soulmate.
“I was just really looking forward to trying out our ice-skates.” She lied slightly, she was looking forward to ice-skating but it wasn’t the real reason she was upset.
“Me too.” Tara smiled at her girlfriend. “They were really pretty.” She added.
‘There was something else that was a lot prettier, a lot more perfect.’ Willow thought sadly.
The rings Willow had picked out were perfect in every way, absolutely stunning yet simple. It was a gold ring that held two identical small stones, an emerald on the left and a sapphire stone on the right, and in the middle sat a smaller heart shaped diamond, which sat in between them.
‘Just perfect’. Willow thought.
“They really were.” Willow said aloud, thinking about the rings. Grabbing her girlfriend’s hand gently and leading them towards the exit of the airport, and eventually to their cab. “They really were.” She said again.
The two women walked side by side, carrying their remaining bags towards the door, which was still far away.
--- ---
Meanwhile…
An old woman, probably in her late sixties or early seventies was busy greeting her family, who formed a small-circled crowd in front of her. The woman dragged medium sized wheeled bag on a small bag carrier. It was black with a small tag sticking on its side, in very small letters, it read:
Rosenberg and Maclay.
“Agnes, dear.” An older man said reverently. “We missed you so much, how was you’re trip?” the man asked, helping the elderly woman with her various bags, pushing the bag carrier forward slightly after all greeting were already said.
“Simply lovely.” Agnes explained. “Sunnydale was just grand.”
“You don’t say.” A small blonde boy asked, tugging on the older woman’s leg in anticipated wonder. “Lot’s to see, grandma?”
“Very much, Thomas.” She smiled downwards at the small form wrapped around her leg. “I brought you something.” The woman said after a moment, remembering.
“You did, grandma?” the boy asked, jumping on his heels excitedly. “What is it?”
“Just wait, dear.” The older woman smiled, attempting to dig through her bag, but wincing slightly. “Ahh..” she held her back in pain.
“Grandma?” the boy asked, concerned.
“Agnes?” the man asked, concerned as well. “Maybe I should get it?” he suggested.
She just nodded.
“Which bag?” he asked after a moment, kneeling on his knees in search of the gift his wife had bought for their grandson. “Is it this one.” He unzipped the wheeled bag.
“I think so…” she tried to remember which bag she stored her gift-wrapped Sunnydale memorabilia. It was a small, gold plated harmonica that she had found in a gift shop on her way back home. It was a perfect gift, completely irreplaceable.
The man zipped the bag open all the way, revealing a stack of clothes and dresses and various plastic bags. He frowned a little and continued to dig. “Agnes, are you sure it’s in here?” he asked his wife slowly, still digging and searching for the object in question. “Did you wrap it, honey?” he asked to make sure.
“I wrapped it.” She nodded. “Is it not there?”
“I can’t seem to find it, honey.” He confessed. “Maybe the other bag?” he asked afterwards, maybe she had put it in the smaller bag and then forgotten.
“Will you check?” the woman asked, concerned at where the gift would have gotten. “I’m sure I put it in one of the bags, I’m sure of it.”
“Grandma, did you lose the gift?” The blonde boy asked in a low voice.
“No, honey…I’m sure it’s there.” She assured, gently stroking the small boy’s head. “Grandma can never forget your gift.”
“Are you sure, grandma?” the boy asked weakly.
“I’m sure.”
A moment later.
“It’s not in here Agnes, I’m sorry.” Her husband stood up after zipping up both bags. He stared at the two bags, inspecting them thoroughly. After about a minute of it, the man’s eyes widened, then he frowned.
“Agnes?”
“Yes, dear?”
“You have someone else’s bag.” He said simply, shaking his head in slight amusement. He lifted the bag and showed his wife the small tag, with the smaller print.
“See, it says…Rosenberg and Maclay.” He chuckled at the near-paled face of his wife. “You have theirs. Maybe they have yours?” he shook his head to clear up his laughter’s. “Maybe we should catch them?” he suggested hurriedly. “They might still be in the airport.” He explained softly at the panicked face of his wife of forty years.
“Oh dear.” Agnes sighed in defeat. “We better hurry.”
