Alright, I had a crappy day, and decided to write a little poem to try to get out my frustration. Feedback is welcome



This house is not a home

A home isn't a place you aren't welcomed.

Friends aren't people who backstab,

They are supposed to be there.



All I have is this living hell.

I've thought about ending it,

Ending it all.

Not having to live in fear,

But you can't just be a fuckin' pussy!



My life is important to some.

Some people that care about me,

There would be sadness, and people not caring,



I live my life in fear,

Fear of my dad,

Fear of my brother,

Fear of society.



They think I'm okay now,

But this small factor of my life,

One tiny difference...



It can change everything.



I'm starting to like these 4 walls,

Closets are where the clothes live.

Even though its dark in here,

It’s a darker world outside.



These walls were once sturdy,

Now they crumble by words.

Crumbling by those "friends"



They changed my world,

I learned my kind isn't accepted.



In this house...

By those friends...

By this society...

This is solid, a very honest outpouring. It is a shame that the world closes doors you've barely opened. There are people that will see the inner beauty and one day you'll look back and smile at what you've overcome.



Each day is a testament to your strength. Don't sell yourself short. Virtual hugs to you. Poetry is a wonderful way to purge yourself of all the crap feelings. I won't ask for more, because that would mean more crap. But if more comes, I'll certainly read.

Here's another I wrote after I got off (heehee) the phone with Vicky. She rocks my socks



This girl wears a mask,

With her plastic smile.

She makes you laugh,

But you don't know her pain.



Late at night...

All alone...

She takes off this mask,

Shedding a thousand bloody tears.



Soaked with exhaustion,

Her face red

She dreams...



She dreams about the comfort...

The comfort of warm arms around her,

They make the pain subside.

It is in these arms she feels

Safe,

Wanted,

Loved.

Alright, I wrote this kinda randomly today, hope you like



I remember how I loved you,

I remember how you lied,

I remember feeling disgusted,

Of everything inside.



I remember being happy,

I remember that I cried,

But all that’s left is a memory,

And memories never die.



Now, as I sit here,

Listening to you speak,

I realize it’s so clear,

That I was never weak.



I’m stronger than you could ever be,

Nobody comes close,

The only one I need is me,

That’s who I love the most.



I don’t need your silly rants,

Of hate, and love, and jealousy,

I can attack my pain like ants,

At this pointless celibacy.



Yes, love would be good,

Love would be great,

If somebody would give me a look,

I’d clean off my slate.



My past wouldn’t matter,

I’m starting off new,

But my heart is shred to tatters,

All because of you.

I've always wanted,

To go there before,

Trying to escape this hell,

Couldn't turn back,

Had to go forward,

With everything behind as well



I tried to go there,

Hey, I just discovered your thread today and I have to say that your poems are really awesome! I love the writing; I really loved the first poem you posted.
