Hey everyone! Guess who is making a two episode guest appearance in my RPG adventures, The Dragon and the Phoenix? Yup, Mr. Marion "Cobra" Bubbles himself! ;)

I really loved the character of Cobra Bubbles. After watching L&S for like the thousandth time with my sons I thought he would great in my story.

So you can see him here, Rogues Gallery Thread on the Kitten or here, The Other Side website.

Let me know what you think!

I just watched this movie for the first time today and good lord..I LOVED it. I don't think a childrens movie has EVER moved me so much.

Who were you then? And who are you now? That you think you can figure it all out, the mathematics of regret. It takes two beers to remember now, and five more to forget. That I love you so..what. Yeah I love you so..what.

I'm still laughing about the Mele Karmachameleon! :rollin

And HUZZAH!...and Indestructerado....

sigh

Stitch :heart

Still pissing me off that they can't seem to find a way to keep Nani from seeming as though she's neglecting Lilo. I'd like to see more Nani and maybe a few good quality moments between her and Lilo. As it is, it looks like she's never, ever there and Lilo's more or less raising herself. And, yeah, that's the reality in a lot of families, but it's still bugging me.

I'll console myself with random exclamations of "Huzzah!"

Cutest thing today, one of my kids who hasn't been the most motivated writer, wrote a bunch of sentences today about lilo and stitch. How they always hugged each other and how nane (her spelling) was always fighting with lelo (her spelling).

For anyone who hasn't seen the movie yet, they're airing it on the Disney channel, Friday 8/7 central.

In that episode, Lilo is teaching Stitch about Earth holidays, specifically Christmas. Well, she's trying to teach him. :lol

"Merry Christmas" in Hawaiian is "Mele Kalikimaka." She's trying to teach him to pronounce it. (It's meh-lay kah-lee-kee-mah-ka.) He keeps trying and trying and he can never get it quite right. The episode ends with one final attempt from Stitch, which comes out - "Mele Karmachameleon!" :rollin

And, yeah, "Karma Chameleon" is a Culture Club song. Which is, of course, further proof that Everyone On This Show Is Gay. ;)

Oh, and as for what, exactly, a "karma chameleon" is...um...I think they were on drugs?

Ok just got "Stich: The Movie" for my son for Christmas and there is a mini-marathon of L&S:TAS on Disney right now.

For those that have not seen it (and reading this thread) the movie is on Disney tonight I believe.

Yep...

Mele KarmaChameleon! That killed me!

Oh, and I now want an Indestructerado costume for my Stitch. Oh yeah!

Jumba and Pleakley as Dickensian Christmas carolers? heheheheheheh

I am so glad that I'm loving the cartoon more than the movie sequel. Must be the lack of Hamsterwheel.

I agree, they need to haul more of Tia Carrere into the recording studio and give Lilo some quality time with her sis. Bleh!

So I finally caught an ep that seems to think Stitch isn't gay. heh Experiment 624/Angel who's all pink and she coos. Hilarious!

heheheheheh

Yes!

It's usually really entertaining and funny.

I also finally saw the last half of Fibber. I really need to see the whole thing. Pleakley's family is awesome.

Ah, yes, I did notice that Stitch seemed quite smitten with that pink cooing cousin. (Wait....they're cousins! :eek Not good, not good.)

Pleakley's...uh, I mean Wendy's family! :heart

The last ep I saw was really, really good, despite the fact that it had way too much Hamsterwheel. I think it was the one where Hamsterwheel escapes and fires Gantu, who has to go out and get a job. :lol "Can you type?"

Gantu has really grown on me since I've been watching the series. (As have Jumba and Pleakley. I actually was very annoyed by Pleakley in the first movie, but I've come to love him quite a lot.)

I've noticed a few nice quality-time moments between Nani and Lilo. Yay!

I want this show to be out on DVD now!!!

Oh me too, especially considering I've missed so many of them!

I caught a bit of one today with a little scaredy-bunny invisible experiment. It was cute. Myrtle's aunt is quite the bitch! :laugh

I've also now taken a deep breath and tried to remind myself that Stitch's cousins are related to him the way he's related to Lilo. Please.... Please let that be the case!

Whoa!

Oh, and time for a mini rant. The ep where Lilo's making up a hula about a squid and ignores Stitch. Indestructerado! Woohoo! Love that ep, but Lilo's sitting there working on her hula skirt and Stitch wrecks it. Then she whines (whoops, I guess she's been bugging me again!) that she spent all day picking every single blade of grass for her grass skirt. Uh.... For a show that did such a fantastic job with hula in the movie they sure messed that up.

*taking more deep breaths*

Ok, yes, I'll take it as a joke. Yup. Uh huh!

Grass skirt, my ass!!!

I haven't been catching this as much as I used to, but I did see one that had me cracking the hell up.

The one with the little bird type experiment that made people fall in love with the first person they saw. Keoni, Lilo's crush or whatever, got hit with it and fell in love with Pleakley.

Then, after it'd been captured and everyone got the antidote, he still thought Pleakley was beautiful. It just struck me as very sweet.

At least I think that's what happened. I'd love to see it again to make sure.

I think I may have seen the end of that one. Sounds very cute!

I'll have to try to catch it.

I'm still also hoping to see all of Fibber. The little that I saw was very funny.