The three family members proceeded to find the owner of the bag they were currently in the possession of, as well as the bag that contained their grandson’s prized gift.
It would be a long day.
--- ---
Willow and Tara were getting closer to the exit of the airport, and to their cabs. The Caldwell family a few yards behind them…
To be continued. :whistle
Christmas Carols
The Next Part
~~
Willow and Tara had finally reached the big huge doors of the big huge building. Willow was still thinking about what the rings and was wondering if she used enough effort to get her bag back.
Someone definitely had it, and it was definitely somewhere, someplace in someone else’s hands. Maybe Willow could’ve used a speakerphone that the airport used for announcements and advised everyone in double check their bags, maybe then she’d get her bag back…
She really didn’t want Tara to know about them and wanted to keep them a secret and surprise, but at what cost? Without the rings, there wouldn’t be a surprise anyway.
No rings, equals no engagement. She could always get more rings, but they did cost a big chunk of her paycheck, not that money mattered, and Tara deserved the world.
‘I should just tell her.’ Willow finally decided in her head. ‘Then we can go back, like we should have done, and do something.’
‘Or maybe not, it would ruin the moment…what should I do?’ she asked herself, not knowing how to handle the situation. ‘I should have kept the ring with me.’ she chastised herself.
While Willow was still buried in her thoughts of how she could have prevented what had happened, or how to relieve the situation, Tara was captivated by the citywide view. There were the tall buildings, lights, and a few trees, which were decorated with Christmas lights, even during the late afternoon.
“It’s a great city, huh?” Tara asked, still gazing at the new place. “You here a lot of negative things about this place, how dangerous it can be…but it doesn’t seem to bad.” She shrugged.
“I think it’s a great place to be.” Willow nodded, shaken away from her thoughts. “As long as I’m with you, anyplace is great.”
Tara gave her lover a small smile, her eyes sparkling under the New York skies. “I’m glad you’re okay now, Willow.” Tara said after a moment, snuggling closer to her girlfriend. “You scared me a little with the tears.” She quietly confessed.
Willow lifted her head.
“I don’t like to see you sad, I like a happy Willow.” The blonde hugged her lover tighter. “And the tears, well, they’re only good if they’re happy.”
“I’m sorry.” Willow replied, honestly. “ I just wanted the day to do perfect for us, for you.”
“It is.” Tara answered honestly. ”I’m with you, in a great place, it’s what I’ve always wanted.” She added, squeezing her girlfriend’s hand.
“It is?” the redhead asked, looking up at her girlfriend.
Tara just nodded, smiling her half smile.
“My whole life, I never thought I’d ever meet someone, that anyone would give me a chance, or even a second glance.”
Willow listened intently at what Tara was saying, quietly absorbing it all.
“I never expected that I’d meet you.” She explained in a soft voice. “That I’d meet the one person who completed me, who brought me out of my shell, who loved me as much I loved her.” She finished, looking lovingly into her lover’s green eyes, which were now, tear-filled and a bit misty, but they were filled with happy tears.
“See what I mean?” Tara asked as she kissed her lover’s forehead. “Happy tears.” She wiped a warm tear from Willow’s face.
“Very happy.” Willow nodded, feeling substantially better. “I love you, Tara.” she said after a few seconds.
“I love you back.” She kissed her girlfriends lips gently, Willow returning it without a second thought. The two kissed each other tenderly, oblivious to the rest of the outside world. The two girls stayed locked in that embrace, relishing in each others loving caress. Their kiss had finally subsided, but they were still glued together.
The two stayed together, distracted. Just then as an old couple were holding hands, while a young boy followed idly. The three family members walked together out the airport quietly. As the trio stepped outside, the old man bent down and unzipped a black bag.
“We should check inside to see if there’s an I.D. or a better idea whom this belongs to.” He suggested, digging his hands into the dark colored luggage.
The old woman nodded as a curious young boy leaned closer to his grandfather, peeking his tiny head into the strange luggage.
“That’s a lot of colorful sweaters.” Thomas commented, interested in what other treasures lay inside the strange bag. “Wow, shiny skates!” he said after a second, his tiny eyes transfixed on the shiny white skates. “Can I keep it, grandpa?”
