Wow! You've captured Amber and Aly's portraits really well with the impressive facial structure! I really like your free hand line style and tight shading.

Arty niggles- see Aly's portrait with the low scoop neckline? To my eye, the neck and shoulder seems to have lost a bit of definition. I think that might be because the detail and shape isn't very clear? It kinda makes her body seem sort of flat and unreal in comparision to the realism of the face. Her clothing doesn't seem to hang quite right either. It looks kinda like Aly's over done it with the starch! ^^;

Amber's ear in the second left portrait could do with a little more definition too. Perhaps some shading to suggest a sense of depth?

Arty favs- definately the first Amber piece, you've really nailed her lovely smile with that one.

Wallpapers- Nicely done W/T image compostions. Love the Amber angel fairy Tinkerbell-y one!

You're clearly very talented, Akkemy. Keep up the great work 'cause I'm a strong believer in practice makes perfect and hope you post more!:peace

Uzu, you be occupied with the creative activity? You wrote, as if you artist.... I know, I allow the mistakes, but drawing with Willow I draw in when me there was 14 years... =)))

Now why didn't I see these before...? :hmm I must have missed them.

They are great though. Being a pencil artist, myself I can really appreciate the first set of drawings. (I don't know beans about wallpapers or Photoshop, so I'll limit my comments to the former ((not beans. Pencil drawings :lol )) )

You're very talented. I like your use of the shade variants. Very nicely done, indeed.

I would usually say more, but I’m running a bit late for work. I might come back tomorrow and babble at greater length tho’ ;-)

If you mean if I've got an Arty job...LOL! I wish! Nah, I'm just an enthusiastic amature. I basically crit art the same way I would my own work. Except I'm much MUCH more niggle-y on myself!

I know, I allow the mistakes, but drawing with Willow I draw in when me there was 14 years... =)))

Wow! Now I'm even more impressed! I was nowhere near that level at that age. heh. I still struggle working out where to place all the bits and pieces sometimes. Especially elbows. Bane of my life.

If you don't know about it already, you might like to check out 'deviantArt'. It's an art site and is one of the best places on the net to showcase your work, build a personal gallery and get feedback from other artists. It's very user friendly and great for amatures and budding professionals alike.

Here's the linky if you're interested - http://www.deviantart.com/ (first time trying this...hope it works!^^; )

I'm not too sure about that second pic. It just doesn't look like Amber to me. But as for the rest...nice job!

The juxtaposition of Tara in profile and Willow in full relief is very striking and lends a genuine sense of Tara's self-consciousness.
