Amber n' Benny (Amber article in Teen Movieline Winter 2000

I just got off work and stopped by Wal-Mart to check out their magazines and lo' and behold I come across another Amber picture and short story. Since most of y'alls day is just beginning I thought I'd give you the info now so you guys could look for it today. The magazine is called TM which stands for Teen Movieline. On the cover is LeeLee Sobieski. It's the Winter 2000 issue. Amber is featured in a segment on stars and their pets. She's sitting in what I assume is the back of a limo with her dog. It's a two page spread and she's dressed kind of fancy and is wearing sunglasses. I think the photographer was going for a "movie star" shot. Pennsylvania is wearing her lovely fur coat with black spots.

I must be, I mean see Amber's pet. Ooh thanks Nouvelle, I really need to browse the mags cause she seems to be in all of them. Here I go again, embarassing my self buying teeny bopper magazines. At least teen movieline is better than teen style or teen people. I can't even picture this shot with Amber looking all fancy. I hope to have scans tonight, if someone hasn't posted them before then.

I'm looking forward to seeing these pictures. While I can see Amber in a Vogue setting it will be interesting to see how she looks in a movie star pose.

Xita I'm glad your getting these pictures for us. I could just imagine the looks I would get if I went into a store to buy a teen magazine.

I can really identify with her having it in the Limo 'cause my greyhound Iris goes everywhere with me, and that includes over to my pal's house to watch Buffy on tuesdays. Saw this magazine in the airport this weekend. Amber looked SOOOOOOOOOOOOO goood. She is a great poser, that Amber Benson. And I was loving her pants - I want those pants!

Amber is wearing a crazy shirt and pin stripe pants. She looks so fab, wearing glasses in the back of the car, and the glasses are tilted just a bit so she is clearly looking at the camera through one eye- straight at you. And her eyes are so booo-ti-ful. Mmmmm. Nice pants.

i was looking for this mag in my fave store last saturday and couldn't find it at first... i didnt' give up and still searched and finally found it! i'm all with the whoo hoo here! yay! thanks! Amber is completely and utterly gorgeous here!

Looks like Amber might be moving towards a classic Hollywood anorexia. Say it aint so. Joss was afraid this kinda thing might happen after all the bashing that went on at the Bronze. And I was so happy that the show finally had an actor with a butt roughly the same size as mine. Soon she'll be as skinny as SMG - and equally as lackin' in the back end. Yep, she'll be hooked on that same old drug - Noassitol.

I was worried about that as well, but I think it might just be a special kind of camera lense they were using. This car doesn't look like a limo, more like a regular car so maybe they used a special lense. Her legs look very long, and I don't think Amber's legs are that long. She seems a bit 'stretched out', so I'm hopin'.

Cylinda... thank you thank you thank you! I went out at lunch and went to like 5 different stories and couldn't find the blasted mag anywhere. We got TeenHair, TeenPeople, TeenCelebrity, TeenThisandThat, but no TeenMovieline! I love the look on her face. Nummy treat.

Yeah team me! I just found it!!! And of course, it was at the freakin' store just down the block from my work... blast. Anyway, I wouldn't worry too much Darin. I doubt she'd head down the SMG road. And really, when I think abou the UK Ch5 interview and her nekkid legs in Family, I think this is probably more like what she looks like IRL anyway. Not too mention that the guys on Lovelines said she even looked thin. I'd guess where just seeing Amber minus the poundage the camera puts on! tee hee... off to scan and type up!

Oh, one last thing... either she bits her nails, or keeps them extra spanky short, cause in this pic they kinda look nubish.

I may be in the minority but I think the movie star pose detracts from Amber's natural beauty. It's just too staged.

Oh, I don't care what Amber does, I just love it. And I am in love with this picture. I swear I need to make more wallpaper. Or someone with some actual talent should. Dear god, I love her. I love what she's wearing, those pinstripe pants and that shirt, the colors. Sigh. I don't think Amber would succumb to the weight thing. I think she looks different under different cameras.