“They’re not yours to keep, Thomas” he explained gently, seeing the young boy’s eyes drop slightly. “There’s still a chance we can find your grandma’s gift, don’t you want to know what it is?”
The boy nodded, seeing his grandfather holding a small velvet box.
“Hmm…” the older man commented. “These folks really need to get their bag back, these look really expensive.” He said, not the slightest thought of stealing the prized jewels ever entered his mind.
He looked at the small tag once again. “Rosenberg and Maclay.” He read aloud, sighing loudly. ”Where in the world are they?”
“Grandpa?” the boy asked loudly, bouncing up and down in a sudden excitement. “Who’s Rosenderg and Malay?” he almost squealed.
“Rosenberg and Maclay.” Agnes, his grandmother, corrected softly. “They own this bag.”
“Rodenberg and Maclaid?” he asked again, not really hearing.
“No, son.” The old man said loudly. “ROSENBERG AND MACLAY.” He helped his grandson pronounce the two names correctly.
~~
Willow and Tara, a good couple of feet away, simultaneously turned their heads at the sound of their names.
‘Did I just hear what I think I just heard?’ Willow thought.
“What did you say?” the redhead asked the man, her eyes wide.
“Rosenberg and Maclay.” Agnes offered, her hopes raising.
“That’s us.” Tara said, matter of factly, smiling.
“That’s totally us.” Willow nodded her head, beaming brightly, happily, than brightly again.
“Then I guess this is yours?” Agnes’s husband handed the black luggage to the two beaming girls, shrugging. “We must have switched bags.” He explained.
“I’m Dennis, by the way.” He introduced himself. “This is my wife Agnes, and the little one over there is our grandson, Thomas.”
“Willow.” The redhead said. “This is my girlfriend, Tara.”
Everyone stood smiling in greeting.
“Oh!” Willow remembered.” “Here.” She handed them their bag. “This must be yours.”
The old woman quickly checked the tag. “It is.” She nodded. “Thank you for returning it, it was all my fault, these old eyes…” she chuckled.
“No, thank YOU.” The redhead insisted happily, too excited and relieved to think too clearly. She looked back to her girlfriend with sparkling eyes, Tara just smiled back.
“Thank you, Mrs. Caldwell.” Tara said honestly. “And you guys too.” She looked at the other two people. “We’re so relieved to get our stuff back.” She added.
“And your rainbow sweaters?” the boy asked, giggling.
Willow blushed.
“And the rainbow sweaters.” Tara replied, looking briefly at her flushed girlfriend.
“Well, we’ll be going then.” The older man said after their exchanges. “Keep a hold onto those bags, huh?”
“We will.”
“Thank you guys so much, if you hadn’t called out our names, we probably never would have…” Willow started.
“No worries.” Agnes let out a dismissive wave of her hand.
“Still…” the redhead kept on. “Oohh!” She squealed suddenly, throwing her hands into the air excitedly, jumping up and down like a child who just received the best Christmas gift in the world. “ I just have to hug you guys.” Willow squealed, and moved toward the unsuspected family, taking the three of them in a bear hug. “I SO love you guys.”
“Um…” the small boy started hesitantly. “We love you too?” he asked, his blonde eyebrows raising. He didn’t think he really loved her, but it was just polite to say I love you back, right?
“Oh, Willow…Tara.” Agnes called out. “Merry Christmas.
“Merry Christmas.” Both girls said.
Tara giggled. “We need to catch a cab, Will.” She waved goodbye the three stunned family members, pulling Willow a few paces away from them.
“Okay.” Willow finally agreed.
“We can celebrate the return of our bags in our hotel room.” Suggested Tara, who grinned coyly.
“I can’t wait.” Willow responded sensually. “It is definitely something to celebrate.” She licked her lips as Tara blushed.
“Oh, wait!” Willow stopped, kneeling down to unzip her black bag, her hands carefully dug through piles of sweaters, searching for a small box. As her fingers touched the velvet covering, Willow sighed in relief.
“Everything okay, sweetie?” Tara asked, making sure Willow was alright.
“Very okay.” The redhead got up from her knees, brushing off her jeans with her hands. “She moved forward, pulling her lover closer. “Let’s book that hotel room.” She smiled.
