Buffy characters as My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic

This isn't mine, but some of you will really love it :)

As Twilight Sparkle, we have Willow Rosenberg (Alyson Hannigan). Because she is the extremely bookish one, the not-strictly-sociable one who still loves her friends very much, the one representing the “element of magic.” Twilight Sparkle didn’t have friends except Spike before moving from Canterlot to Ponyville, when she learned about the importance of friendship and teamwork; Willow didn’t really have a lot of friends except Xander before Buffy moved to Sunnydale, when she learned firsthand about the importance of friendship and teamwork. I will also note that Twi’s official My Little Pony wiki article states that at one point she does use a memory spell on her friends (I haven’t seen that far yet, but hey).

As Fluttershy, we have Tara Maclay (Amber Benson). Finally, another girl whose pony analogue element suits her wholly: the “element of kindness.” Tara is the absolute nicest and the sweetest; she is also (at least at first) quite shy. She’s good at taking care of people, but she can and does get fierce when it’s required of her, even if she personally doesn’t think of herself as being particularly bold and daring like the others. And she is also (at least at first) quite shy. She’s good at taking care of people, but she can and does get fierce when it’s required of her, even if she personally doesn’t think of herself as being particularly bold and daring like the others. And she is just the gosh-darn sweetest and I adore her. So there.

....You cannot comprehend how happy this post/the article made me.

I love how everyone is who I mentally arranged them to be, too. Though instead of Harmony as Pinkie Pie, I chose Anya, because they both blurt out random stuff, plus Sugar Cuber Corner = The Magic Box.

Yes. Totally yes. I mean Harmony as Pinkie Pie is just . . . no.

Also, I don't like the Jenny/Celestia pairing. Because Jenny? Not a total troll.

Personally, I love these kind of Mash-ups. My Daughter has not yet started to watch "My Little Pony", as she is still watching "Blue's clues" and I just got her to stop watching "Micky Mouse".

Yay! Finally, Buffy and My Little Pony combined!

I think most work surprisingly well, except Harmony as Pinkie Pie, what is that all about? I also really hoped that Giles would be Princess Celestia, but that might have been a bit much to ask for xD
I must go and get ready to play croquet with the Queen.

Actually, now that I think about it, can Willow and Tara be Lyra and BonBon?

I actually had to look up who that was, but now that I know, I think that would be awesome. Would explain why they are so often in the same shot. I disliked the explanation that it was just for aesthetic reasons anyway =)

I actually don't know this show (I'm ancient)--I thought this was just a line of toys.

I got a kick out of one thing I noted above: "Canterlot" Marvelous pun.:)

The series has been around since the 80's, but no one will fault you for not knowing. Up until recently, the show had existed to merely sell more toys, with convoluted plots and flat characters, though it holds a place in the hearts of many a young woman. The newest incarnation, FiM(4th generation) separates from it's predecessors by leaps and bounds. The main show-runner is Lauren Faust, known for other works such as PowerPuff Girls, Samurai Jack, Foster's home for Imaginary Friends, and Dextor's Lab. It takes an episode or so to really hit it's stride, but I think you'll love it. The people who work on this show have a good relationship with it's fans and you'll see many fandom things suddenly become canon and other such shoutouts. Is it any wonder it's taken the internet by storm? Also it's very gay gay gay.
Loads more, too. Mane-hatten, Filly-delphia, Los Neigh-gas, etc.
