Spiderman 2

Ok, so I went to a midnight show of this last night, and i just have to say, i agree with the critics. This film was superior to the first in all respects. The special effects were spectacular. My housemate spent the entire film rooting for the lovestory, but have no fear, theres much more to it than that.

Anyone else seen it? Thoughts?

I watched the movie last night and I have to agree... this is a good sequel... the story was build up properly, character building was there... altogether one heck of a movie... except the local censorship board sucks. Great acting, worth the 2 year wait! Effects were first class... much better than what the first Matrix movie came out with. Spidey is so cute :wink

O.K. Am I the only one who noticed this?

When Spidey lost his powers and used the elevator he met this guy.... Who happens to be Mikey from Qaf! I was so cracking up! And their conversation! :lmao Mikey`s look when Spidey said it`s a bit tight around the crotch (at least that`s what he says in German) was the best thing about the whole movie! :spin Shame no one else got it when I was there! I think I kind of embarrassed my friend. :lol

It made my day!

Anyway, I really liked it, though some of the dialogues were a bit too mushy for me. (Which might be the fault of the translaters) But it`s defenitely worth the money for Spidey fans! And Kirstin`s! :drool

i've seen the movie, kinda liked it, though i'm not a big fan.

what i want to know is, there is one song in it, We Are, by Ana Johnsson, and i can't seem to find a right version of it anywhere. it always cuts at like 1:08, or more than once in the song.

anyone has it and want to help? please?!:D

thanks

I saw it with friends, who arent exactly SpiderMan kids. I happen to be one, so I was all excited like a six year old while they sat cool and collected in their seats.

I really liked it, I thought it was really close to topping the first. But, the first in a trilogy will always have extra points to it, because it was in fact, the first.

But, I thought the train scene was a tad hokey, unrealistic. Granted, Spider-Man, Doc. Oc and all other super heros arent real, it still didnt exactly fit into the way I saw comics.

But thats just me. It was in fact a really great movie.

I went to see it tonight. Very good sequel. The special effects were just amazing. I loved the fights between Spidey and Doc Ock. They were just awesome.

I’m not that big a fan of Spider-Man, and I still liked it a lot. I had fun.

I saw Spidey 2 last night, finally! I thought it was great, though Id give anything for it to have been a higher certificate, cos there were evil kids running round the cinema, and one wouldnt stop whistling! Oh well, I wouldnt let it ruin the film :p I thought that yeah, some of the lines were a bit cheesy, but the rest of the film more than made up for this. My favourite scene had to be the train one (anyone who's seen this will know what I mean, dont think im giving anything away) oh, and again Kirsten Dunst. No scene in particular, just Kirsten. Yum!!

Definitely worth seeing.

Saw and it was very good. Problem is that I'm not really a spidey fan so it's not my fav like X-men. I really like the scense where Spidey saves Aunt May and the train but could have down without all the Peter Parker angst. The angst is true to the comic. I just find it dull. That said Kirsten Dunst conitunes to shine as Mary Jane and Tobey Maguire as Spidey. They are bot signed for Spidey 3 so we can expect more Spidey goodness. The down side is that I'm bummed that Spidey knocked Fahrenheit 9/11 out of the number one slot. Still can't wait for the next one.

I saw spiderman two a least 3 times by now in a period of a month and, yes, it rules. The effects were brilliant, a lot better to the first one.

Then again, I always seem to prefer a sequel in a movie like this to the original, for example X-men 2 over the first X-men movie. Does anyone else have a random thing like that with movies. It might just be that there's no need to explain everything, the effects are a lot better and you can just enjoy the film.

Another great thing about the film is that the soundtrack rocks too. Yay for Switchfoot and Ana Johnnson!

Shame about Fahernheight 9/11 though, I haven't seen it yet but I really want to, gotta get to the movies....