‘I have a feeling tonight is going to be even better than those other nights’ Tara thought. ‘My goddess, I cant wait.” Her body shivered in anticipation and excitement.
Tonight was going to be a very long night.
Christmas Carols
Renee85
One hundred and one thanks for all the replies…glad it’s not too sucky. As far as ‘Christmas Carols.’ I like to keep things light and as angst-free as possible, sometimes a little fluff is good. I love a little angst and suspense in my stories too but since the holidays are coming up, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years…well, our girls should be happy.
As far as the ice-skating goes…I’ve never tried, so I’m not sure if it’s hard to do or not, but I want to give Willow and Tara a hard time with it, there’s something about grown women struggling to do something most children can do. It’s pretty hilarious. But Willow and Tara should get a hang of it eventually.
Additional Disclaimer: I know the fic is rated ‘G’ but there will be some kissing on the bed stuff, nothing too bad. I don’t know what rating is, just be warned. PG-13? Nothing too graphic, I promise. But it’ mainly ‘G’.
I said that I didn’t want to use any of the other characters from the show, but I’m kinda missing them. So, I’m bringing Buffy in from a cameo, it’s just a phone call but…she’s definitely there and she does exist. Let’s just say that they had already said their good-bye’s before they left.
----
Continued…
Willow and Tara stood in front their hotel room door, staring at their dorm room number, standing quietly. Willow started to get antsy, both of them wondering why neither of them had attempted to unlock the door.
        Willow looked to Tara, Tara looked to Willow, then back to the door. This lasted for another minute.
        “Um…” Willow started, turning her head to her right to look at her girlfriend. “What are we waiting for?” she asked after a moment, cocking her head slightly sideways.
        “I’m not sure.” Tara shrugged, her hand gripping the card key. “I guess we’re just composing ourselves in preparation for the big door opening…thing.” She concluded weakly.
        “Oh.” Willow nodded, accepting her girlfriends explanation, bizarre but..whatever. They went back to staring at the door.
        “Okay.” Tara finally said after a moment, shaking her head just once. “Time to open the door.” she decided. “Ready?” she asked her lover, who was taking a deep breath.
        “I’ve been.” The redhead said simply. “Weren’t we supposed to be doing something, celebration time remember, we can see all the sight later on.” she lifted her eyebrows up and down, trying to look sexy.
        Tara widened her eyes, as if she were suddenly remembering. She took the card key and lifted it to the slot, a little beep was heard, and the door was finally unlocked. They would have ravished each other on the spot, but they needed to check everything out first, the room was breathtaking.
        “My goddess, that’s a HUGE bed.” Willow commented, impressed. “We need to get one that size for our apartment.” She added, smiling.
        “First we need a bigger room.” She explained, watching Willow run towards the bed and hop on, splaying her body across the mattress, taking up most of the space. “Eager, huh?” she asked the redhead, smirking.
        “Always eager.” Willow nodded.
        “Wanna check out the room first, see if everything’s in order?” the blonde suggested, she wanted to celebrate too, always did, always will. But, it could wait a couple of minutes, right? They weren’t animals or anything, even though the both of them could act like they were at certain times.
“Oh, sure.” The redhead sat up, walking to a small refrigerator that sat in the corner, it seemed to be calling out to Willow. “Mmm…” she said, picking up a tiny bag of something from the fridge, she opened the bag of peanuts and put a handful of the small round nuts into her mouth. “Really good.” The redhead commented her mouth full.
Tara smiled at her girlfriend’s antics, then asked. “Did you check the prices, this hotel usually keeps outrageous prices for those things.” She reminded Willow, walking closer to her and the bag of peanuts.
“They’re just peanuts.” Willow said simply, unfazed, taking another handful into her mouth.
“Yep.” Tara nodded, looking at the prices labeled on the side. “Expensive peanuts.” She pointed out, showing the redhead the unfathomable price.
Willow’s eyes widened. The peanuts still in her mouth. Her eyes looked like two tiny green Frisbee’s, or a deer caught in headlights. Suddenly the redhead spit the peanuts out of her mouth and into the opened bag of expensive nuts, she didn’t stop to think that it was already to late, spitting them out just wouldn’t help.
