Personally, in my opinion all the big bads were kinda a let down. I mean, Glory was a bad ass but couldn't Joss think of something a little scarier? Maybe it's just me...

I probably liked Glory the best - most likely because it is the only I've seen all the way through. She, I agree, could have been a lot scarier - although I kind of liked her the way she was.

Mayor Wilkins was the best villain cuz he was so likeable and had great paternal instincts.

The Mayor had the best lines (and delivery) of all the Big (and most of the Lesser (Spike excepted) Bads on the show.

My favorite Big Bad was Glory, even after what she did to Tara. But basically, it was her personality that got me. She's in the middle of a fight with Buffy and has to say something funny or sarcastic.

they wern't the "BigbBad" but the "Gentlemen" hld a VERY special place in my heart! Obviously!! ad they were SO well dressed!

Glory was like Cordelia, with different hair. Yeah, she rocked.

I'm a big Glory fan too (brain sucking of Tara not withstanding) but I think Angel was the most...well...evil. I like him better than good Angel. He's diabolical. And less whiney.

As for little bads, I like Drusilla a lot too. And Spike was better when he was an evil secondary character in the days before Spuffy. Joss shoulda left him in the minor leagues. Regarding other little bads Mr. Trick had some great lines too.

It has to be the Master. I remember from the commentary that he was also the spitting seargant guy from the movie Animal House. Now, when I re-watch the episodes It cracks me up everytime I see him. He's definately my favorite.
