Sydney, Australia, and it's raining the kind of rain that'd have Noah buying timber in bulk, coal freighters are winding up parked in people's driveways by mistake, and the Hunter Valley is missing, presumed somewhere between here and New Zealand, after being washed out to sea.
I think we're still technically in a drought-level water shortage though, as the Warragamba catchment area, which flows into the dam and provides Sydney's water, is some kind of meteorological null zone where no matter how far below sea level the rest of the state gets, no rain will ever fall there.
