Happy Solistice!

Postby WebWarlock » Mon Jun 21, 2004 2:06 pm

At 7:57 p.m. Sunday the Northern Hemisphere was tilted the closest to sun.

Now we begin the ever present march to winter. But until then, Happy Solistice everyone, Pagan, Craft practicer, or not.

If not, then enjoy this first day of Summer!

Oh yeah, it was the longest day today. Well it is over on this side of the blue bulb, but it is half past 11 in the pm. I doubt many of us here live above the polar circle, so the sun will go down for most of us. The US kitties will have some time yet. Enjoy the rest of the day. :)

As I was checking the news, as I usually do...

I found these pics from the Solstice at Stonehenge:

The first one isn't the prettiest, but the later ones are stunning!!
