Quite the abundance of talent on both sides of the camera with Amber, Adam, and Jonathan Woodward.
Splendid chaps, all of them having met all three of them in the past five years one time or another.

It seems to have been a good idea of Amber, Jonathan and Adam to merge their creative collaborations. The indie productions Amber has done so far were divested of consumable attributes and that at least allowed her to invest in a personal film-making identity. I am curious to find out how the finished project shall look like.

As to "rife"; obviously he's going to different Buffy sites than I am because I've never seen speculation as to a betrothal.

I found myself completely staring just at her through the whole interview. Haha....Stalker much?....I"m not sure....

The interview was very good. I have never met Adam nor seen much in the way of interviews and he came across as very nice and personable. Amber was fun as always (although I disagree with her notion that arguments are necessary for a healthy relationship). But all in all a very good interview and very long (just over 3 hours).

I didn't watch the whole interview (three hours is far more discretionary time than I have -- at least on "school nights" -- these days) but I did start it up.

Okay, no pun intended, but Amber's short 'do is starting to grow on me.

Adam: nice guy, articulate. I will say he and Amber seem a good match. I did not know that they met on 9/11. I had been racking my brain for any scene the two of them actually had together -- I had forgotten about the "bump-plant-a-bug-on-Buffy" bit in "Life Serial."

Did anyone besides me get a chuckle out of Amber's backhanded aside about the blowback from Tara's death: "I think if they knew how much flack they were going to get, they wouldn't have done it!" Especially as the flack has apparently lasted through four cancelled series...

Amber has been quite vocal for some time now that she feels the story would have gone in a different direction if the writers knew just how big an impact Tara was having on the general public and how devastating the death would be to them.

Howe3ver, knowing how savvy Joss is with regards to guaging public opinion I cannot see how he could not know the impact the relationship was having. In my opinion, he counted on it. What he didn't count on, mostly due to ego i reckon, is that people wouldn't follow him round the bend. I think he was so used to being followed wherever he took the characters he was genuinely taken aback at his miscalculation but, egoitst that he is, he refused to hold his hands up and instead blamed everyone bar himself for his folly.

This sucks major league bigtime. I'm one of the lucky kittens who go to see DRONES in London and thought it was brilliant, especially the 'Amy Is A Jerk powerpoint scene. To see this awesome film ripped off like this pisses me off no end, I'd just like to summon Dark Willow to kick their butts. But I'd like to know what the writers, Ben Blacker and Ben Acker think about the whole situation, after all they did write the script an come up with the story.

Amber has just posted a contest on her blog where she is asking her fanbase to design a cover for the DRONES soundtrack album. The winner will get their art design used for the soundtrack cover. You have to be quick though as the contest ends next Monday, the 14th February.
