Well, uhm... I'm not allowed to do that much yet, but thought I'd post anyway
I've been on the bicycle ergometer every day for 3 1/2 weeks now for about 20 minutes each session. Can't go really fast, because the mobility of my knee is still limited, but I do my best.
I've also done the elliptical almost every day since then, going 500 steps in 10 minutes on 40W...
