Try not to hurt too much, I know it's hard, but don't shut down or shut out the world. Remember to live through the pain and find the good.

Be there when you can, let it go when you can't.

Get off your butt and:
-Sweep and mop kitchen floor
-Clean master bathroom
-Take down Christmas Tree :blush (tough to admit that!)

Also, trip to Farmer's market with Kate.

Don't let people, who aren't worth the energy, stress you out. You know it's a hazard for your body!!!

Be a little nicer to your brother in law; he probably thinks your teasing means you don't like him. Let him see that you care once in a while.

Remember to find ways to say "I love you" to Kate through actions, not just words - love as a verb!

Take Mum-Mums along to the Children's Museum to keep the little one happy on the return trip.

Don't wear too-small shoes with heels when you're already sore all over.

Oh, and go to the bank and post office tomorrow, like you've said you would every day this week.

I CANNOT STAND to go to either of these places, so I can totally sympathize with you! You are guaranteed to stand in a minimum 15 minute line in either place. Boo!

I don't mind either. I can walk to the bank from my office and it's never busy. And I go to the self-serve post offices any time of day. Both kids love to go to the post office.

Jas - there is a self-service one in Hyde Park. And the big one down town is never that busy.

Thanks Deb. Turns out I was wrong and actually have to use UPS, but I will definitely keep that in mind for next time.

Don't forget the George Constanza rule: always go out on a high note. Leave them wanting more.
This avoids that inevitable moment when you put your foot in your mouth. You know it's coming, so get out of there!

And always knock down and run over small children if there is a fire...save yourself first!

Site your quotes!!! They're much less funny 8 months later if you don't remember where they're from.

Don't eat half a loaf of focaccia bread for lunch. Especially the day after eating 5 or 6 rolls as 80% of your dinner. And on the same day you had cinnamon bread and tortilla for 90% of your breakfast. Your body does actually need *something* besides bread.

must finish writing those 2 particular pieces of work and get them sent off to the publishers at least before Chrstmas! Get your act together, you are working hard but remember to push yourself more, you need to detach your mind and just go for it. You won't know unless you keep on trying, dont give up on your lifelong dream please!

Don't wake up after only 5 hours of sleep when you don't have to. At least sleep until your alarm. Just cause you've been getting 5 hours of sleep a lot lately does not mean it is the maximum amount you are allowed to sleep. Please please PLEASE don't wake up earlier than needed the *one* day you're allowing yourself to get over 5 hours of sleep.
