Best workout in
ages. Getting out of heavy sweats into a muscle tee and shorts makes me
feel more ripped (i.e., beginning to lose my winter gut

) and best of all . . . no part of me was
hurting today!

After a winter where it seemed my lower back was *chronically* "out" . . . and my legs, shoulders, foot or some other part of me was hurting.

today:
Squats: 145 lbs.
Bench Press: 85 lbs.
Lat Pull: 75 lbs
Leg Curl: 35 lbs.
Shoulder Press: 75 lbs.
Bicep Curl (two-handed): 65 lbs.
...and finishing w/ Crunches and Grip-Strengtheners.
