I'm so happy for you! Your poetry is beautiful; it's wonderful to see a great talent recognized. Congrats! just doesn't cut it. I am so in awe of your talent - thank you so much for sharing it with us.



And you just know, I'll be hunting the bookstores for the Anthology come the new year.



I wish you every success and many, many more volumes to line your bookshelves. When you go on your book signing tours, one day make sure you wind your way up to the Great White North (somewhere around the Toronto area will work), I'll be there to get a signed copy.



The wedding was such a perfect day, and for that to have inspired the genius within you is very humbling. I do believe one day, we will all be accepted for who we are.

From one Published Poet to another,congratulations

I know it's been a long time since I've posted here, but things in life have changed very drastically.



I accidentally deleted all of my works on my computer, thanks to a virus scan that I had to do. Silly me..my back up has not been done in months, so I do not even have everything I have done, but thanks to this website, I can salvage most of the good stuff.



And to update...here is one I wrote today:





Hurt



I sit alone in silence

tears streaming down my face

waiting for the day

for life to take my place



I sit alone in pain

ripped apart unwhole

waiting for the day

to steal away my soul



I sit alone in darkness

feeling my heart go black

waiting for the day

for time to give it back



I sit alone forever

days and nights gone by

waiting for the day

for my soul fly away



I sit alone in silence

tears streaming down my face

waiting for the day

for life to take my place.
