A serious point... I much appreciate the posting of the interview, pictures etc and this is not directed at eekiboo but I am concerned that, in general, things like this could be regarded as violation of copyright.

Now I doubt that SFX (or most others) would mind too much simply because this advertises for them (heck I'm going to go and buy it today!), but there are some organisations out there that might take offence. My example is totally unconnected with BTVS but my company was pursued for using some pictures in a training pack that another company borrowed from us and ended up being brought to the copyright owners attention - somehow. The pic's were not obviously copyright but infact they were. I know that there is not commercial aspect behind this site but that is not sometimes the issue.

Not sure what can be done about it really but we might want to be careful where we get stuff from or ensure that in every case full credit is given where it is due?

Not trying to spoil everyone's fun, just to ensure that it continues without imposed restrictions.

Well now, we have been posting scans forever here, never a problem before. This will only make me run to the store everyday and buy this mag the millisecond it hits the stand here. So SFX should say thanks to Tasha and Eek.

I don't have time to read the interview now, but the pics look gorgeous.

Katharyn, scans will continue to be posted here. If anything these things make people want to go out and get the magazine where as before they might not have. SO this is a closed issue, it is a non issue, please post scans as you please kitties!

Yes, the scans are a clear copyright violation, but publications are not interested in sites this size. Some do enforce their copyright against large sites and most enforce against commercial sites. So I'd post away. On the off chance someone sends the site a cease and desist letter regarding a particular scan, Xita could simply take that one scan down. It would mean that the Kitties are becoming more popular.

On topic-- that's a really good picture of Amber I must say.
