I mention that because my cat is doing it as I type. She only does it when she's really content or happy, so I guess she's glad that her momma is home from work. Now, only if her mommie was ready to come home we'd both be much happier, but we have to wait until midnight for that to happen.

That would be me! My dog chases her tail a lot... and then she falls on the floor and while still biting her tail her hind legs try to push her face away. It’s like her butt and her head are two different people, or dogs in this case.
