I agree with the rest that a happy ending with cuddles would be nice. As for other ideas....I am thinking it would be kinda neat if the problem was part of the solution. Tara is all worried for Will's safety...what if the succubi are only harmless to female partners?

Time for some replies... I really should just put up Changes in its own thread, shouldn't I. Hmm. Especially before it gets longer.

Zampsa- Everyone seems to agree with the cure you want. Given KB rules, combined with the nature of Tara's "issue", it would be pretty hard not to go that way. ^_^ But I can't make it easy- that would be no fun.

Fuchsin- Board rules preclude anything but a happy ending. I'm more curious about what kind of issues people think will come up before that happy ending is achieved.

TW4e- And what are some of the places you see this going? I'm wondering... my mind doesn't necessarily go where other people's does. For example: I suspect just about anyone else writing a Tara-turns-into-a-succubus story would jump pretty quickly into endless pages of sex scenes. I go into a deluge of psych trauma based in, but not limited by, Tara's history.

ScottishAsh- Glad you like it! I hope it continues to live up to its beginnings.

SJ- *sounds of my ego purring*

perchiper- I'm hoping that I get enough resolution that I can get to a bright and shiny end, but fluffy is a little much. Naughty... um... as long as you don't want graphic description... I'm a self-proclaimed prude, but I don't see a chastity belt in Tara's future.

As usual, this was wonderful. Don't feel self-conscious about editing on the way from the board to the submission, we all do it. You need to get a little more writing self-esteem. Your flow writing is great. Keep it here if you feel like it is easier for you. Sorry I fell asleep as you were telling the story, I guess fatique hit me like a ton of bricks.

Zampsa- There is going to be a process to Tara getting through this, both emotionally and practically... and not everyone is convinced she can be human anymore. Adaptation to new circumstances may be the only way. Specific Willow-immunity is an interesting idea though. Hmm. Though that wouldn't help Tara get out of the room...

SJ- Thank you, as always.

TW4E- How does one get self-esteem? Or confidence? I have yet to figure it out (though thoughtful feedback helps). But what I lack in confidence, I try to make up for with hope... that what I write is worth the time people spend reading it- that I can affect someone the way I have been affected by what I read. I have read too many amazing fics on this board to think much of my own writing. There is so much I have yet to learn, and so many features of my own writing that I see lacking. With any luck, I'll have massive internal dialog mastered by the time I'm done with Changes, though. ^_^

Morrigan- Your MST3King was hilarious- and it is great to lighten up an otherwise oppressive story. I wish you'd been there for the piece I did tonight.

Zampsa- Anya is full of useful information. The only question is; is it the information that Tara wants to hear?
Anya's POV tends to polarize readers- some people love her, some people can't stand her, and then there are the ones who might like her, except I didn't write her the way they think of her. Ah well. There was no way that this story wasn't going to have major Anya presence... not given the subject matter.

TW4E- At least I didn't put you to sleep during the session again! Heh. Hopefully you'll get the next chunk live- it's ready to go whenever I next find the chat room receptive.

Morrigan- Logging commentary would be a neat second version... It really changes the tone to have the comedy interludes. They make it much less dark- which is something this fic needs more of.

Zampsa- All in good time. They couldn't very well have a Happily Ever After otherwise, could they? Despite what Anya thinks.
It will be a long process, I think. I don't know how long- but there's a lot Tara has to learn and some problems that the two are going to have to work around. And life has a tendency of not letting people work out their problems in peace...
