as for burning the CDs, even if you burn the copy directly, i think there will be some problems running the CD. i know that there is write protection on all SIMS cds now, but i don't know how much it actually impedes game play. i think it's best to just go and spend the $39.



however, the booklet says it's okay to burn a copy as backup... so who knows.



i really want my willow and tara to have a 3rd kid, but they really will not. argh. does anyone know if there's a limit as to how many babies a couple can adopt?

Glad to see the troll hammer making a comeback. Willow wields it as well as Buffy does. And loved the bedroom pic. So sweet and extra flamey.



As for limits on adoption, the Livin Large Sims book doesn’t say anything about a cap, so I’m guessing there is no limit.

Like many others, I'm having the problem of my Willow being a big ho. The wierd thing is, it's Faith who seems to have taken her fancy. Tara didn't like it, and she kicked her arse good and proper.

First get your sims to talk to one another -- don't jump right into kissing and hugging ... talk, talk, talk to start ... once the points start going up ... you can move up to hugging and kissing!

If you’re talking about Buffy skins for your game, look on page 35 and 36 of this thread; there you'll find links to some of the best Buffy skins.

It's under the name BT Hillier, it should be under Houses, on one of the first few pages of it.

Iv downloaded The willow and Tara sims, but their not showing up in the game. Can anyone tell me how to get them in the game so i can select them?

Did you unzip them in the Skins directory? Also make sure when your unzipping, your placing the files in Skins and not making a directory inside a directory.



The directory that the skins should be placed in should be something like that:



C:Program FilesMaxisThe SimsGameDataSkins



It may be different for your computer so just make sure.



Then when you chose people to move into houses in the game, you should see the Buffy heads and bodies.

My Tara's died - I can't believe it



She & Willow & little Amber all got sick, sneezing, coughing. Their energies were running down much quicker than usual...then she just keeled over, curled up & DIED!!!.



What have I done wrong? Can I heal them if they get sick?



I downloaded a guinea pig from the offical 'The Sims' site, & the people who've had them seem to be getting sick (Buffy & Dawn too). I just thought they were allergic....but what if it's killing them all?



HELP!!!!!!

It's probably the guinea pig. Buy the Guinea Pig portrait and put it in the house. It will cure the Sims within one Sim day (if they're not too far gone). In the future, keep the pig's cage clean and don't play with it.



If that isn't the problem, attempt to have a Sim produce a white disease curing potion at the Chemistry Set.

yeah you got the guinea cooties. Did you save the game that she died in? DONT if you're still in it.



Go buy the painting of the forgotten guinea pig in the decor section and hang it on the wall and that should heal the affected ones within 16 hours. Or if you can , manage to keep their energy levels high with lots of bed rest and that can heal them too after awhile. BUt, the painting is easiest.



ANd either get rid of that skank pig or else keep the cage scrupiously clean. I hate that thing. It killed my whole entire family and freaked me out. But then, that made room for me to make a W/T family so maybe ot was for the best!

if you unzipped the willow and tara files -- and put them into the game under skins -- then start the game ...



when you are making your sim the willow and tara heads and bodies will come up as choices -- and you chose the heads and bodies seperately.
