I've finally finished the first few drafts of the book I've been working on for the past five years. I've been having my friends BETA it and they say they like it but I'm not sure what I need to do to prepare it to be good enough for publishing. Advice please. I figured since there are a bunch of wonderful writers here I'd ask.
For all those words of tongue and pen, the saddest are those: "It might have been."
Tara ended up next to Oz in the elevator. He looked at her, nodding to himself.
"What?" She asked.
"You look good. Kinda radiant."
Tara nodded. "I was resurrected a few days ago."
Oz arched an eyebrow. "That'll do it."
