The story about Buffy telling Hank & Joyce about the vampires and them taking her to a clinic and later forgetting all about it. Can you say "Wha-huh?" I'm sorry, if my teenage daughter started telling me that she was slaying vampires and then a week later said never mind, I'm just kidding, you can believe I would not just "forget about it." Why wouldn't Joyce bring this up during "Becoming I/II." ("Honey, we've done this part. First you said you were slaying vampires, then you weren't. Now which is it?" "Mom, the guy standing right next to you in the vinyl duster has fangs. Do the math!")
Buzzzzz! Thank you for playing.

"How's that cramp doing, Spike? Why dontcha put some ice on it?"
Also, I'm assuming this is what Buffy's heaven really was, then (they said she woke up briefly over the summer). Bloody Hell, I was right, after all. Or maybe Buffy's mind was just factoring it all in to the delusion? I'm not sure.
Sounds very interesting, though. Much with the layers of meaning (and yay! for Tara saving the day, although I agree with whoever asked where the hell she goes after she falls down the stairs).
Must re-watch Restless. For those of you who've seen Normal Again, is there any conceivable linkage that springs to mind (imagery, themes)?

No sun, no moons, no stars over Al-Rassan.
Remember Marcie the Invisible Girl? Two factors led to her becoming invisible--The tendency for perception to affect reality (which is basic to quantum reality, btw), PLUS the mystic properties of the Hellmouth.
What if those same combination of factors, along with Buffy's Slayer status (and the fact she's been mystically altered via resurrection) and the magic-ness of the demon's venom created a different reality? And once created, it goes on by itself, like the World Without Shrimp!
Then again, maybe its just a glimpse of a dream Buffy has the next night...

In Buffy's alterna-delusion-world, she is not the Slayer; she merely thinks she is. The final "delusion" scene depicts her permanently retreating into her "imaginary" world where she's the Slayer. So my guess is that the significance of this is that Buffy has (perhaps finally) accepted her Slayer duties, given a choice between that and what seems like a normal life. There's a certain finality to that scene. The doctors "lost" her; she pretty much won.
With the added disturbing twist of depicting the emotional tone of the scene in metaphorical photonegative. Sounds way cool.

"Normal Again"
I just finished watching the clips and damn! Tara is such a bad ass! I really do believe that she has a hell of a lot more power than she gives off. She didn't even hesitate and knew exactly what to do! And i fixed my little quote thing because I misspelled a word. That beginning part with Willow was so sweet and heartbreaking at the same time. God I can't wait 6 weeks!!
