How it all breaks down: Sheila is the slayer, Giles is the watcher. Willow grows up in a world where she is thought to be the next slayer. When her mother is killed her own vamped out brother (who happens to be set, as all good villans are, on world domination!) Willow sets off on a journey to find herself. She meets new friends along the way, and leaves one very special one back home.
Disclaimer: I own the wacky notion, the chars are Joss' and the storyline belongs to Disney. I guess I don't get much credit huh?
Rating: well...it's PG. You can't really make Lion King dirty, though there are major wt smoochies, as well as some really crappy songs!
Chapter 1. Family Fued (sadly, that's not mine either)
Enter: A young man running as fast as he can through the darkness of a city street, constantly looking behind himself. While he is busy looking back he thuds into the chest of slightly older man (mid thirties), smiling evilly. The older man (Charles) bares his game face and circles the boy, who watches him like a deer trapped in headlights.
Older man:
Ohhh, life’s not fair… I’ll never be anything big in the demon world, and you, will never see the light of another day…
He grips the boy by his shoulders and bows his head to feed.
Giles (os):
Didn’t your mother ever teach you not to taunt your food, Charles?
Older man:
Ohhh, what do you want?!
The older man looks up, we see another man, mid forties, holding a stake. Charles whips around to face Giles, his meal dashing away.
Charles (watching his meal run):
Oh look, you made me lose my lunch.
Giles:
Once the slayer arrives you’ll lose more than that!
Charles:
Ooo, I quiver with fear.
Charles begins stalking Giles, circling him. He grasps the old man lifting him off the ground.
Female voice (os, in a scolding yet taunting tone):
Bad puppy, drop it!
Giles (obviously uncomfortable being held up by his tweed suit):
Impeccable timing Sheila.
Charles rolls his eyes and returns Giles to his footing. Once on the ground Giles smoothes his tweed and pockets his stake. The slayer steps forward, standing face to face with the vampire.
Charles:
Well, well, well, if it isn’t my little sister, all high and mighty with the stake I see, (she sticks it at chest height) HEY, watch where you point that thing, not invinsible…yet…
Sheila:
I didn’t see you at the hospital last week, the baby was born.
Charles:
Yes, I see you’ve lost quite a few pounds. I seem to have forgotten… So what’d you name the little squealer?
Sheila:
That squealer is my daughter! (clenching her stake tighter)
Giles:
And possibly the future slayer, the council thinks it may be in the genetics…
Charles:
I shall practice my curtsy.
Charles turns and walks away, headed towards his crypt in the cemetery, which is off in the background.
Sheila:
Don’t you turn your back on me, Charles!
She runs at him, stake held high, it is centimeters away from piercing his back when he whips around, grabbing her wrist and hissing.
Charles:
Maybe it’s you who shouldn’t turn your back on me.
He walks off, leaving Sheila and Giles.
Sheila (not taking her eyes off Charles’ retreating back):
What am I going to do with him, I don’t want Willow growing up in an environment with him.
Giles:
Well, he’d make a nice pile of ashes for the fireplace.
Sheila (loving the idea):
Giles!
