apologies to mistress ruth for suggesting a challenge... BUT:
Must be funny, for one.
Must have Dawn interrupt Willow and Tara during a 'you know' moment (not an nc-17 moment either), for two.
Must take place, um, whenever/wherever you chose, but before the ending of season six's episode Tabula Rasa.
Must have both Willow and Tara shout "Dawn!" at the same time.
what else? sheesh, i wish i were good at these things.
must have exposed skin but do keep in mind dawn's 15.
must have chocolate references.
uh, patroling? i dont know. lol...
may have more than one scoobie interrrupt too or none at all.
references to cheesy 80's bands. (dont know why)
OH! short! keep it short. not extrememly short but not as long as i tend to do them.
so, hopefully someone will give it a shot. i'll write one up too.

Edited in my story:
Take place during the summer before Season 6.
“New Kids on the Block.”
“Um… The Osmonds. Wait, does that count as a T or an O?”
In all seriousness Tara replied, “Well, that’s a very interesting question, Dawn.” The blonde watched Dawn giggle. “Let’s ponder this.”
“No!” the youngest Summers laughed aloud. “It’s an O.”
“All right.” Tara smiled.
“Your turn.”
“Hmmm… P?” Tara drew a blank. She couldn’t think of a band’s name that started with P. “Pah…No.” she shook her head dismissing that thought.
“5, 4, 3, 2-“
“Oh! Pharcyde.” Tara clapped excitedly.
“What?”
“Uh, they’re a band. Rap or something? And it’s with a P. You know how urban artists like to spell things really cool?” Off Dawn’s look. “Ph… Pharcyde.”
“Yeah, I know who they are. I just expected you to say something cheesy like Phil Collins or something.”
“But would he count as a P or C is the question.”
Dawn laughed again. “Ok we’re taking this game far too seriously.”
“Time for more chocolate?”
“Yes.” The teenager agreed as she stood up from the living room couch. She looked over at Tara and smiled. “Thanks for staying up with me.”
“Anytime.”
As Dawn headed to the kitchen to get more chocolate-y goodness Tara’s gaze turned to the fireplace. She remembered the nights she and Willow stayed up since Buffy’s death just sitting, hugging, talking as they stared at the flames. The hypnotic flames that danced and crackled and popped.
So entranced was she once more by the flames she didn’t hear the front door open. She didn’t hear the footsteps start to go upstairs. She didn’t hear the footsteps stop, turn around, and come closer towards the living room. Towards her. All she heard, and distantly at that, was the cartoon characters arguing on the television, as her eyes remained transfixed by the fire.
Before she knew it she had a light redhead stretched out on top of her, sitting on her lap. Ruby red lips that tasted like vanilla were kissing her own. Tara’s arms quickly enveloped her, holding her close. The redhead slipped her arms around her neck and pulled her closer. Mouth to mouth, chest to chest, heart to heart.
“Mmm, chocolate!” Willow grinned as she backed away slowly, very slowly. Her hands lovingly caressing Tara’s face.
“Dawn’s getting some more.” Tara bit her lower lip as Willow’s fingers trailed southwards.
“Hmmm… Chocolate,” Willow’s fingers teased Tara’s neck. “We could have so much fun with chocolate.” Willow stole a kiss. “We’re pros.” She kissed again.
“You taste like vanilla.” Tara licked Willow’s lower lip.
“We sure are a perfect combination, huh?” Willow’s fingers lovingly circled Tara’s upper chest exposed by the low cut shirt. Her hand rubbing the blondes tummy underneath.
“Yeah,” Dawn scoffed from the opening holding on to a basket filled with Hershey chocolate Kisses, “Perfect combination to make me puke.” She giggled.
Willow quickly kissed Tara’s nose and laughed, “Hi to you too, Dawn.” She said as she stood up off her girlfriend. Tara’s hand quickly reached out and clasped hers, enlacing their fingers. Willow smiled.
“How was patrol?” the younger one asked sitting back down on the couch.
“Great. Fine.” She itched. “Spike and the Bot are still out having a slay ‘ole time. I’m all sweaty though. I think I’m going to go shower.” She said, her green eyes connecting with Tara’s deep blue.
“And I’m going to go help you.” Tara playfully said without realizing it. Her eyes widened in panic when she processed it. “I-I- uh-” She looked over to Dawn in horror.
Dawn and Willow just laughed as Tara held her head down in embarrassment.
“Mom always said you had to look out for those shy ones”, Dawn joked as she popped a Kiss in her mouth.
“Dawn!” both Willow and Tara exclaimed at the same time.
The End.
