Read it all on Monday night. Couldn't put it down. And I was going fast to find the Tara bits. I loved it. Nicely written too!

*grin* The day I bought my copy, I went straight to Starbucks and sat down with it, and didn't leave until I was done . . . which was about an hour and fifteen minutes, really, but it was fun.

Of course, I read it through once more before the night was over . . . and then once the next day . . . and . . .

"Oh, baby, want me to rub your tummy? She likes it when I . . . stop explaining things."
-- Tara, "The Body"

"No, she likes what I do . . . I think she likes what she's doing."

For those of you checking Chapters, Indigo, Smithbooks, and Coles.... oh and the World's Biggest too the book has not made it to the warehouse yet so it's doubtful any of those stores will have it. Although a store MAY have ordered it straight from the publisher if there was a big demand for it. Normally they don't because they get fined $200.00 for every title they get from somewhere other then the warehouse.
How do I know this you ask? Until a month and a half ago I worked in the warehouse for those stores and my partner is head of the receiving department so if it goes through the warehouse she sees it first! She's been looking for it for me for a couple of weeks now and so far nothing. Of course since they laid off 325 people they're more then a little behind in everything!
I'll make sure to let ya'll know when it passes through there.

Info for British kitties:
I went to BookBrain, which is an excellent site that searches all online booksellers for the title you want. They had the RRP as 5.99, and the release date as 8th June. (btw, if you're going to search by title, just put in 'Unseen' and it comes up at the foot of the first page; for some reason I didn't get any results when I typed in the full title.) Some online booksellers have it as a special order (available in 2-3 weeks) and some are saying it hasn't been released yet but you can pre-order.
I also looked it up on Amazon and Alphabetstreet - they both have it in the 'special order' category, and bear in mind Alphabetstreet will probably be cheaper than Amazon as they don't charge P & P.
I haven't looked for it in the shops yet, but I will over the weekend.
If you get really stuck, the ISBN number is 0743418948.
Hope this is useful.

Oooh, ooh, its just occurred to me that if this book is set between seasons four and five, and its a crossover, it might feature Wesley. Please, please tell me that they havent decided to disregard all continuity by featuring Doyle again. For some reason, none of the Angel books have featured Wesley and are thus stuck in a first-nine-episodes-of-season-one timewarp. Way to irritate lots of Wesley fans. Ive vowed to boycott the books till they do feature Wesley. Hes been there for a season and a half, but Doyle was only there for nine episodes. The decision to carry on featuring Doyle also means that theyre very limited as to what they can actually do in the books sooner or later, theyre going to warp continuity completely (since the action of the books is supposed to take place between the first nine eps of season one, which is about 4 months at most, the combined timescale of the action in the books and the action in the series must now be way more than that.) They feature Wesley in the comics, so I really dont understand why they cant put him in the books as well.

Okay, rant over. Its just that Wesley is my favourite Buffyverse character other than Tara, and the prospect of the two of them in the same book has me all excited..

Yes, Wesley's in it. He has some cute banter with Cordelia, and even gets an action sequence with her.

Even Gunn makes a brief cameo.

For anyone in the Southern Ontario area I found the Buffy/Angel book in Wal-Mart at Square One in Mississauga. Now if you're in Ontario but not near there I'd think if one Wal-Mart has it so do others!

Willow: We can come by between classes. Usually I use that time to copy over my class notes with a system of different colored pens, but it's been pointed out to me that that's, you know, insane.

Tara: I said "quirky".

Buffy The Vampire Slayer - "Triangle"
