It's freaking raining again. In the past month in Quebec we've got what 5, 6 days of sun? I'm cranky, customers are cranky thus making me even more cranky...fun.

98 degrees F, so hot. bordering on "unbearably fucking hot", especially for the first week of June, when I swear weather was unseasonably chilly just a short while ago... plants just love being yanked from cold to sizzle, really.

Well it's been raining and cold for the past 3 weeks.. they said it would get all sunny and much warmer starting today. *looks out the window*. seems like not --'

weather.com says it's still 99, but it feels like low 90s. The temp's supposed to drop a bit with the approach of scattered storms. I'm crossing my fingers for rain.

Austin has now hit an all time record of straight days of reaching 100+, at 22. Still need 16 more days this summer to make it the most 100+ days in a year, but I have a strong (and horrific) suspicion we'll get there.

Still crazy. In the afternoon it rained with lightning and thunder, while on the other nearby town, they have hailstorm, in August?! wtf?

Good news/bad news:

Good news - we've had a break in the temperatures. It's only 64 right now! Woo and hoo. We turned off the a/c Monday night and have had it off. Wow how wonderful.

Bad news - the hurricane winds contributed to the raging fires all around.
