Okay, so this thread is no longer available, which is sad because some of the connections people made were incredible.



Anyway, I've been itching to get this out - can you find ways to get A/A to connect to YOU? I suppose you could include cons, but that's kind of cheating, right?



Anyway, here's mine:



Actor Brian Dennehy starred in "Jack Reed: Search for Justice" which also had Amber Benson playing his daughter. Brian attended a high school on Long Island (NY) called Chaminade (private catholic school). Some of the people who taught/ran the school were still there when my brother attended giving me about three degrees of separtion to Amber, Alyson and other BtVS cast people.



Pretty cool, huh? Okay, anyone else?

One of my niece's school teachers is the sister of Jason Biggs who starred with Alyson in AP & AP2, and then, of course, Alyson has a connection to Amber.



Damn, I have much better connections with other celebs, some of whom I'm sure have connections to Aly or Amber, but I don't know off the top of my head. For example, my former editor is best friend's with Nancy Wilson (Heart) who is married to Cameron Crowe. I'm sure Cameron (who is a very nice man) can be connected to A/A somehow. I'm just too tired to give it much thought.



Oh, and my sister's best friend from high school is married to a TV screenwriter who last worked on Breckin Meyer's NBC series Inside Schwartz this season (it was canceled). Breckin is friends with Seth Green, who takes us back to Alyson.



Nothing terribly direct, I'm afraid. However, I might meet Amber this summer! Yay!

I have a vague one. My sister's friend was an extra in Deep Impact with Elijah Wood who was in The Faculty with Clea Duvall who played Marcie Ross in OOMOOS, with obviously Aly.

Five to Aly. Also Clea was in Can't Hardly Wait, which Amber had a cameo in, so that's five to Amber too.

I met Bruce Campbell at a book signing, and he play Autolycus on Xena, Tsianina Joelson was Varia AND she was in Bring It On with Eliza Dushku who was Faith on Buffy with Both Aly and Amber. YAY!

my gf was an extra on "The X Files" and met Gillian Anderson, Gill co stars with David Duchovny who was in "Evolution" with Sean William Scott who was in American Pie with Alyson Hannigan who apparently acts alongside some other hot chick called Amber Benson on some weird tv show type thing about vampires and whatnot.

A. My housemate grew up two doors down from Tony Head (1) straight to Amber and Aly (2).

B. My best friend (1) worked for Alan Shapiro (2) who directed The Crush (Amber - 3)

C. The same friend works for Peter Jackson who directed (1) - Elijah Wood in the LoTR then to (2) - Clea Duvall in The Faculty (3) - Amber & Aly (4)

Of course, right now you can go from Peter Jackson to just about any famous person in the world .



*stupid P.S. - you can go from Alan Shapiro to Elijah Wood in Flipper and then on to Clea and Amber, but why bother? Of course, trying to follow any of these links would probably get me laughed at... dammit!

(though that's a convention, not many people can say they were in her Hotel Room either. *and she still has my damn lighter!*) ...anyhoo Claudia is connected to 2> Claire Stansfield (directed Claudia's "Taboo" video) & 2> Alexandra Tydings (acted in Claudia's "Taboo" video) both played on Xena: Warrior Princess as Alti & Aphrodite, in which they both acted in some eps with 3> Lucy Lawless & 3> Renee O'Connor, both stared on Xena: Warrior Princess as Xena & Gabrielle, in which they both acted in some eps with 4> Tsianina Joelson, who played Varia on the show, then acted in "Bring it On", in which 5> Eliza Dushku & 5> Clare Kramer also acted in, who in turn were Faith and Glory on Buffy and had some very nice scenes with Aly and Amber.
