I've created a few Logons for Windows XP of Amber: here's a preview

This logon can be downloaded here

Logon Loader
is a great program that makes it easy to Install and change Logons for XP.

And lastly, ThemeXP.org is a pretty comprehensive site for XP Themes, Logons, Boot Screens and more info.

That is great looking, maybe it something to do with the blonde...

Don't have XP either (Win2k Pro), but maybe I could write a hack for it so Windows 95/98 users can use it too.

I know you can use WindowBlinds to skin Windows 2000, and ResHacker is always fun to play with, but I'm pretty sure there's no way to get XP Logons to work in 98/ME/2000 because of the way XP uses HTML and bitmaps. The other OS's just don't have any support for it. I could be wrong though. If you can figure how to do it, I would be interested in knowing.quote:

So would I!!! I only have Windows ME, and since I'm not very computer literate, I'm still trying to figure out how to upgrade.

Oh hollowchick, that's wonderful. I've been changing some of the logon features in XP and added one little pic, but these are lovely. Sigh. Thanks!

For anyone who want's one, I converted hollowchicks wonderful picture to a Windows 95/98 logo screen. It replaces the blue "Windows 9x" screen with the Windows logo to the Amber picture.

If I get some requests I'll put it on my website.

Off to run my boy to school now.