“Willow…” Tara laughed at the sight. “You already opened the bag.” She giggled, shaking her head.
“Well, we’ll tell them we made a mistake.” The redhead crossed her arms in front of her chest, stomping her foot just once. “I am definitely not paying all that money for a bunch of peanuts.” She adamantly protested the trickery. “They should have put a sign or something.” She added, inspecting the opened bag or ruined peanuts.
“They weren’t even that good anyway.” She pouted, her arms still crossed.
“I know something that would taste even better.” The blonde’s voice broke Willow’s angry reverie. “Something that I’ll know you’ll like…love actually.” She said in a sensual and enticing voice that sent tiny gooseflesh throughout the redhead’s arms and chest.
Willow caught the hint and played along.
“What would that be?” she asked, stepping closer to Tara, dropping the bag of nuts onto the ground in the process. The peanuts sat alone on the plush carpet, completely forgotten.
“Tara flavored lips.” The blonde said, kissing Willow softly, just once before pulling back. “Much better than peanuts.” She kissed her lover again, this time the kiss was longer and much more heated. “Plus.” Tara said between kisses, her breathing a little labored from the lack of oxygen. “They’re free.”
“Free, huh?”
“Mmm Hmm…” Tara nodded leading Willow towards the oversized bed, two sat together on the bed kissing. “They’re always free.” She explained, pushing Willow gently on the bed so she can lay on her back, then grabbing her lips in another breathtaking kiss.
The two were lost in the their exchanges, pulling at each other’s shirts frantically. Slow was usually good and very enjoyable, but right now they needed fast, they needed desire, they needed…each other. And each other was what they were going to get, nothing was going to stop them.
Tara scooted at the end of the large bed, and proceeded to remove Will’s shows and sock after that was out of the way she began kissing Willow’s shapely ankle tenderly, her mouth trailing upwards.
Willow’s shirt was unbuttoned but still on, and Tara was pretty much dressed as well, although her long patterned skirt was bundled a little higher then it should be. Willow laid on her back, squirming in anticipation.
She sat up a little so she could remove her shirt from her shoulder, shrugging them off Tara couldn’t help herself she removed her blouse and draped her body onto her smaller lover.
They were face to face. Eye to eye. They were so close that they shared the same breath.
Looking deeply into each other’s eyes as though they were magnetically charged, connected.
“You’re so beautiful, Tara.” Willow said, looking into her lover’s soul. “My, goddess…” She sighed, kissing the blonde quickly on her lips, just once. “Do you know how beautiful you are?” she asked, her hands buried in soft blonde hair.
“Everytime I look into your eyes.” Tara said softly, her gentle voice and soothing words sending shivers down her lover’s body. “Everytime I’m with you, or just near you, or just think of you…” she began, kissing her lover’s neck gently. “I know I’m beautiful…because you’re beautiful…” she kissed Willow’s jaw, nipping the flesh in soothing strokes.
“I love you so much, Willow.” She said after a moment. “More than anything.”
“I love you too, Tara.” She kissed her girlfriends cheek, her hands were now busy playing with Tara’s back, gently caressed the soft skin. “I’ve never loved anyone as much as I love you.” She said between kisses. “You know that right?”
“Everyday.” Tara responded her heart pounding.
Nothing could ruin the moment, absolutely nothing. Or maybe not…
Just then, the phone rings. It was coming from Willow’s opened luggage.
“What the—“ Willow ripped her lips away from her lover’s, which did not sit well with Tara. “The cell phone…” Willow managed to say, her mind a mess.
“Maybe it’s Buffy.” Tara suggested, siting up. “We were supposed to call when we reached New York.” She reminded Willow, suddenly remembering.
“Oh.” she said, hopping off the bed to answer the still ringing phone, then returning to the bed. Laying back down, propping herself on top of the pillow’s. “Hello?”
“Willow?” Buffy’s voice sounded on the other line.
“Oh.” The redhead sighed slightly. “Hey, Buffy.”
“Hi, Wills, we miss you guys back in Sunnydale.” She said, twirling the phone line with her fingers. “Dawn’s been asking for Tara’s famous funny-shaped pancakes…I don’t think I can make them quite like hers.”
