Postby GayNow » Sat Mar 25, 2006 8:54 pm

This spring, be prepared to revisit the days of big hair, bell-bottoms, and adorable puppets.

From the producers of Elemental and Once More, with Fruitcake comes a new collaborative series. Willow and Tara star in very special, all-star episodes of your favorite TV classics.
[blockquote]Relive the sappy romance of The Love Boat.

Sing along with the cheerful inhabitants of Fraggle Rock.
Wonder how She-Ra's sexy costumes ever made it past the censors (and remember to clean up your drool).[/blockquote]Award winning author DarkWiccan makes her group debut in the first episode of this amazing series.

Log in every Saturday, beginning April 1, for the newest addition to the series:

It wouldn't be Kitten Board TV without commercials and recaps! We'll be doing both!

Commercials provided by Hermitfish Media Advertising will air throughout the 6 weeks of series episodes.

Fanfictionwithoutpity recaps, featuring the inimitable watty -- with snarky assistance from the irrepressible GayNow -- will be unleashed beginning Saturday, May 13.

Oh, man. I can't wait for this. I'm not much of a She-Ra (or He-Man, for that matter) fan, but something tells me I'm gonna want to buy those box sets after I read this. I'm excited about them all, of course, but because its Chris, this one looks to be high on my list of perfect fics.

As an aside, whose leg do I gotta hump or what person do I gotta bribe to get involved in one of these things?

So this is the project that kept Debra from updating Menorah Tales in a more timely fashion. Well...all is forgiven:). This sounds fantastic!

I was a huge Fraggle fan and can't wait to see W and T in that setting. Will there be Dozers?

Looking forward to April. And now....back to my regularly scheduled homework. Sigh...

I absolutely can't say how much I'm looking forward to this. I love every one of the writers involved and the fact that there will be advertisements and recaps as well as (apparently) graphics is a very special bonus. Bring on WTTV!

I love these series of stories you all do, and I can't wait for these.

I must do some homework first, though in case actual knowledge of the original TV shows is required. Some are "outside my current field of experience" (ie: I am too young or British to have seen them!)

OMG!! lol

I probably drew some curious stares as I literally laughed out loud from that line. This sounds like a great idea and I will look forwward to reading it.

"It's the Kitten Show with our very special guests Willow and Tara"
'It's time to play the music,
It's time to light the lights,
It's time to meet the kittens on the kitten show tonight.
It's time to put on make-up,
It's time to dress up right,
It's time to get things started on the kitten show tonight."

Watty and Gay Now as the Statler and Waldorf of the Kitten Board.
April will not be the cruelest month with the Kitten Collective working that voodoo that they do so well.
I can already picture Tara in She-Ra's costume.

Damnit. Now I'm gonna have that in my head all night.

Watty and Gay Now as the Statler and Waldorf of the Kitten Board.

I don't think so. Watty and Car arent't that crotchety.

...

Well, maybe Car is.

I can already picture Tara in She-Ra's costume.

Correction: I'm gonna have this in my head all night.

Huh.
Up until this exact moment in time I could name few things more antithetical to my sense of self, well-being and all around rightness than that high pitched shriek that hordes of over excited women tend to make.

Let it be noted that the annoucement of this upcoming series induced for at least three microseconds a moment of disturbingly clear understanding of that shriek.

Fraggle Rock, The Dukes of Hazard, and She-Ra all in the same place, and all with a dose of W/T.

Dear god, I think I feel my throat constricting....
