DISCLAIMER: I own nothing, it's all FOX's, la de da
SPOILERS: Through "The Body"
OTHER STUFF: I was reading my high school's literary magazine and had a brief moment of poetic inspiration. And I'd just watched The Body, so I was very upset but comforted with W/T love. It was a very weird emotional place...So it very well may suck
For Jenny. Just cause.

Her lover looks into blue eyes
Large, calm, comforting eyes
Deeper than any ocean imaginable
The calmness is intoxicating
Soothing to her frayed nerves and overloaded heart
Taking deep breaths, she looks into Strength’s eyes and is calmed
Though she looks at them through her own tears
Strength looks down at her lover
Caressing her with her gaze
And Strength tells her lover to calm, it’ll be alright
We’ll get through this, my love
We’ve gone through pain before
I’m here for you, love
I’ll comfort and protect you
She tells her lover to be strong
And tells her she loves her
Without moving her lips
Strength’s lover takes another deep breath
Trying to stop her heart’s painful pounding
And the aching tears falling
And draws strength from the deep, blue eyes
Then Strength cups her lover’s pale cheeks in her own small, strong hands
(hands which have caressed her
touched her
pleased her
loved her
clung to her
stroked her
clutched her
felt her
needed her)
Bringing the small face to her own
Strength’s full, soft lips caress her lover’s forehead
Calming the brilliant, busy, aching mind within
And then Strength kisses her red, thin lips
Smoothing and soothing the fears with her tongue
Providing her lover strength from the source
Her lover speaks to Strength in a child’s tone
Begging and pleading
Imploring her approval and love
(“strong like an amazon?”)
A loving smile appears on Strength’s face
And Strength responds in kind
(“strong like an amazon, right?”)
Her lover’s smile brightens up her still-aching heart
And Strength caresses her curly red hair
And though her heart still throbs with grief and pain
Strength’s lover offers a look
One of gratitude and newfound courage
And then Strength tells her sincerely
Without ever moving her lips
Everything will be fine, my love
You’ve been Strength for me countless times before
Making me happy
Lifting me up
Loving me strong
Defending me fiercely
Being my rock
Kissing me tender
Touching my soul
Melting my heart
You’ve been Strength for me countless times before, my love
And I now must be Strength for you
love, Annie