“No one can.” Willow said matter of factly. “She has a secret recipe.”
“Kinda figured.” Buffy shrugged. “So how’s New York?”
“Great.” Willow answered, catching her breath slightly when she felt Tara kiss her neck, trailing downwards. “We saw lots of sights.” She lied.
“How’s Tara?” the other line asked after a moment, remembering what Willow had told her before they left. “Did you ask her yet?”
“No, not yet.” Willow managed to voice. “Waiting for the right time.”
Tara started to unzip the redhead’s jeans, pulling the zipper down with her teeth, after she had accomplished that task, she proceeded to pull the blue jeans off entirely. Willow almost dropped the phone, forgetting where she was.
A few couple of seconds past, Buffy was concerned.
“Willow?” she asked on the other line. “What’s going on?” she started, getting suspicious. “You keep panting, where are you?” she asked after a while.
“At the hotel.” She answered absentmindedly, then moaned a little as Tara did things.
“Will…” Buffy began scrunching her face into a weird shape. “Are you two…” she trailed off.
“Huh?” Willow asked, distracted.
“Okay.” Buffy decided, smirking. “You definitely are.” She said through the receiver. “I’ll talk to you later, Will.” She chuckled, shaking her head in amusement but not in surprise. Those two could be quite amorous at times, and in a new city, well…all bets are off. Buffy listened to the silence of the other end, knowing Willow would be too distracted. “Bye Will, say hey to Tara for me.” The phone went dead.
Willow dropped the phone, not even registering the drop to the ground.
“Who was it?” Tara asked, kissing a shapely thigh.
“Buffy.” Willow spun Tara so she can lay on her back, taking her own position on top. Claiming her. “She says Hi.” She added after a few more kisses.
“Wanna go Ice-skating tomorrow?” the redhead asked, distracted even more. “Maybe Christmas shopping for gift for the gang?”
“Sure.” Tara said. “After.” She pulled Willow’s face closer to her own, pulling gently from the back of the redhead’s neck.
They were lost in each other. As they always were.
The Next Day:
Willow and Tara sat on a bench, tying their ice-skates carefully. The ice ring was pretty full, but there was still a lot of space to practice. Tara finished looping the string of her white skates and was just waiting for Willow to finish tying hers.
“Done.” Willow said, after she was sure it was tied properly. “You ready?” she looked up at Tara’s paled face, frowning slightly.
“Not so much.” She shook her head, staring into the ring, pointing at the crowd. “There’s too many people, we’ll get trampled.” She tried to get out of the situation.
“It’s not an elephant ring, like the ones in the circus.” Willow laughed, helping her lover stand on the sharp, thin metal blades, holding her hand tightly. ”It’s just an ice ring.” She commented, pointing at the small children ice skating with their parents. “Look, little kids…skating.”
Tara nodded, her gaze at the young tots. She tightly gripped her lover’s hand, squeezing the life out of it.
“Us,” Willow began, indicating the two of them. “Grown women.” She said matter of factly. “We should be able to do this.”
“Okay.” Tara was hesitant, but willing. “Since you’re so adamant, you go first.” She suggested, sitting back on the bench, crossing her arms in front of her chest. “ I want to watch you.”
“Okay.” The redhead shrugged, letting go of Tara’s hand in the process, she was much too sure about herself. Much too sure, which could lead to disaster. “Just watch the master.” She said proudly, puffing out her chest.
As soon as her skates hit the ice, Willow turned to Tara, smiling. Tara smiling in return. Willow started to glide forward, taking things in calm stride. Tara watched quietly from a corner, initially impressed. Just a few seconds into it, Willow glided out of control, the skates seemed to have a mind of its own, seemingly possessed. Willow yelped as she was being pulled into the crowd, her hands flailing haphazardly in all directions.
“Tara!” Willow squealed, not in control at all.
Tara watched horrified and amused at the same time , getting up from her seat but frozen in place, she stood concerned as Willow eventually crashed against a far wall.
“Oh boy.” Tara said to herself, shaking her head. “Willow, are you okay?” she yelled across the ice ring, as she watched a few other people crowd around the redhead helping her up.
