clean out all the secretly dumpt parts of potion from udur your bed before it stacks up so high that you'lll bump your head into the roof when waking up

oh and try to stay cool when your dad comes over tomorow and calls you useless crazy and worthles for a couple of hours straight

and don't stay too depressed after: it might annoy friends, who you'll need later on for making fun

it's a quartter to 3 in the morning, you REALY should try and remember to SLEEP at night, and preferably more than 4 hours at a time

Do NOT go to bed at 4:30 in the morning when you know you're getting up between 6 and 7. Just f***ing stay up! You're less tired on no sleep than 2 hours...

Also, pay attention when you close the window so you *avoid* hitting the TV.
Finally, close the window *before* the dog goes out it, so you don't have to drag her back in, then close the window without giving it your full attention cause you're annoyed and therefore hit your head on the TV...
