"Willow you don't remember what happened earlier?" Tara asked, looking at her.
"No not really...Tara what's going on?"Willow asked, getting a little confused.
"You and my Donnie got into an argument,"Tara said.
"Oh yeah now I remember, he slammed me against the wall downstairs,"Willow said, rubbing her arm.
"I'm really sorry if he hurt you," Tara said.
"It's ok really I'll live," willow said.
"Tara,"Donnie said, running into the room.
"Can't you knock?" Tara asked, a little mad.
"Well yeah, but I knew you two weren't doing anything, besides dinners ready," Donnie said, glancing at willow.
"Oh ok we'll be down in a few,"Tara said.
"Ok, it's your favorite southern fried chicken," Donnie said, closeing the door.
"What?" Tara asked, seeing the look on Willows face.
"Nothing, I didn't say anything," willow said.
"I know that look Willow, so what is it?" Tara asked.
"I didn't know you like southern fried chicken," willow said.
"Oh gods yes I love it, it's almost as good as sex," Tara said, blushing a little.
"Hmm that good huh, maybe I should try it myself to see if it is," Willow said, with a raised eye brow.
As Willow got up off the bed and they headed down the stairs to eat dinner. Willow and Tara went into the kitchen and helped Tara's mom bring the food to the table. After the table was set they all sat down to eat a good home cooked meal The Maclay way. Which was collard greens, green beans, southern fried chicken, and a biscuit with ice tea and apple cobbler to top it off. As Willow took a bite of her chicken Tara heard a low moan escape Willows mouth. She smiles at willow.
"I take it you like the chicken?"Tara asked, forking up some collard greens.
"Mmmhmm, you were right Tara it is as good as..oof," willow started to say before she was kicked in the leg.
"You ok Willow?" Tara's mom asked.
"Yes I'm fine i -i just bit my tongue," willow said, looking over at Tara's half smile on her face. "What's so funny"
"Nothing sweetie I'm sorry," Tara said, leaning over to kiss willows cheek.
"That's messed up Tara," Donnie said.
"What's messed up?" Tara asked.
"You and Willow, she slapped you, and now you two are cool?" Donnie asked.
"Well yeah she didn't mean to," Tara said.
As the bickering back and forth went on for several more minutes, there dad slams his fist down on the table.
"Enough out of both of you," there dad said.
"Hey donnie," there mom said.
"Yes mom," Donnie said.
"Didn't you have a girlfriend that went off to college?" she asked.
"Uh yeah Kerry, why are you asking?" asked Donnie, looking at his mother.
"Which college was it?" she asked.
"It was Duke, its a very nice school," donnie said.
"Ah yes Duke, say Willow what do you think of Duke," Mrs. Maclay asked, winking at Tara.
Tara looks up at her mom knowing full well where she was headed with it. Looking between willow and her mom
"Well it's an ok school if you can get in, I mean you have to have awesome grades to go there and a great scholarship too," Willow said.
"Where did you get accepted?" mr maclay asked.
"To harvard and yale," willow said.
"Thoses are great schools," mr maclay said.
"Yeah I know, I'm just no sure if there for me," willow said.
"Why is that honey?" Mrs Maclay asked.
"It's a long way from my home and my friends and the girl I love," willow said.
"So what your just going to go UC Sunnydale? Donnie asked.
"No I'm not sure where just yet,but my parents want me to go to yale cause that's where they went," willow said.
As they finished dinner and willow and tara cleared the table. They headed back up to Tara's room since it's the weekend they with eachother all night. So they changed into the PJs and crawled into bed and watched a movie. As they cuddled and watched the movie neither one could keep there eye's open, so they drifted off to sleep 45 minutes on to the movie.
The next morning they woke up early and headed down stairs to eat breakfast. As breakfast was done and the dishes were washed and dried the Maclay family and Willow headed out to the lake so the Maclay men could fish and try to catch something for them to eat later. And of course willow and Tara became bored and took off walking like they always did when they came on the little outting. As they made it to the clearing and saw the cabin they made there way inside and locked the door, and started making out. One thing lead to another and they made love.
Around 12:30 they made there way back to the others and saw 4 fish in the ice chest and Donnie sr and jr were arguing ovcer who would catch the next one that swam by.
"you both do know arguing will scare the fish away," willow. Said.
"Yeah yeah we knw," donnie jr said, looking over his shoulder.
A week later willow was over at Tara's helping her make supper for her parents 17th annivarsary. As they were making it some grease spilled onto Willows new shirt.
"Oh great just what I needed," willow said.
"You have a shirt in my room from the other, it's clean you font have to worry," tara said
As willow heaed up the stairs and into Tara's room to change shirts, she walks over to Tara's desk and places her cell phone on the desk and her down pulling her shirt off laying it on top.of the notebooks. After pulling the shirt on she grabs her shirt off the desk she knocks the note books onto the ground. She bends down to pick them up and notices the enevlope with Dukes address on it. she picks up to read it and finds out Tara was accepted to Duke on a full singing scholarship. She was so happy for Tara until she saw the date of the letter was postmarked 3 weeks ago. She stood up and headed downstairs and into the kitchen.
"There you are I was about to come looking for you," Tara said.
"Sorry I took so long.. Tara would you ever hide things from me?"willow asked.
"What! Gods no willow" tara said , looking at her.
" Well I came across this after knocking it off with my shirt," Willow said.
"I was going to tell you willow, Tara said.
"I don't wanr ro hear Tara, williow said.
"Yeah sure what on the day you leave is that I, don't knw why did tou did tell me,Tara said.
"No Willow I'm not even sure I'm going to go," tara said
