Hey guys, well I really enjoy writing poetry, so I thought why not post it here?

Angel

This is for someone who rescued me from a horrible and lonely time on my life. I love you my Angel.

Everyone needs an Angel to help you through your life.

To help you through the path that destiny writes.

To take you by the hand and help you though the strife.

Spirit or being either one works.

They guide you through your pain and your hurts.

Near or far they are always there, so when hope goes just be aware.

When a tear falls or when fear strikes, when darkness takes you then they will be your light.

Friends or strangers they are all around to lend a helpful ear and even an open hand.

They are there with love, faith and hope.

They are there when you need them and there when you don’t.

They glow with a light that only you can see.

That comforts you when they hold you near.

There is a link between you and your angel that never goes away.

It is there every second of every hour of every day.

So if you’re ever lonely, ever sad or ever blue or even just for someone to hug and to hold you.

Then always remember whether you know your Angel or not, have hope as they’ll always find you whenever you’re at a loss.

Who can make me smile just by think of them

I will walk to the ends of the earth

For you dear friend

I’ll protect you with all I am

For you dear friend

Know that no matter what I’ll always be there for you

For you dear friend

I’ll walk with you, heart to heart and hand in hand

For you dear friend

May our friendship know no limits

For you dear friend

May out friendship know no end.

No more, No longer

No more will you hurt me with the words you don’t speak,

No longer will I be the one who’s weak.

No more will I wait for you to call,

And no longer will I hope you’ll catch me if I fall.

No more will I be the one who says sorry,

No longer shall I wait for an apology.

No more will I try to be good enough for you,

No longer will your lack of friendship make me blue.

I’ve come to realise that you bad for me,

You turn me into something I shouldn’t be.

I realise now that I wont change just to fit in and be the same.

It hurts me to say it and it may take a while to stop the pain.

But no longer shall I wait,

For it to start all over again.

The friendship we have I thought was real.

I put everything into this friendship

My heart

My soul

But you turned away from me leaving this hole.

I thought you knew me

My pain

My fears

I thought you’d never hurt me

But you caused these tears

I tell myself you still love me

You’re just in a bad place right now

That you don’t want to talk because it’ll hurt too much some how

So even if you don’t want my friendship

I’m still here for you everyday

And always know I’ll always love you the same way

I just hop one day- one day soon

You’ll realise what you left behind

The friendship you let go of like a helium filled balloon

Destiny's track

Thoughts and feelings go through my mind.

With pain and happiness intertwined.

Such sweet sorrow with a smiling face,

Wanting to dance round in style and grace.

Pain and silent suffering hold me back.

Knowing I have come off destiny’s track.

Life went past me with such swift strokes.

Pushing me back to help me grow,

Help me to see what my life has come to be

So now I know what I have to do.

I leave behind someone I thought I knew.

But I know I’ll never walk this path of life alone,

My friends will walk with me

Holding me strong.
