Willow gazed into Tara’s bright blue eyes.
She’s so gorgeous; she’s everything that I could ever want in a girlfriend. Thank the Goddess that I found her. She’s got me so many good gifts as well for every day of Hanukkah. On day one, my favourite sweets-candied orange peel covered in chocolate. Mmmm-chocolate kisses. French kissing is even better when we have chocolate in our mouths.
On day two, a beautiful silver bracelet. True, not magical in any way, but it looks really good on me, and Tara always loves to see me looking good.
On day three, an elegantly carved quartz statuette of the goddess Holy Inana which will be very helpful in casting certain kinds of spells that need Her help.
On day four, a very racy story about the love lives of our best friends Buffy and Faith, she said that Faith was very happy to tell her the details but not to ever mention the existence of the story to Buffy.
On day five, a long long handwritten letter as long as myself saying how much she loved me, that she obviously put a lot of time and effort into, written in her best handwriting.
On day six, a CD with songs from Greenday, Boyzone, kd lang, Sugababes and a few other artists, with a song to match my every mood.
On day seven, a new wand from the Magic Box, of ebony studded with semi-precious gemstones, which in my hands is a capable weapon against any vampire and almost any demon.
What has she got me for day eight, I wonder?
