Between yesterday and today 4 permanent jobs were posted at the daycare where I work, 2 for the center I'm at and 2 for the other location, and I applied for all of them. 2 of the positions are with infants, which are my specialty, and with 4 possibilities I'm feeling pretty hopeful. Okay, so I'm really really nervous, but *trying* to be hopeful.
If I got one of the jobs it would mean a $3/hour raise, benefits, and not being out of job come mid-August, so my fingers are very much crossed.

I had my heart broken today! Now I know what your thinking this is the wrong place for me to post this. Let me explain! My love is pure! I have no regrets! I went for it!
